Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine ophthalmologische Lasertherapievorrichtung (100), mit einem gepulsten Laser, einem Positioniersystem (300) und einem Steuersystem (400) zur Erzeugung von Schnitten in einem Gewebe eines Auges (600), insbesondere zur Erzeugung cornealer Zugangsschnitte (1), sowie ein entsprechendes Verfahren. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, ein ophthalmologische Lasertherapievorrichtung (100) und ein Verfahren bereitzustellen, mit dem corneale Zugangsschnitte (1) mit erhöhter Dichtigkeit bei äußeren Einwirkungen und Druckfestigkeit sowie komplexe Schnittgeometrien realisiert werden können. Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine ophthalmologische Lasertherapievorrichtung (100) mit eine Steuersystem (400), das programmiert ist, zur Erzeugung eines cornealen Zugangsschnittes (1) in einem Hornhautgewebe (6) eines Auges (600) durch Photodisruption die Arbeitsparameter des Lasersystems (200) und/oder des Positioniersystems (300) in Abhängigkeit von einer örtlichen Lage des Fokusvolumens des Laserstrahls im Hornhautgewebe (6) so zu verändern, dass der Zugangsschnitt (1) im Hornhautgewebe (6) in seiner Breite variiert und/oder unterbrochen ist, des Weiteren durch ein entsprechendes Computerprogrammprodukt und ein Verfahren zur Durchführung eines cornealen Zugangsschnittes (1) in einem Hornhautgewebe (6) eines Auges (600).
