Abstract
L'invention concerne des oxydes métalliques ayant une température d'activation inférieure et une meilleure mobilité d'oxygène. Les oxydes métalliques comprennent de l'oxygène (O), du cérium (Ce), du fer (Fe) et/ou de l'uranium (U). L'invention concerne également des procédés pour produire de l'hydrogène ou du monoxyde de carbone à partir d'eau ou de dioxyde de carbone au moyen desdits oxydes métalliques.
