Abstract

La présente invention concerne un acier lingot basse température qui peut être utilisé dans une large plage de températures comprenant les basses températures, telles que celles dans les citernes de stockage de gaz liquéfié et les installations de transport, ainsi que les températures ambiantes, et fournit un acier lingot basse température présentant une excellente qualité de traitement de surface même après un procédé de traitement, tel que la précontrainte, et un procédé pour sa fabrication.
