Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un dispositif et à un procédé d'activation de puits de forage qui sont destinés à être utilisés dans des opérations de fond de trou. Le dispositif comprend : un élément de déploiement replié selon une première configuration, et conçu pour abandonner ladite première configuration et se déployer lors du déploiement du dispositif d'activation à l'intérieur d'un puits de forage ; ainsi qu'un mécanisme d'activation prévu pour déclencher le fonctionnement d'un outil, ce mécanisme d'activation pouvant être utilisé lors du déploiement ou du déroulement d'une longueur prédéfinie de l'élément de déploiement. Le dispositif et le procédé d'activation de puits de forage peuvent déclencher le fonctionnement d'un ou plusieurs outils de fond de trou.
