Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sintered platinum material and a sintered platinum alloy material in which the sintered body material that has been subjected to the sintering process does not require a subsequent decoration process.
- Patent Documents 1 and 2 an aromatic type jewelery in which an aromatic liquid or the like is impregnated into a sintered body obtained by molding and sintering a platinum powder has been developed.
- a decorative process such as a mirror finish must be applied as a post process in order to give a gloss as a jewelry.
- the present invention provides a sintered body material that does not require post-processing while maintaining characteristics such as impregnation with an aromatic liquid.
- the inventor mixed and sintered platinum black powder in addition to platinum powder to change the color tone after sintering, and to decorate without adding post-processing. It came to the knowledge that it can be used as.
- the present invention forms and bakes a powder obtained by mixing 50 to 99.9% by mass of platinum powder having a particle size of 1 ⁇ m to 300 ⁇ m and 0.1 to 50% by mass of platinum black powder having a particle size of 1 ⁇ m to 300 ⁇ m. It is a sintered platinum material obtained by bonding.
- the particle size of the platinum powder and the platinum black powder is set to 1 ⁇ m to 300 ⁇ m in order to reduce the gap between the powders during molding and to obtain a compact having a uniform shape.
- the amount of platinum black powder added is 0.1 to 50% by mass. If the amount is less than 0.1% by mass, the color tone of the surface cannot be changed. To lose.
- silver powder having a grain size of 1 ⁇ m to 300 ⁇ m can be mixed as an additive element other than the above at a ratio of 0.1 to 5% by mass to form an alloy.
- the reason for adding silver powder is to give the material the luster of silver. If the amount is less than 0.1% by mass, the effect of adding silver is small. If the amount exceeds 5% by mass, the shape after sintering is maintained. This is because it becomes difficult.
- the present invention may be a clad material in which the sintered platinum material and the sintered platinum alloy material are used as a base layer and a platinum material produced by a melting method as a surface layer is joined.
- the reason why the platinum material produced by the melting method is bonded as the surface layer is to give different gloss to the front and back of the material, and the surface area of the sintered body can be increased by bonding with the sintered body. This is because the reduced and impregnated fragrance liquid volatilizes and hardly leaks to the outside, so that the fragrance can be maintained for a longer time.
- platinum powder, platinum black powder, and silver powder are weighed so that the total amount becomes 30 g, and stirred at a speed of 100 rpm in a rotating barrel apparatus for 10 minutes.
- 30 g of powder was filled in a ⁇ 30 ⁇ t5 mold and molded at a pressure of 250 kgf / cm 2 to obtain a medal-shaped green compact of ⁇ 30 ⁇ t2.
- a base material is formed by metal diffusion by using a sintered body of ⁇ 30 ⁇ t1 as a base layer and a platinum layer of ⁇ 30 ⁇ t1 prepared by a melting method as a surface layer, and heating in the atmosphere at 1,300 ° C. ⁇ 2 hr. The layer and the surface layer were joined to obtain a medal-shaped clad material having a diameter of 30 ⁇ t2.
- metal diffusion bonding was used, but this need not be limited to metal diffusion, but metal bonding methods that have been used in the past such as brazing, laser welding, arc welding, spot welding, etc. It is also possible to use.
- FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the clad material of the present invention.
- visible light was irradiated perpendicularly to the ⁇ 30 surface of the platinum layer 1 and the ⁇ 30 surface of the base layer 2 in FIG. 1, and the reflectance was measured.
- the sintered platinum material and the sintered platinum alloy material according to the present invention have the effect of greatly improving the surface gloss as a jewelery and the performance of impregnating the aromatic liquid as compared with the conventional sintered platinum.
