Abstract
Cette invention concerne une dalle de toiture ou une tuile de toiture à poser sur une infrastructure de toiture avec une couverture à chevauchement, ladite dalle ou tuile de toiture comprenant au moins une broche de fixation qui est insérée dans la partie inférieure et fait saillie à partir de celle-ci et ladite broche de fixation étant conçue et agencée de manière à être fixée sur l'infrastructure du toit au moyen d'une agrafe de retenue qui vient en prise autour d'une partie de l'infrastructure du toit. La broche de fixation peut être mise en prise par complémentarité de forme avec un évidement dans l'agrafe de retenue afin de fixer la dalle ou la tuile de toiture sur l'agrafe de retenue. À l'emplacement de la broche de fixation, la distance séparant deux côtés inférieurs de deux dalles ou tuiles de toiture empilées de manière régulière, moins l'épaisseur de la dalle ou tuile de toiture, est supérieure à la longueur de saillie de la broche de fixation à partir du côté inférieur de ladite dalle ou tuile de toiture.
