Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de digestion d'une biomasse végétale, indépendamment des spécifications végétales, dans le but de séparer les différents composants des plantes respectives les uns des autres avec une précision telle qu'on peut les amener individuellement à une utilisation particulière. Le liquide (suspension) produit dans le procédé est utilisé pour récupérer de l'énergie, est disponible pour le raffinage ultérieur ou est recyclé dans le processus. Le procédé d'obtention de composants de biomasse végétale, qui ont été séparés avec précision les uns des autres, est mis en œuvre par traitement mécanique dans un ribolyseur, par hydrolyse et par des processus de lavage adaptés en fonction du type de biomasse et des produits à obtenir. Le ribolyseur se compose d'un récipient cylindrique pourvu d'éléments rotations sur un axe de rotation, dont la structure peut être adaptée au type de biomasse végétale et aux produits à générer. Les fonctions de base sont l'entrée de biomasse, la digestion et la sortie de biomasse.
