Abstract

L'invention concerne un produit intermédiaire (1) pour produire une pluralité de seringues ou cartouches à double chambre pré-remplies comprenant: - un gabarit de support (2) comprenant un ensemble de sièges de support; - une pluralité de corps de confinement tubulaires partiellement pré-remplis (3), chacun d'entre eux étant inséré dans un siège de support respectif, chacun des corps de confinement tubulaires (3) s'étendant entre une première ouverture (4) et une seconde ouverture (5); - un emballage stérile (20-23) à l'intérieur duquel le gabarit de support (2) et la pluralité de corps de confinement tubulaires (3) sont enfermés de manière stérile; les corps de confinement tubulaires (3) comprenant à l'intérieur de ceux-ci: - un premier bouchon (6) et un second bouchon (7) agencés de manière à définir entre elles une première chambre de confinement (8) dans le corps de confinement tubulaire (3) et conçues pour coulisser à l'intérieur du corps de confinement tubulaire; une substance liquide contenue à l'intérieur de la première chambre de remplissage (8).
