因此,一个钞箱混合存放多种钞票的技术出现了,现有技术有关混合面额的配钞技术有专利号为CN201410372966.8的文件,其公开了如下技术:通过直接计算混合钞箱的前若干张钞票是否等于配钞额度(即当前需要执行的配钞总额),如不等则额配钞失败,若相等则执行出钞,若在出钞过程有钞票回收到回收箱,则本次出钞失败,将已出钞的钞票回收,并重新对配钞额度进行配钞。这是因为,本该要出钞的钞票由于不合格等意外原因无法按计划出钞,从而本次出钞无法完成配钞额度的出钞,造成本次配钞失败,只能回收已出钞票以便重新对配钞额度进行下一轮配钞。
然而,该配钞技术存在以下局限性:出钞过程中发生了钞票回收,实 现配钞额度的原出钞计划已经落空,需要回收已出钞票来对配钞额度重新进行下一轮配钞,再次配钞和出钞不仅增加了机芯硬件磨损,以致增加维护成本,而且耗费时间久,降低出钞效率。

本发明实施例提供了配钞方法、配钞装置以及金融自助设备,能够解决现有配钞技术增加机芯硬件磨损,以致增加维护成本,并且耗费时间久,降低出钞效率的技术问题。
本发明实施例提供的一种配钞方法,包括:
在混合钞箱出钞时,若存在异常状况,则暂停出钞;
根据配钞额度和已出钞总额获得出钞余额;
对所述出钞余额继续进行配钞,得到续钞结果;
根据所述续钞结果继续出钞。
可选地,所述对所述出钞余额继续进行配钞,得到续钞结果具体包括:
对所述出钞余额继续进行配钞,并判断配钞是否成功,若是,则得到续钞结果,若否,则按照预置方式执行。
可选地,所述按照预置方式执行具体包括:
转移一张已出钞的钞票;
返回继续执行所述根据配钞额度和已出钞总额获得出钞余额的步骤。
可选地,在根据配钞额度和已出钞总额获得出钞余额之后还包括:
判断所述出钞余额是否小于所述配钞额度,若是,则执行对所述出钞余额继续进行配钞的步骤,若否,则重新对所述配钞额度进行配钞。

201、判断混合钞箱出钞是否存在异常状况,若是,则执行步骤202,若否,则配钞成功;
首先,判断混合钞箱出钞是否存在异常状况,若是,则执行步骤202,若否,则配钞成功。该异常状况包括发生钞票回收或者某混合钞箱发生槽位卡钞等。当某混合钞箱发生槽位卡钞,则该混合钞箱由于卡钞而不能继续出钞,因此该混合钞箱不参与接下来的出钞余额的配钞。
202、暂停出钞;
若混合钞箱出钞存在异常状况,则暂停出钞,从而实现后续的补救措施。
203、根据配钞额度和已出钞总额获得出钞余额;
暂停出钞之后,可以根据配钞额度和已出钞总额获得出钞余额。该配钞额度指的是当前用户需要的配钞总额。可以理解的是,出钞余额等于配钞额度与已出钞总额之差。
204、判断该出钞余额是否小于该配钞额度,若是,则执行步骤207,若否,则执行步骤205;
在获得出钞余额之后,可以判断该出钞余额是否小于该配钞额度,若是,则执行步骤207,若否,则执行步骤205。可以理解的是,当出钞余额大于配钞额度时,说明出钞余额计算出错;而当出钞余额等于配钞额度时,说明已出钞总额为零,也就是混合钞箱的第一张钞票出钞时已经发生异常,此时无需进行补救措施,可以重新对配钞额度继续配钞;只有当出钞余额 小于配钞额度时,才说明出钞余额正常,且有必要进行补救措施实现配钞。
205、回收所有已出钞的钞票;
当该出钞余额不小于该配钞额度时,回收所有已出钞的钞票。这些回收的钞票可以存放在其它钞箱中,也可以收回原有钞箱中,此处不作限定。
206、重新对该配钞额度进行配钞;
在回收所有已出钞的钞票之后,可以重新对该配钞额度进行配钞。
207、对该出钞余额继续进行配钞,并判断配钞是否成功,若是,则执行步骤208,若否,则执行步骤210;
当该出钞余额小于该配钞额度时,可以对该出钞余额继续进行配钞,并判断配钞是否成功,若是,则执行步骤208,若否,则执行步骤210。
需要说明的是,在对出钞余额继续进行配钞时,如果原配钞方案中涉及的混合钞箱中最后一张出钞钞票的下一张钞票的面额,正好等于被回收的钞票的面额,则可以继续按照原来配钞的方案出钞,然后出钞上述与被回收钞票面额相等的钞票,配钞成功,流程结束。
208、得到续钞结果;
当对该出钞余额继续进行配钞并且成功时,可以得到相应的续钞结果。该续钞结果包括若干混合钞箱分别继续出钞多少张钞票。比如存在3个混合钞箱参与配钞,分别为A钞箱、B钞箱和C钞箱,则续钞结果包括了A钞箱继续出钞X张、B钞箱继续出钞Y张和C钞箱继续出钞Z张。
209、根据该续钞结果继续出钞。
在得到该续钞结果之后,可以根据该续钞结果继续出钞,继续出钞成功后,后出钞的钞票加上之前已出钞的钞票的钞票总额正好等于配钞额度。
需要说明的是,如果在根据该续钞结果继续出钞的过程中有钞票回收或卡钞情况,可继续执行本实施例的配钞方法对剩余出钞额进行配钞出钞。
210、转移一张已出钞的钞票;
当对该出钞余额继续进行配钞但失败时,可以转移一张已出钞的钞票。
需要说明的是,转移一张已出钞的钞票可以是指把在卡钞之前已经成功出钞的钞票回收一张到回收箱,或者是指把在卡钞之前已经成功出钞的钞票转移到除原本是该钞票所在钞箱外的其他存款箱或者循环箱。
211、返回继续执行步骤203。
在转移一张已出钞的钞票,可以返回继续执行步骤203。可以理解的是,由于转移了一张已出钞的钞票,则此时上述的已出钞总额变小,对应的出钞余额变大,对出钞余额的配钞的可能性也发生变化,因此返回重新执行步骤203。
需要说明的是,当本配钞方法多次循环执行后,最后可能使得已出钞的钞票全部被转移,则已出钞总额为零,出钞余额等于配钞额度,在步骤204时,其判断结果为否,则重新对该配钞额度进行配钞。此时说明,当次对混合钞箱的出钞异常进行补救措施时,无法实现续钞以满足配钞额度。

    在混合钞箱出钞时,若存在异常状况,则暂停出钞;
    根据配钞额度和已出钞总额获得出钞余额;
    对所述出钞余额继续进行配钞,得到续钞结果;
    根据所述续钞结果继续出钞。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述出钞余额继续进行配钞,得到续钞结果具体包括:
    对所述出钞余额继续进行配钞,并判断配钞是否成功,若是,则得到续钞结果,若否,则按照预置方式执行。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述按照预置方式执行具体包括:
    转移一张已出钞的钞票;
    返回继续执行所述根据配钞额度和已出钞总额获得出钞余额的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据配钞额度和已出钞总额获得出钞余额之后还包括:
    判断所述出钞余额是否小于所述配钞额度,若是,则执行对所述出钞余额继续进行配钞的步骤,若否,则重新对所述配钞额度进行配钞。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述重新对所述配钞额度进行配钞之前还包括:回收所有已出钞的钞票。
  6. 一种配钞装置,其特征在于,包括:
    暂停出钞模块,用于在混合钞箱出钞时,若存在异常状况,则暂停出钞;
    余额获取模块,用于根据配钞额度和已出钞总额获得出钞余额;
    续钞模块,用于对所述出钞余额继续进行配钞,得到续钞结果;
    续钞出钞模块,用于根据所述续钞结果继续出钞。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的配钞装置,其特征在于,所述续钞模块具体包括:
    配钞单元,用于对所述出钞余额继续进行配钞;
    判断单元,用于判断所述配钞单元配钞是否成功;
    获得单元,用于当所述判断单元结果为是时,获得续钞结果;
    执行单元,用于当所述判断单元结果为否时,按照预置方式执行。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的配钞装置,其特征在于,所述执行单元具体包括:
    转移子单元,用于当所述判断单元结果为否时,转移一张已出钞的钞票;
    返回子单元,用于所述转移子单元执行后,返回触发所述余额获取模块。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的配钞装置,其特征在于,所述配钞装置还包括:
    余额判断模块,用于判断所述出钞余额是否小于所述配钞额度;
    第一触发模块,用于当所述余额判断模块的判断结果为是时,触发所述续钞模块;
    回收模块,用于当所述余额判断模块的判断结果为否时,回收所有已出钞的钞票;
    重配模块,用于当所述回收模块执行后,重新对所述配钞额度进行配钞。
  10. 一种金融自助设备,包括若干混合钞箱,所述混合钞箱用于混合存放若干种面额的钞票,并以栈的方式存取所述钞票,其特征在于,还包括权利要求6至9中任一项所述的配钞装置。
