Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture du capot d'un véhicule automobile et un procédé associé. L'invention vise à proposer un dispositif de fermeture destiné à un véhicule automobile, qui puisse être ouvert confortablement sans augmentation de la complexité de la fabrication, et qui ne puisse pas s'ouvrir inopinément. A cet effet, le dispositif de fermeture comprend un dispositif de blocage composé d'un pêne pivotant et d'un cliquet, ainsi qu'un entraînement électrique permettant une ouverture du dispositif de blocage. Le dispositif de fermeture comporte un dispositif d'actionnement servant à l'actionnement de l'entraînement électrique, pour que le dispositif de blocage ne puisse ainsi être ouvert qu'électriquement. Il n'y a donc aucun système mécanique - comprenant par exemple une poignée et un câble Bowden reliant la poignée à un levier de déclenchement du dispositif de blocage - qui permette d'ouvrir le dispositif de blocage de manière uniquement mécanique, donc sans utiliser l'entraînement électrique ou un autre dispositif électrique. A l'état non actionné, l'entraînement électrique est entièrement séparé des conducteurs électriques acheminant le courant. Il n'y a donc au niveau de l'entrainement aucune tension devant être obligatoirement utilisée pour l'ouverture du dispositif de blocage. Le dispositif d'actionnement est configuré de telle manière que l'actionnement ferme un ou plusieurs contacts électriques pour relier l'entraînement électrique à une source d'alimentation et le mettre en marche afin de pouvoir ouvrir une porte ou un ouvrant associé.
