Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen hydraulischer Nockenwellenversteller (1) des Flügelzellentyps, mit einem Rotor (2) und einem Stator (3), die gegeneinander um eine Drehachse (4) des Nockenwellenverstellers (1) verdrehbar gelagert sind, und einem Deckel (10) mit mehreren durchgehenden Befestigungslöchern (15, 16, 17, 18, 9) zu Aufnahme von Befestigungselementen (47, 48, 49, 50, 51), mit denen der Deckel (10) stirnseitig am Stator (3) festgelegt ist, wobei der Deckel (10) ein Verriegelungsloch (20) aufweist, in das ein im Rotor (2) in axialer Richtung verschieblich aufgenommener Verriegelungszapfen (38) einbringbarist, um den Rotor (2) gegenüber dem Stator (3) zu verriegeln, wobei die Position des Verriegelungszapfens (38) im Rotor (2) bei Verwendung des Nockenwellenverstellers (1) als Auslassversteller gegenüber einem Befestigungselement (47, 48, 49, 50, 51) um einen Winkel α' um die Drehachse (4) geschwenkt ist, die Position des Verriegelungszapfens (38) im Rotor (2) bei Verwendung des Nockenwellenverstellers (1) als Einlassversteller gegenüber einem Befestigungselement (47, 48, 49, 50, 51) um einen Winkel α'' um die Drehachse (4) geschwenkt ist und die Position des Verriegelungslochs (20) im Deckel (10) gegenüber der Position eines Befestigungslochs (19) um einen Winkel α um die Drehachse (4) geschwenkt ist, wobeider Rotor (2) und der Stator (3) so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass die Winkel α, α' und α'' betragsmäßig gleich sind und die Schwenkrichtungen der Winkel α' und α'' entgegengerichtet sind.
