Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés de fabrication de tabac reconstitué, qui consistent à mettre en contact un mélange comprenant une pâte de tabac avec un ou plusieurs flux de fluide comprenant un ou plusieurs peroxydes (par exemple, du peroxyde d'hydrogène), récupérer un ou plusieurs fluides à partir du mélange de pâte de tabac, et réutiliser les fluides récupérés dans au moins une autre étape de mise en contact de pâte de tabac. Dans certains cas, les procédés de l'invention peuvent récupérer un ou plusieurs fluides comprenant un ou plusieurs peroxydes, de telle sorte que l'au moins une autre étape de mise en contact de pâte de tabac consiste à mettre en contact la pâte de tabac avec un fluide comprenant un ou plusieurs peroxydes.
