Abstract

La présente invention concerne la fabrication de panneaux à membranes, biaxialement raidis, faits de béton renforcé par fibres, lesdits panneaux étant destinés à être utilisé pour la construction de murs, de toits, de planchers de bâtiments ainsi que la construction de routes et d'autres composants structuraux nécessaires pour construction segmentaire post-contrainte de divers types de structures, tels que des ponts, etc. Les raidisseurs de ces panneaux sont fabriqués pour être généralement dépourvus d'amincissement pour maintenir leur poids bas même lorsqu'ils sont très profonds (par exemple, 61 cm). Il est possible de donner aux raidisseurs diverses formes telles que des sections en I et il est également possible de les enrober de métal. Pour obtenir de tels raidisseurs de forme nouvelle, un nouveau type de coffrages faits d'une association d'acier/de bois et de thermocole est utilisé. La présente invention concerne également la fabrication de divers types de parements (qui peuvent également être modulaires) pour les panneaux, pour obtenir une flexibilité architecturale plus importante à la fois des extérieurs et des intérieurs de maisons.
