Abstract

Afin d'emballer de façon automatique, dans une configuration à colonnes multiples, un produit d'emballage sous forme de bâtonnet tout en acheminant en continu un film d'emballage à une vitesse prescrite sans interruptions temporaires, la machine d'emballage automatique à colonnes multiples (1) de l'invention produit, de manière simultanée et continue, dans des colonnes multiples, un corps emballé fermé hermétiquement sur trois côtés et est caractérisée par : un dispositif de fermeture hermétique verticale (6), comprenant une bande (611) de fermeture hermétique dans le sens vertical maintenue à une température prescrite par un élément de chauffage (64), qui intercale la bande (611) de fermeture hermétique dans le sens vertical dans une section superposée (P) du film d'emballage, pousse l'ensemble dans un dispositif de mise en forme (5), et fait tourner l'ensemble et le ferme hermétiquement dans le sens vertical le long d'une direction d'acheminement du film d'emballage à la même vitesse que la vitesse d'acheminement du film d'emballage; et un dispositif de fermeture hermétique horizontale (7) qui se déplace verticalement de manière synchrone avec le film d'emballage qui est acheminé en continu à une vitesse prescrite, réalise une opération de fermeture hermétique dans le sens horizontal au niveau d'un emplacement correspondant à une section de côté inférieur d'un sac d'emballage, puis réalise une opération de fermeture hermétique dans le sens horizontal au niveau d'un emplacement correspondant à une section de côté supérieur du sac d'emballage.
