  • Inserting means 12 which is placed on the other end of the transporter 1 1 1 , consists of a pressing means assembly 1 13 which can be adjusted in both horizontal and vertical directions, and of a mechanism 1 14 for adjustment of horizontal position of the device 1 1 relative to the packaging machine and depending on the final sponge piece product dimensions.
  • Behind the assembly 1 13 and in the extension of the transporter 1 1 a short conveyor belt transporter 1 15 of inserting means 1 12 is arranged.

Abstract

La présente invention porte sur une machine (1) comportant un couteau à bande sans fin pour couper des panneaux d'éponge en morceaux, laquelle machine est constituée par de multiples dispositifs : un dispositif (2) pour préparer et couper des panneaux d'éponge en bandes d'éponge, qui est constitué par une table intérieure (3), une table extérieure (6) et un dispositif (4) pour couper des panneaux d'éponge en bande, qui est disposé entre ces dernières, un dispositif (4) couper des panneaux d'éponge en bandes d'éponge, qui est constitué par un bâti (41) sur lequel sont montés le mécanisme (42) pour entraîner et guider une scie à ruban (43) et un mécanisme (55) pour presser des panneaux d'éponge, un dispositif (7) pour recevoir des bandes d'éponge coupées et séparer des bandes uniques, qui est constitué par un banc de travail (70) avec un moyen (72) pour pousser des bandes d'éponge et un mécanisme (74) pour disposer une bande d'éponge unique sur le transporteur à courroie transporteuse (79), un dispositif (8) pour profiler des côtés latéraux de bandes d'éponge, qui est constitué par un boîtier (80) à l'intérieur duquel sont disposés deux paires de disques (81, 82) pour profiler les côtés latéraux de bandes d'éponge et deux transporteurs à courroie transporteuse (84, 86), un dispositif (9) pour faire tourner la bande d'éponge avant que cette dernière ne soit coupée sous la forme de produits de morceau d'éponge finaux, qui est constitué par un banc de travail (90), une entrée droite (92) et une entrée pour faire tourner une bande d'éponge de 90°, un dispositif (10) pour couper une bande d'éponge sous la forme de produits de morceau d'éponge finaux, qui est constitué d'un premier ensemble de moyens de poussée (102), un porteur à broches d'arrêt (103), un second ensemble de moyens de poussée (104), un ensemble de groupement de scies circulaires (107), un moyen de pression (108) et un transporteur à courroie transporteuse de sortie (109), et un dispositif (11) pour disposer des produits de morceau d'éponge finaux sur le transporteur d'une machine d'emballage, qui est constitué par un transporteur (111) et un moyen d'introduction (112).
