Abstract

Es wird eine Strahlungsemittierende Vorrichtung (100, 200) angegeben, umfassend ein Substrat (10); mindestens eine auf dem Substrat (10) angeordnete, zur Erzeugung elektromagnetischer Strahlung in einem Wellenlängenbereich geeignete Schichtenfolge mit mindestens einer ersten Elektrodenfläche (12), mindestens einer zweiten Elektrodenfläche (16) und mindestens einer Funktionsschicht (14) zwischen der ersten Elektrodenfläche (12) und der zweiten Elektrodenfläche (16), wobei die Funktionsschicht (14) dazu geeignet ist, in einem eingeschalteten Betriebszustand elektromagnetische Strahlung in dem Wellenlängenbereich zu erzeugen; eine Strahlungsemittierende Oberfläche (20); und eine Streuschicht (22) mit einem ersten Bereich und einem zweiten Bereich, wobei die Streuschicht (22) dazu ausgebildet ist, auf den ersten Bereich der Streuschicht (22) einfallende Strahlung zumindest teilweise derart zu streuen, dass sie in den zweiten Bereich der Streuschicht (22) gelangt.
