Abstract

The present invention relates to a new mechanical assembly model for pressurising portable hand-pumped sprayers. The entire assembly is contained inside the sprayer tank and consists basically of two parts: the connecting rod or piston, which is located at the lower end of the tank and fastened to the base of chassis of the sprayer, and the expansion rings located at the upper end of the connecting rod. The proposed improvement to the piston of the pressurising system of portable sprayers allows replacing the conventional and widespread pistons, the so-called "washers" and also the unsegmented sealing rings (O-rings), reducing servicing and part exchanges due to wear, that is to say, increasing durability and reducing the (pumping) effort required from the user to pressurise the system, especially in conditions of little or no lubrication, in comparison with the usual components of such systems.

Claims

REIVINDICAÇÕES 1. "APERFEIÇOAMENTO INTRODUZIDO EM PISTÃO DE SISTEMA DE PRESSURIZAÇÃO MANUAL PARA PULVERIZADOR", caracterizado por compreender um conjunto formado pela biela (1) e anéis expansivos (3), sendo que a biela (1) injetada, é dotada de fixadores na extremidade inferior (2) e canais radiais na sua extremidade superior (2a) para alojamento dos anéis expansivos (3) , os quais são dotados de projeções assimétricas em cada extremidade, formando o perfil de fechamento (3a) concordante com o diâmetro interno do cilindro (5) ; sendo que o conjunto formado pela biela (1) e anel expansivo (3) é fixado no tanque químico (8) através da extremidade inferior unindo o tanque de líquidos com a estrutura de suporte ( 7 ) do equipamento; a câmara alongada (4) cilíndrica possui um prolongamento denominado cilindro (5) que interliga o conjunto biela (1) - anel (3) expansivo com a câmara acumuladora.  1. "APERFEIÇOAMENTO INTRODUZIDO EM PISTÃO DE SISTEMA DE PRESSURIZAÇÃO MANUAL PARA PULVERIZADOR", de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado por o movimento gerado pelo acionamento manual da alavanca (6) proporcionar o deslocamento ascendente e descendente do cilindro em relação ao conjunto biela (1) - anel expansivo (3), culminando na sucção do liquido do tanque (8) e na compressão da câmara acumuladora; o equipamento estando abastecido e em condições de uso, o movimento ascendente transmitido pela alavanca (6) faz com que a câmara cilíndrica (4) e consequentemente o cilindro (5) se desloquem para cima com relação ao conjunto biela (1) - anel expansivo (3) , promovendo com isso a sução do liquido do tanque (8). 2.
