Definitions
- the present invention can be included in the technical field of containers for containing beverages and more specifically multi-purpose containers.
- the present invention proposes a beverage container that can be used directly as a drinking glass of it.
- the package comprises at least a first volume, closed at the source, in which a first beverage is stored and comprises a second volume that is intended to receive a second beverage and / or ice cubes. Both volumes are separated by a separation surface that acts as the lid of the container. When the separation surface is removed, a total total volume of both is generated (the first volume and the second volume), capable of being completed with other liquids, ice cubes or even decorative elements.
- the package is composed of two bodies.
- the first container body comprises a base and a side wall, thus defining the total volume of the container.
- the second body comprises a separation surface (which acts as the base of the second body) and side walls defining the second volume.
- the separation surface has a break line that runs along its entire perimeter defining a section that is configured to be separated from it generating an opening that communicates the first volume with the second volume, obtaining the total volume by the sum of both.
- Preferably said separation surface is opened by operating a ring that is arranged in correspondence with it.
- the height of the second body with respect to the height of the first body determines the first volume and therefore the content of liquid packed at source.
- the container may originally contain the liquid that has the highest proportion in a possible combination of drinks (for example a soft drink), reserving the second volume to provide another beverage with less proportion in the combination (for example an alcoholic beverage or / and some ice cubes).
- the container may originally contain the liquid that has the lowest proportion in the possible combination of beverages (for example an alcoholic beverage), reserving the second volume to provide another beverage with greater proportion in the combination (for example a soda or / and some ice cubes).
- the packaging can be used for the soft drinks or alcoholic beverage industry.
- the package is specially designed to allow storage occupying the minimum possible space.
- the body has a truncated conical configuration with a base diameter smaller than the diameter of the upper perimeter edge.
- the package is presented with an additional lid that allows the second volume to be closed keeping the edge of the container protected from dirt and impurities. This also allows this second volume to be used to store other products such as snacks or promotional gifts. When the user opens the additional lid, he can take out the product that occupies the second volume and make normal use of the container.
- the present invention allows users to enjoy drinks directly from the container in a convenient way.
- the package comprises two differentiated volumes that are subsequently joined together, the user can make combinations of drinks, ice cubes or Even the decorative elements you want.
- beverage can containers With this invention, greater comfort is achieved in the use of beverage can containers. Economically it is also more advantageous since it allows the container itself to function as a glass, saving the user from having to use or buy another container to make combined and / or add ice cubes. Thus, the use of additional glasses is not necessary, so they should not be scrubbed if they are made of glass and not as many raw materials as paper or plastic are wasted if they are disposable.
- the container can be kept for use as a glass on subsequent occasions or container to store other types of objects or products.

- Figure 8.- Shows a sectional view of several stacked containers.
- Figure 9a Shows a view in which a scheme of the composition of the package with its different components is represented in the case in which the first volume is greater than the second volume.
- Figure 9b Shows a view in which a scheme of the composition of the package with its different components is represented in the case where the first volume is smaller than the second volume.
- the proposed beverage container comprises, as seen in Figure 1, a first sheet body (1) formed by a base (2) and a side wall (3) extending from said base (2) to an upper perimeter edge (4). It also comprises a second body (5) having a separation surface (6) and a side wall of the second body (7) extending from said separation surface (6) to the free end of the laminar body (4) to the That is united. Between the base of the body (2), the separation surface (6) and at least part of the side wall of the body (3), a first volume (8) is defined, originally closed with the separation surface (6) and intended to store a first drink. From the separation surface (6) to the upper perimeter edge (4) and delimited by the side wall of the second body (7) a second volume (9) extends to receive a second drink and / or ice cubes.
- the division between the two volumes is delimited by the separation surface (6) that comprises a break line (10) along its entire perimeter that is destined to be broken to define an opening (1 1) that is observed in figure 2 and which communicates the first volume (8) and the second volume (9) to allow the mixing of the drinks or the mixing of the drinks with the ice cubes.
- the height of one of the volumes is less than the height of the other volume.
- the smallest volume may be the first volume (8), as in Figure 7 and Figure 9b.
- the first volume (8) can comprise for example an alcoholic beverage and the Second volume (9) (larger) may contain a soda and some ice.
- the smaller volume is the second volume (9), as is the case for example in Figure 6 and in Figure 9a in which said second volume (9) receives ice cubes and another drink.
- the first body (1) has a truncated conical configuration with a perimeter of the base smaller than that of the upper perimeter edge that facilitates stacking between packages as shown in Figure 8.
- the package has a ring (12) on the separation surface (6) in correspondence with the breakage line (10) as seen in Figure 1.
- the ring (12) also facilitates the removal of the separation surface (6).
- the beverage container comprises an additional lid (13) arranged in correspondence with the upper perimeter edge (4) and with coupling means to said upper perimeter edge (4) intended to close the second volume ( 9).
- the first volume (8) is smaller than the second volume (9), it occupies a volume of between a quarter and a third of the total volume of the container. In an embodiment in which the second volume (9) is smaller than the first volume (8) occupies a volume between a quarter and a third of the total volume of the container.
- first volume (8) and the second volume (9) may have a similar size, so that the first volume (8) is a volume between three eighths and five eighths of the total volume of the container.
