Abstract

L'invention concerne une ferrure destinée à être montée entre un battant et un cadre fixe d'une fenêtre, d'une porte ou similaire. Une ferrure (60) destinée à être montée entre un battant (2) et un cadre fixe (3) d'une fenêtre (4), d'une porte ou similaire peut être amenée à passer dans un état d'ouverture basculante et définit, une fois dans l'état d'ouverture basculante, un axe de basculement (16) autour duquel le battant (2) peut être amené à pivoter dans une position d'ouverture basculante. Un dispositif de limitation d'ouverture basculante (20) comprenant un bras d'arrêt et un élément d'accouplement en appui sur le bras d'arrêt le long de l'axe de basculement (16) est situé entre une traverse s'étendant dans la direction transversale de l'axe de basculement (16) et un longeron du cadre fixe (3) opposé à cette dernière. En outre, la ferrure (60) comprend un dispositif anti-déplacement (31) commandable et/ou un dispositif de retenue (61) commandable, qui, une fois montés, sont situés entre une traverse côté axe de basculement s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de basculement (16) et un longeron du cadre fixe (3) côté axe de basculement opposé à cette dernière. Une fois la ferrure (60) dans l'état d'ouverture basculante, le dispositif anti-déplacement (31) est amené à passer dans un état de blocage dans lequel la mobilité d'un élément de blocage (10) côté battant par rapport à un élément de blocage (12) côté cadre fixe, et de ce fait la mobilité du battant (2) par rapport au cadre fixe (3) le long de l'axe de basculement (16), est au moins limitée. Le dispositif de retenue (61), une fois la ferrure dans l'état d'ouverture basculante (60), et lorsque le battant (2) est rattaché côté axe de basculement au cadre fixe (3), est amené à passer dans un état prêt à la retenue. Si, une fois la ferrure (60) dans un état d'ouverture basculante et le dispositif de retenue (61) dans un état prêt à la retenue, le battant (2) est déplacé côté axe de basculement perpendiculairement à un plan principal de la fenêtre (4), de la porte ou similaire à distance du cadre fixe (3), ce déplacement est délimité par un élément de retenue (62) et un bras de retenue (63), coopérant avec ce dernier, du dispositif de retenue (61). L'invention concerne également une fenêtre, une porte ou similaire pourvue de la ferrure (60) du type précédent.
