Abstract

La présente invention concerne une dosette destinée à être utilisée dans une machine de préparation d'au moins une partie d'une dose de boisson unique, un système comprenant une machine et un procédé de préparation d'une boisson avec ledit système. La dosette (1) comprend une capsule (2) remplie d'un produit de préparation de boisson (6). La capsule comprend une première feuille flexible (8) et une coque sensiblement rigide (10) qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre. La coque présente au moins une ouverture de sortie (12) et comprend un fond présentant une partie inférieure sensiblement plate (16). La dosette est en outre dotée d'une seconde feuille flexible (22) qui est positionnée sur le fond de la coque situé entre le produit et la coque. La première feuille et la seconde feuille forment chacune un filtre qui permet à un fluide aqueux, dont de l'eau, et à la boisson de passer, et qui forme une barrière pour le produit. Le fond comprend en outre une partie inférieure centrale comprenant la au moins une ouverture de sortie, la partie inférieure sensiblement plate étant formée par une partie inférieure annulaire (117) positionnée radialement vers l'extérieur de la partie inférieure centrale et la partie inférieure centrale étant une partie inférieure centrale bi-stable (116).
