It will be understood that the evaluation may take into consideration both current and historical logged data, depending on the holistic performance parameter(s) being evaluated.
  • the apparatus 140 communicates back to the user, via the device 102 or smartphone, an overview of their performance, together with holistic guidance information.

  • a GPS unit fitted to the device may record a user's current location.
