Abstract

La présente invention concerne un accessoire pour un casque de sécurité (1) tel que ceux utilisés dans des activités d'exploitation minière et de construction, conformes à la norme Ansi Z89, ledit casque étant formé par deux contenants (11, 12) présentant des moyens d'insertion (13, 14) pour les fentes (4) standard du casque (1), lesdits contenants (11, 12) présentant, sur la paroi externe avant (15, 18), une lampe (25) destinée à éclairer la zone de travail et, sur la paroi externe arrière, un témoin lumineux (26) destiné à indiquer la position d'un ouvrier (23), ledit témoin pouvant être de couleur rouge, ce qui rend l'ouvrier visible en 360Q. Situé sur la paroi externe latérale (17, 18), un couvercle amovible est destiné à donner accès à la cavité intérieure (24) de manière à permettre le remplacement d'une batterie alimentant les lampes (25, 26) ainsi que le système électronique qui peut être rangé dans les contenants, ledit système électronique pouvant fournir plusieurs fonctionnalités telles que la détection d'impact, la détection de périodes prolongées sans mouvements, la détection de fumées ou de gaz, l'envoi de messages vers l'extérieur, l'émission automatisée d'avertissements ou d'alertes S.O.S, la localisation de l'ouvrier, des notifications par vibrations ou des avertissements par des moyens sonores ou lumineux, entre autres.
