Abstract

Description

可折叠式容器 技术领域
本发明涉及容器,具体涉及可折叠式容器,例如周转箱。
背景技术
现代的塑胶类大型折叠容器大多由一个底座以及两对侧板组成,侧板通过铰链机构与底座连接,从而各侧板可相对于底座旋转而折叠到底座上。通常来说,两对侧板中其中一对较长,另一对则稍短,可选的某个侧板上能够带有小门。其中,该铰链机构往往设计成使得侧板能够实现无序折叠,即在折叠时,相对的两块侧板为可以以任意的顺序折叠,这样使用者在折叠侧板的时候不必顾虑折叠的顺序,无论先折叠对侧侧板中的任何一块都可以完成折叠动作。因此,这种铰链机构也称为无序铰链。上述的设计降低了生产成本,免去了常规有序铰链折叠容器对侧侧板不同带来的生产和管理之不便。这类发明已知的有专利申请CN201110295485.8和US5938059A等。
然而,申请人发现,上述无序铰链均存在一个弊端:采用无序铰链的对侧侧板折叠后,后折叠的侧板平躺在先折叠的侧板之上,铰链机构被抬起一个高度,当需要将侧板直立时,置于上方的侧板在由平躺至直立的旋转过程中其铰链部位需要下落至底座上的起始位置。如果该上置的侧板翻转到直立角度或接近直立角度而铰链部位未完全下落到位时,侧板上的某些结构(如侧板相对于底座的扣)就会和底座干涉,侧板铰链机构或底座局部可能就会被损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种解决可折叠容器中,侧板在从折叠状态翻转至直立状态时,侧板上铰链延迟落下的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可折叠式容器,包括一个底座和两对侧板,所述侧板通过铰链机构以可相对于所述底座折叠的方式安装在所述底座上,其特征在于,所述铰链机构包括:
从所述侧板下部伸出的一个或多个伸出部,所述侧板的伸出部设有铰链销安 装部;
设置于所述底座上的与所述一个或多个伸出部相对应的一个或多个开放侧部,所述开放侧部设有导向结构;
连接件,所述连接件能够沿所述导向结构上下移动,且所述连接件上设有与所述铰链销安装部配合的铰链销,所述铰链销容纳于所述铰链销安装部中并能够在所述铰链销安装部中转动;以及
弹性件,所述弹性件的一端连接于所述底座,另一端连接于所述连接件,从而在所述侧板从折叠状态旋转至直立状态的过程中,所述弹性件对所述连接件施加力,从而驱动所述连接件向下移动。
较佳地,当所述侧板处于折叠状态时,所述弹性件被压缩。
一优选实施例中,所述导向结构上设有弹性件容纳槽,所述弹性件容纳于所述弹性件容纳槽内,且所述弹性件的上端连接于所述底座而下端连接于所述连接件。
一优选实施例中,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述导向结构上设有弹簧容纳槽,所述弹簧容纳于所述弹簧容纳槽内,所述弹簧的上端由固定连接于所述底座的盖板限位而下端连接于所述连接件。
一优选实施例中,所述导向结构为设置于所述开放侧部上的直柱,所述直柱中设有弹性件容纳槽,所述弹性件容纳于所述弹性容纳槽中;以及所述连接件的外侧设有所述铰链销,且所述连接件的中部设有沿容器高度方向的通槽,所述通槽内设有弹性件安装柱,其中所述连接件的通槽套入所述直柱且所述弹性件安装柱与所述弹性件的下端连接,而所述弹性件的上端由位于所述通槽上方的盖板限位。
较佳地,在所述伸出部上设有避让所述直柱的凹槽。
一优选实施例中,在所述直柱与所述底座之间连接有加强筋。
一优选实施例中,所述直柱的上部两侧设有凹槽,所述盖板上设有挂台,所述挂台卡入所述凹槽而使得所述盖板连接于所述直柱,且所述弹性件的上端抵靠所述盖板的下侧。
一优选实施例中,所述铰链销上设有直切槽,所述铰链销安装部为开口槽,在所述开口槽的口部设有凸台,使得所述开口槽口部的宽度小于所述铰链销的直径并大于所述铰链销的设有直切槽部分的宽度。
一优选实施例中,所述导向结构为设置于所述开放侧部两侧的导向槽,所述弹性件容纳于所述导向槽;以及所述连接件中部为铰链销,两端分别设有弹性件连接 部并分别容纳于所述开放侧部两侧的导向槽,其中所述弹性件的上端由盖板限位,下端与所述弹性件连接部连接。
一优选实施例中,所述弹性件是弹簧,且所述连接件的两端各延伸出一个滑板,所述弹性件安装部为设置于所述滑板上的凸销,所述弹簧的下端套入所述凸销。
一优选实施例中,所述伸出部的两侧分别设置有限位挂台,所述底座相对应位置处设有挂槽,所述挂台和所述挂槽相配合从而限制所述侧板在直立状态时相对于底座上下移动。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种可折叠式容器,包括一个底座和两对侧板,所述侧板通过铰链机构以可相对于所述底座折叠的方式安装在所述底座上,其特征在于,所述铰链机构包括:
从所述侧板下部伸出的一个或多个伸出部,所述侧板的伸出部设有铰链销;
设置于所述底座上的与所述一个或多个伸出部相对应的一个或多个开放侧部,所述开放侧部设有导向槽,所述铰链销容纳于所述导向槽中并能够沿所述导向槽上下移动;
弹性件,所述弹性件的一端连接于所述底座,另一端连接于伸出部,从而在所述侧板从折叠状态旋转至直立状态的过程中,所述弹性件对所述伸出部施加力,从而驱动所述伸出部向下移动。
一优选实施例中,所述开放侧部设有弹性件容纳槽,所述弹性件容纳于所述弹性件容纳槽内,且所述弹性件的上端连接于所述伸出部而下端固定于所述弹性件容纳槽内。
优选地,所述铰链销设置在所述伸出部的一侧或两侧上,所述伸出部的中部设有挂销;所述弹性件为拉簧,所述拉簧的一端设有挂钩;其中所述拉簧的一端固定在所述弹性件容纳槽内,而带有拉钩的另一端连接于所述挂销。
有益效果:
本发明解决大型容器侧板铰链下落延迟,且能很好的适用于各种使用者的操作习惯,结构新颖,构思巧妙。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明,以便更清楚理解本发明的目的、特点和优点。应理解的是,附图所示的实施例并不是对本发明范围的限制,而只是为了说明本发明技术方案的实质精神。
本文中,“上”、“下”、“竖直”等方向术语参考图纸上附图的定向或者本发明的容器在正常使用状态下的定向。
如图1所示,一般的可折叠式大型容器包括一个底座1和两对侧板2,各侧板2通过铰链机构以可相对于底座2折叠的方式安装在底座2上。这些容器通常由塑料材料制成。在侧板2上通常设有锁扣4用来控制相邻的侧板2,3之间的连接, 以实现侧板2,3的折叠或直立状态转换。可选的在侧板2,3上可以带有小门(图未示),以及可选地在容器顶部有一个盖子(图未示)。
为了简明起见,下面的实施例仅截取部分侧板、底座配合本铰链方案进行图示说明。
图2~12示出根据本发明的第一实施例的铰链机构100。如图2~9所示,该铰链机构100包含:从侧板3下部伸出的一个或多个伸出部31,伸出部31设有铰链销安装部35,具体为铰链槽35;设置于底座1上的与伸出部31相对应的开放侧部11,开放侧部11设有导向结构14,具体为直柱14;连接件5,连接件5能够沿直柱14上下移动,从而连接件5能够相对底座1上下移动,且连接件5上设有与铰链槽35配合的铰链销51,铰链销51容纳于所述铰链槽35中并能够在铰链槽35转动,从而侧板3可旋转地安装在连接件5上;以及弹性件8,具体为弹簧8,弹簧的一端连接于底座1,另一端连接于连接件5,具体地,弹簧8的上端抵靠盖板6,下端与连接件5连接,从而在所述侧板从折叠状态旋转至直立状态的过程中,所述弹性件对所述连接件施加力,从而驱动连接件5向下移动,下文将更进一步详细描述。
可选地,还可以在盖板6和底座之间安插一个防窃启片7,从而防止侧板在不被察觉的情况下被拆除。
图4和5显示了底座1上与铰链机构相关的结构,底座1上具有开放侧部11,其两侧具有两个挂槽12、13,开放侧部11的中间为一个直柱14,直柱14的中部为一个可以容纳弹簧8的弹簧槽15,并且直柱14和底座1之间连接有一条筋18以保证直柱14的强度。直柱14的上部两侧具有切槽17以及凹槽19,用于与盖板6配合而固定盖板,下文将进一步详细说明。
图6、7显示了侧板3上与铰链机构相关的结构,侧板3的下部设置有伸出部31,伸出部31的两侧分布设置有挂台32、33以和底座1上的挂槽12、13相配合,限制侧板3在直立状态时相对底座1上下移动。伸出部31的中部设置有避让直柱14的凹槽34以及容纳连接件5的凹槽36,凹槽36两侧设置有铰链槽35,铰链槽的口部设计有一个小凸台37,使得铰链槽35的口部宽度为dx。
连接件5的结构如图7所示,连接件5的主体两侧各有一个铰链销51,铰链销在某特定角度(在侧板的旋转过程中,铰链销不会旋转到该特定角度,从而在旋转过程中,铰链销不会从铰链槽(或铰链孔)脱出)上具有一个直切槽 55,使得铰链销51有一段宽度为dy,该宽度dy略小于上述dx,这样连接件5只能在该特定角度装入到侧板3的铰链槽35中去。需要指出的是,上述小凸台37和直切槽55的设置是为了使得铰链销在旋转过程中不会从铰链孔或铰链槽脱出,然而,为实现同样的目的,也可以采用本领域已知的其他任何合适的结构。
连接件5的中部为一个通槽52以穿过底座1上的直柱14并可以沿其上下移动一定距离,通槽52的中间具有安装弹簧8的弹簧安装柱53,倒斜角56以增加弹簧安装柱53和连接件5主体的连接强度;切槽54以避让底座1上的筋18。
图9为盖板6的详细结构,其向内侧伸出两挂台62,在挂台62插入底座1切槽17的起始端具有一个限位挂台63并具有导向斜角64,盖板6上还设计有可使用一字螺丝刀工具拆卸的槽61。
本实施例的铰链机构的工作过程如图10~12所示,当大型容器折叠完成后,两块的相对的侧板3中后折叠的一块躺在首先折叠的那块侧板3之上,并且其铰链部位被抬起了大概一个侧板厚度的高度,这时候弹簧8被压缩,处于蓄力状态,但其力量不足以以pi为支点翘起侧板3。当打开第一块侧板3时,根据不同的操作习惯,其旋转支点可能有2个:一个是支点pi,另一个是连接件5的铰链销51。当其以pi为支点旋转时,铰链机构会自动沿底座1上的直柱14下移一定距离。当以铰链销51为旋转轴时,置于上方的侧板3会在旋转过程中离开支点pi,此时弹簧8释放蓄力将铰链机构沿直柱14向下推动。
不管哪种支点,当侧板3旋转一定角度时将远远离开支点pi并被弹簧8的蓄力将铰链机构第一时间下推至底座1开放侧部11的底部,使得侧板3上的挂台32、33提前进入到插入挂槽12、13中的预对准位置,避免了常规无序铰链在此时依靠侧板3自重下落延迟可能带来的挂台32、33和挂槽12、13未提前预对准,从而避免侧板3在打开过程中的和底座1干涉的现象。
应当理解的是,上述实施例中,采用弹簧来对连接件施加力,然而,也可采用诸如橡胶块等其它弹性件来对连接件施加力,也可实现本发明的效果。
还应当理解的是,上述实施例中,弹簧置于连接件5上方,即弹簧上端连接于底座,而下端连接于连接件5,从而在该可折叠容器处于折叠状态时,弹簧被压缩,而在侧板从压缩旋转至直立状态过程中,弹簧的压缩被逐渐释放,从而对连接件施加向下的压力,以驱使连接件向下运动。
然而,弹簧(或其它弹性件)也可置于连接件的下方,即弹簧的上端连接于连接件5,而下端连接于底座,从而在在该可折叠容器处于折叠状态时,弹簧被拉伸,而在侧板从压缩旋转至直立状态过程中,弹簧的缩回,从而对连接件施加向下的拉力,以驱使连接件向下运动。
图13~17示出根据本发明的第二实施例的铰链机构200。相对于上述实施例,该实施例的铰链机构200采用了两根弹簧8用以铰链机构的复位,并将盖板9采用螺钉紧固的方式进行固定,略微增加了安装难度,但适当减小了零件的制造难度。
具体地,侧板1具有开放侧部11,开放侧部11两侧设计有导向槽15,使得连接件1a能够沿其上下移动一定距离,导向槽15的旁边具有安装螺钉10的螺钉孔19,挂槽12、13分布在开放侧部11的两边。侧板3的伸出部31设计有铰链槽35,铰链槽35的开口部设计有与上述方案同样功能的小凸台37,挂台32分布在伸出部31的两旁。连接件1a主体为一根横销1a1,两端设计设有能安装弹簧8并能配合导向槽15上下移动有滑板1a3,滑板1a3上凸销1a4,凸销1a4用作弹簧安装座。与第一实施例类似,横销1a1具有一个竖直的切槽1a2,使得连接件1a1在侧板3在折叠平躺状态时才能装入到铰链槽35中去。
本实施例的铰链机构的工作过程与上述第一实施例类似,在此不再详述。
图18~21示出根据本发明的可折叠容器的铰链机构300的第三实施例的结构示意图。本实施例与第二实施例类似,两者的主要不同之处在于本实施例中,将连接件与侧板的伸出部做成一体,同时弹性件采用拉簧8,拉簧8的一端连接于底座,另一端连接于伸出部,从而在所述侧板从折叠状态旋转至直立状态的过程中,拉簧8对伸出部31施加拉力,从而驱动所述伸出部31向下移动。
具体地,与第二实施例相同,在侧板3在伸出部31两侧设置有挂台32和33,底座的凹槽两侧设置有挂槽12和13,凹槽的两侧壁上设置有相同的直槽15。直槽的口部设置有可以安装盖板(类似于图14中的盖板9)的螺钉孔19。与第二实施例不同的是安装好的盖板可以限制侧板铰链销38在直槽中浮动的距离并防止其脱出。侧板的伸出部31中部下方设置有一个挂销35,用于拉簧8的拉钩81连接,从而使得拉簧的一端与伸出部连接。底座凹槽11的下部设置有容纳拉簧的槽20。槽20设置有凸台21以连接限定拉簧8的另一端82。这样,当侧板折叠后浮动到直槽的上方时,拉簧便能够使其快速复位。
本发明的铰链机构通过采用弹性复位结构,使得侧板在从折叠状态翻转到直立状态的过程中,迫使铰链机构中的连接件同时向下移动,进而带动与该连接件连接的侧板同时向下移动,从而解决了侧板铰链延长下落导致的零部件损坏问题。通过采用本发明的铰链机构,无论操作者使用习惯如何,侧板的重心位置在哪里以及侧板铰链与底座的配合公差如何,都不会导致铰链延迟下落,从而彻底解决了侧板在从折叠状态翻转到直立状态时,意外损坏容器的问题。
本发明尤其适于大型容器,尤其是大型可折叠周转箱。这里,大型容器指的是容量在800L以上的容器。

  1. 一种可折叠式容器,包括一个底座和两对侧板,所述侧板通过铰链机构以可相对于所述底座折叠的方式安装在所述底座上,其特征在于,所述铰链机构包括:
    从所述侧板下部伸出的一个或多个伸出部,所述侧板的伸出部设有铰链销安装部;
    设置于所述底座上的与所述一个或多个伸出部相对应的一个或多个开放侧部,所述开放侧部设有导向结构;
    连接件,所述连接件能够沿所述导向结构上下移动,且所述连接件上设有与所述铰链销安装部配合的铰链销,所述铰链销容纳于所述铰链销安装部中并能够在所述铰链销安装部中转动;以及
    弹性件,所述弹性件的一端连接于所述底座,另一端连接于所述连接件,从而在所述侧板从折叠状态旋转至直立状态的过程中,所述弹性件对所述连接件施加力,从而驱动所述连接件向下移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠式容器,其特征在于,所述导向结构上设有弹性件容纳槽,所述弹性件容纳于所述弹性件容纳槽内,且所述弹性件的上端连接于所述底座而下端连接于所述连接件。

  4. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠式容器,其特征在于:所述导向结构为设置于所述开放侧部上的直柱,所述直柱中设有弹性件容纳槽,所述弹性件容纳于所述弹性容纳槽中;以及所述连接件的外侧设有所述铰链销,且所述连接件的中部设有沿容器高度方向的通槽,所述通槽内设有弹性件安装柱,其中所述连接件的通槽套入所述直柱且所述弹性件安装柱与所述弹性件的下端连接,而所述弹性件的上端由位于所述通槽上方的盖板限位。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可折叠式容器,其特征在于:在所述直柱与所述底座之间连接有加强筋。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的可折叠式容器,其特征在于:所述直柱的上部两侧设有凹槽,所述盖板上设有挂台,所述挂台卡入所述凹槽而使得所述盖板连接于所述直柱,且所述弹性件的上端抵靠所述盖板的下侧。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的可折叠式容器,其特征在于:所述铰链销上设有直切槽,所述铰链销安装部为开口槽,在所述开口槽的口部设有凸台,使得所述开口槽口部的宽度小于所述铰链销的直径并大于所述铰链销的设有直切槽部分的宽度。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠式容器,其特征在于,所述导向结构为设置于所述开放侧部两侧的导向槽,所述弹性件容纳于所述导向槽;以及所述连接件中部为铰链销,两端分别设有弹性件连接部并分别容纳于所述开放侧部两侧的导向槽,其中所述弹性件的上端由盖板限位,下端与所述弹性件连接部连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的可折叠式容器,其特征在于:所述弹性件是弹簧,且所述连接件的两端各延伸出一个滑板,所述弹性件安装部为设置于所述滑板上的凸销,所述弹簧的下端套入所述凸销。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠式容器,其特征在于,所述伸出部的两侧分别设置有限位挂台,所述底座相对应位置处设有挂槽,所述挂台和所述挂槽相配合从而限制所述侧板在直立状态时相对于底座上下移动。
  11. 一种可折叠式容器,包括一个底座和两对侧板,所述侧板通过铰链机构以可相对于所述底座折叠的方式安装在所述底座上,其特征在于,所述铰链机构包括:
    从所述侧板下部伸出的一个或多个伸出部,所述侧板的伸出部设有铰链销;
    设置于所述底座上的与所述一个或多个伸出部相对应的一个或多个开放侧部,所述开放侧部设有导向槽,所述铰链销容纳于所述导向槽中并能够沿所述导向槽上下移动;
    弹性件,所述弹性件的一端连接于所述底座,另一端连接于伸出部,从而在所述侧板从折叠状态旋转至直立状态的过程中,所述弹性件对所述伸出部施加力,从而驱动所述伸出部向下移动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可折叠式容器,其特征在于,所述开放侧部设有弹性件容纳槽,所述弹性件容纳于所述弹性件容纳槽内,且所述弹性件的上端连接于所述伸出部而下端固定于所述弹性件容纳槽内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可折叠式容器,其特征在于,所述铰链销设置在所述伸出部的一侧或两侧上,所述伸出部的中部设有挂销;所述弹性件为拉簧,所述拉簧的一端设有挂钩;其中所述拉簧的一端固定在所述弹性件容纳槽内,而带有拉钩的另一端连接于所述挂销。
