Chaque ligne de flux de trafic n'est ni coupée ni ne se rejoint, et un espace intermédiaire peut être construit avec des installations civiles ou commerciales, de telle sorte que des aires de stationnement, des stations de charge de véhicule électrique, des stations d'essence, des sites de maintenance de véhicule, des installations de sport et des centres commerciaux.
