Abstract

Description
본 발명은 난류 발생 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 열교환기, 자동차 등 중장비의 엔진 가열 방지 및 냉난방 시스템, 에어컨, 냉동냉장기, 공기정화, 식품제조, 석유화학 공정, 조선, 해양플랜트 등 다양한 분야에 사용되는 열교환 파이프를 포함하는 유체 이송 파이프 내의 유체에 난류를 발생함으로써 유체가 파이프에 접촉하는 면적 및 시간을 증대시켜 충분한 열 교환 및 방열이 이루어지도록 함과 아울러 해당 파이프 내 쌓이는 이물질 등을 제거할 수 있는 난류 발생 장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 냉동 시스템은 압축기, 응축기, 팽창밸브 그리고 증발기의 4 사이클을 따라서 이동하는 냉매가 열역학적 사이클을 따라서 순환되면서 실내의 열을 흡수하여 외부로 방출시키는 시스템으로, 이러한 냉동시스템에 적용되는 응축기 및 증발기 등을 열교환기라고 한다.
이러한 열교환기에서는 파이프(또는 튜브라 칭함)의 내부를 흐르는 매체와 파이프의 외측에 존재하는 공기 등과의 사이에서 열 교환이 이루어지게 된다.
그리고 보일러 방식에서는 압축, 응축. 팽창, 증발과 같은 사이클을 통해 물을 냉각 또는 가열하여 냉, 온수용 2차 냉매(물, 온수 등)로 사계절을 이용한다.
전술한 열교환기는 산업 현장에서의 폐열 회수, 자동차 및 중장비의 엔진 과열 방지, 에어컨, 냉장고 또는 난방을 위한 히터, 동력 발생, 냉동, 공기 정화, 식품 제조 공정, 화학 공정, 기름 정제 및 운송 수단 등에 다양하게 사용되고 있다.
이와 같은 열교환기의 내부에는 유체를 이송하면서 외부와 열 교환하기 위한 열교환 파이프(또는 유체 이송 파이프라 칭함)가 설치되어 있어, 열교환 파이프를 통해 유체를 이송시켜 열매(熱媒) 또는 냉매(冷媒)와 열 교환을 수행하거나, 열교환 파이프를 통해 이송되는 유체의 흡열 및 방열을 수행하기도 한다.
대개의 열교환 파이프는 열 전달이 우수한 동파이프 또는 알루미늄파이프를 사용하고 있으며, 열교환 면적을 향상시키기 위해 코일 형태로 절곡하거나 그 외주연에 냉각핀을 구비한 것을 사용하기도 한다.
하지만, 종래의 열교환 파이프는 전술한 바와 같이 열교환 면적을 향상시키기 위해 파이프 자체의 형태를 코일형으로 변형하거나 외주연에 별도의 방열 매개체인 방열 핀을 구비하고 있으나, 열교환 파이프의 내경을 통해 이송되는 유체가 빠른 속도로 직진성을 띠며 이송될 경우 파이프의 내경 중심부를 흐르는 유체의 열이 파이프의 내측벽으로 전달되지 않아 충분한 열교환이 이루어지지 못하거나 유체의 충분한 흡열 및 방열이 이루어지지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
즉, 기존에는 열교환 효율과 밀접한 관계가 있는 유체와 열교환 파이프 간의 접촉 면적과 시간에 한계가 있어 고효율의 열 교환을 기대할 수 없는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 열교환 파이프 내에 이물질 등이 쌓여 유체의 흐름을 방해하고 열교환 효율을 저하시키며 이로 인해 열교환기의 수명을 단축시키는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 전술한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 그 목적은 열교환 파이프를 포함하는 유체 이송 파이프 내의 유체에 난류 및 와류를 발생함으로써 유체가 파이프에 접촉하는 면적 및 시간을 증대시켜 충분한 열 교환 및 방열이 이루어지도록 함과 아울러 해당 파이프 내 쌓이는 이물질 등을 제거할 수 있는 난류 발생 장치를 제공하는 것이다.
전술한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 난류 발생 장치는, 유체 이송 파이프 내에 삽입되는 난류 발생 장치로서, 상기 유체 이송 파이프의 내주연에 대응하는 외주연을 갖고 양측 단부에 유체의 유입구 및 유출구가 형성되어 상기 유체 이송 파이프 내에 삽입되는 제1 길이의 몸체부; 상기 몸체부의 상기 유출구로부터 상기 유입구 측으로 상기 몸체부를 상기 제1 길이보다 상대적으로 작은 제2 길이만큼 (상기 몸체부의 길이 방향으로) 절개하는 하나 이상의 절개선; 및 상기 절개선에 의해 절개된 부위(의 일측 귀퉁이)를 상기 몸체부의 내측 한쪽 방향으로 일정 각도만큼 비틀어서 형성된 하나 이상의 날개부를 포함할 수 있고, 상기 몸체부의 상기 유입구 측에 상기 몸체부의 내주연을 따라 상기 몸체부의 내측 중심 방향으로 돌출 형성된 고리 형상의 비드부; 및 상기 몸체부의 상기 유입구 측 단부에 상기 몸체부의 외주연으로부터 외측으로 돌출 형성된 플랜지부 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 비드부는 상기 몸체부의 상기 유입구로부터 상기 절개선의 단부 사이의 부분에 하나 이상 형성될 수 있다.
상기 비드부는 (예를 들어, 상기 몸체부를 프레스 가공하여) 상기 몸체부의 외부에 형성된 고리 형상의 홈부와 상기 홈부에 대응하여 상기 몸체부의 내부에 형성된 고리 형상의 돌부를 포함할 수 있고, 상기 홈부에 끼워지는 고리 형상의 패킹 부재를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 몸체부는, 일 예로 삼각 (단면을 갖는) 튜브 형상일 수 있고, 다른 예로 정사각 (단면을 갖는) 튜브 형상일 수 있고, 또 다른 예로 타원형 (단면을 갖는) 튜브 형상일 수 있고, 또 다른 예로 원형 (단면을 갖는) 튜브 형상일 수 있으며, 또 다른 예로 직사각 (단면을 갖는) 튜브 형상일 수 있는데, 이에 한정되지 않고 다양한 형태의 튜브 형상으로 구성할 수 있다.

이하, 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대해 구체적으로 설명한다. 각 도면의 구성요소들에 참조부호를 부가함에 있어서 동일한 구성요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 한다. 또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 대한 설명 시 관련된 공지 구성 또는 기능에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(10)의 사시도, 도 2는 도 1의 단면도, 도 3은 도 1의 저면도, 도 4는 도 1의 상면도, 및 도 5는 도 1의 적용예를 나타낸 도면이다.
본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(10)는, 도 1 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 몸체부(11), 절개선(13), 및 날개부(15)를 포함할 수 있다.
본 실시예에서 몸체부(11)는 원통형으로 형성되어 대응하는 원통형 파이프의 내측에 삽입될 수 있도록 한다. 즉, 몸체부(11)는 원통형 유체 이송 파이프의 내주연에 대응하는 외주연을 갖고 양측 단부에 유체의 유입구 및 유출구가 형성되어 유체 이송 파이프 내에 삽입될 수 있는 제1 길이의 원통형 튜브로 형성할 수 있다.
몸체부(11)의 재질은 금속(비철금속 포함) 또는 PVC 등과 같은 석유화학제품을 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않고 다양한 재질을 사용할 수 있다.
절개선(13)은 몸체부(11)의 일측 단부에 형성된 유출구로부터 타측 단부에 형성된 유입구 측으로 몸체부(11)를 제1 길이보다 상대적으로 작은 제2 길이만큼 몸체부(11)의 길이 방향으로 절개하도록 형성할 수 있다.
본 실시예에서 절개선(13)은 도 1-4에 도시된 바와 같이 일정한 간격으로 6개가 형성되어 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않고 선택에 따라 일정한 간격 또는 불규칙한 간격으로 하나 이상 복수개로 형성할 수 있다.
날개부(15)는 절개선(13)에 의해 절개된 부위의 일측 귀퉁이를 몸체부(11)의 내측 한쪽 방향으로 일정 각도만큼 비틀어서 형성할 수 있다.
본 실시예에서 날개부(15)는 도 1-4에 도시된 바와 같이 동일한 방향으로 일정 각도만큼 비틀린 6개의 날개부로 형성되어 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않고 선택에 따라 하나 이상 복수개로 형성할 수 있고, 복수개의 날개부(15) 중 적어도 하나는 나머지와 다른 각도만큼 또는 다른 방향으로 비틀어서 형성할 수 있다.
본 실시예에서 날개부(15)의 비틀림 정도(각도)는 약 30도 내지 90도로 형성할 수 있고 바람직하기로는 약 45도 정도로 형성할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않고 선택에 따라 전술한 범위를 벗어난 각도로도 형성할 수 있다.
난류 발생 장치(10)가 삽입될 대상으로서의 열교환 파이프를 포함하는 유체 이송 파이프의 크기 및 용도 등에 따라 해당 난류 발생 장치(10)의 몸체부(11)의 (직경, 길이 등의) 크기 및 형상이 정해지고 또한 절개선(13)의 개수 및 길이와 날개부(15)의 개수 및 비틀림 정도 등이 선택적으로 정해질 수 있다.
난류 발생 장치(10)는, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 열교환 파이프(51)의 중간에 하나 이상 삽입 설치되어 열교환 파이프(51) 내에서 유동하는 유체의 흐름을 난류(또는 와류)화 하고, U자형 절곡관(53)의 입구측에 삽입 설치되어 U자형 절곡관(53)으로 유입되는 유체에 난류(또는 와류)를 형성할 수 있다.
즉, 열교환 파이프(51,53)내를 흐르는 층류가 난류 발생 장치(10)의 출구측에 형성된 절개선(13)과 날개부(15)를 만나 소용돌이 치면서 전진함으로써 해당 파이프(51,53) 내의 유체에 난류 및 와류가 형성되고, 이로 인해 유체가 파이프(51,53)에 접촉하는 면적 및 시간을 증대시켜 충분한 열 교환 및 방열이 이루어지도록 함과 아울러 해당 파이프(51,53) 내에 쌓이는 이물질(scale) 등을 제거할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(60)의 사시도, 도 7은 도 6의 단면도, 도 8은 도 6의 저면도, 도 9는 도 6의 상면도이다.
본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(60)는, 도 6 내지 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 몸체부(61), 절개선(63), 날개부(65), 및 비드(bead)부(67)를 포함할 수 있다.
제2 실시예의 몸체부(61), 절개선(63), 및 날개부(65)는 전술한 제1 실시예의 몸체부(11), 절개선(13), 날개부(15)와 각각 대응하여 동일하므로 자세한 설명은 생략한다.
비드부(67)는 몸체부(61)의 일단으로서의 유입구 측에 몸체부(61)의 내주연을 따라 몸체부(61)의 내측 중심 방향으로 돌출되어 있는 고리 형상의 돌출부로 형성된 것으로서, 몸체부(61)의 유입구로부터 절개선(63)의 단부 사이의 부분에 하나 이상 형성될 수 있다.
비드부(67)는 몸체부(61)의 외부에 형성된 고리 형상의 홈부(67a)와 그 홈부(67a)에 대응하여 몸체부(61)의 내부에 형성된 고리 형상의 돌부(67b)를 포함할 수 있으며, 이러한 구조의 비드부(67)는 일 예로 몸체부(61)를 프레스 가공하여 형성할 수 있다.
또한 비드부(67)의 홈부(67a)에는 고리 형상의 패킹 부재(미도시)를 끼워, 제2 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(60)를 도 5의 열교환 파이프(51,53)과 같은 유체 이송 파이프(미도시) 내에 삽입하였을 때, 유체 이송 파이프의 내면과 난류 발생 장치(60)의 몸체부(61)의 외면간에 생길 수 있는 틈새를 밀폐하여 유체가 새지 않도록 할 수 있다.
제2 실시예의 난류 발생 장치(60)에 따르면, 파이프 내 층류가 장애물로서의 비드(bead)부(67)에 의해 난류로 변하게 되고 해당 난류가 다시 절개선(63)과 날개부(65)를 만나 소용돌이 치면서 전진함으로써, 해당 파이프 내 유체에 난류 및 와류가 제1 실시예와 비교하여 더욱 잘 발생하게 된다.
즉, 파이프의 내경이 비드부(67)에 의해 일시적으로 좁아 졌다가 다시 넓어지면서 유체 흐름의 속도가 갑자기 빠르게 되면 해당 유체 내 분자가 진동하고 굵기도 증가하여 마침내 파이프 전체로 퍼지게 되는 난류가 발생하고, 이러한 난류는 다시 절개선(63)과 날개부(65)를 만나 소용돌이 와류를 발생하면서 전진하게 된다.
따라서 난류 발생으로 인해 파이프 내 유체의 중심과 가장자리가 혼합되고 와류의 발생으로 인해 잘 혼합된 유체와 파이프 간의 접촉 시간 및 면적을 증대시켜 충분한 열 교환 및 방열이 이루어지도록 함과 아울러 해당 파이프 내 쌓이는 이물질(scale) 등을 제거할 수 있다.
도 10은 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(110)의 사시도, 도 11은 도 10의 단면도, 도 12는 도 10의 저면도, 도 13은 도 10의 상면도, 도 14는 도 10의 적용예를 나타낸 도면이다.
본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(110)는, 도 10 내지 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이, 몸체부(111), 절개선(113), 날개부(115), 및 플랜지(flange)부(119)를 포함할 수 있다.
제3 실시예의 몸체부(111), 절개선(113), 및 날개부(115)는 전술한 제1 실시예의 몸체부(11), 절개선(13), 날개부(15)와 각각 대응하여 동일하므로 자세한 설명은 생략한다.
플랜지부(119)는 몸체부(111)의 일단에 형성된 유입구 측 단부에 그 몸체부(111)의 외주연으로부터 외측으로 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(110)는 플랜지부(119)를 형성하여 도 14에 도시된 바와 같이 난류 발생 장치(110)를 열교환 파이프(51)의 입구측에 삽입 장착할 때 결합하기 용이하도록 할 수 있다.
도 15는 본 발명의 제4 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(150)의 사시도, 도 16은 도 15의 단면도, 도 17은 도 15의 저면도, 도 18은 도 15의 상면도이다.
본 발명의 제4 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(150)는, 도 15 내지 도 18에 도시된 바와 같이, 몸체부(151), 절개선(153), 날개부(155), 비드부(157), 및 플랜지부(159)를 포함할 수 있다.
제4 실시예의 몸체부(151), 절개선(153), 및 날개부(155)는 전술한 제1 실시예의 몸체부(11), 절개선(13), 및 날개부(15)에 각각 대응하여 동일하고, 제4 실시예의 비드부(157)는 전술한 제2 실시예의 비드부(67)와 대응하여 동일하며, 제4 실시예의 플랜지부(159)는 전술한 제3 실시예의 플랜지부(119)와 대응하여 동일하므로 자세한 설명은 생략한다.
도 19 내지 도 22는 본 발명의 각종 변형 실시예를 설명하기 위한 개략적인 단면도이다.
도 19는 본 발명의 제1 변형 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(190)의 개략적인 단면도로, 본 발명의 제1 변형 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(190)는 전술한 제1 내지 제4 실시예에서 원통형 즉, 원형 단면을 갖는 튜브 형상의 몸체부(11, 61, 111, 151)를 삼각 단면을 갖는 튜브 형상으로 변형한 것이고, 이러한 난류 발생 장치(190)는 삼각 튜브 형상의 열교환 파이프에 적용할 수 있다.
도 20은 본 발명의 제2 변형 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(200)의 개략적인 단면도로, 본 발명의 제2 변형 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(200)는 전술한 제1 내지 제4 실시예에서 원통형 즉, 원형 단면을 갖는 튜브 형상의 몸체부(11, 61, 111, 151)를 정사각 단면을 갖는 튜브 형상으로 변형한 것이고, 이러한 난류 발생 장치(200)는 정사각 튜브 형상의 열교환 파이프에 적용할 수 있다.
도 21은 본 발명의 제3 변형 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(210)의 개략적인 단면도로, 본 발명의 제3 변형 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(210)는 전술한 제1 내지 제4 실시예에서 원통형 즉, 원형 단면을 갖는 튜브 형상의 몸체부(11, 61, 111, 151)를 타원형의 단면을 갖는 튜브 형상으로 변형한 것이고, 이러한 난류 발생 장치(210)는 타원형 튜브 형상의 열교환 파이프에 적용할 수 있다.
도 22는 본 발명의 제4 변형 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(220)의 개략적인 단면도로, 본 발명의 제4 변형 실시예에 따른 난류 발생 장치(220)는 전술한 제1 내지 제4 실시예에서 원통형 즉, 원형 단면을 갖는 튜브 형상의 몸체부(11, 61, 111, 151)를 직사각 단면을 갖는 튜브 형상으로 변형한 것이고, 이러한 난류 발생 장치(220)는 직사각 튜브 형상의 열교환 파이프에 적용할 수 있다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명의 다양한 측면에 따르면, 유체 이송 파이프 내의 유체에 난류 및 난류를 포함한 와류 등을 발생함으로써 유체가 파이프에 접촉하는 면적 및 시간을 증대시켜 충분한 열 교환 및 방열이 이루어지도록 함과 아울러 해당 파이프 내 쌓이는 이물질 등을 제거할 수 있다.
Claims (11)
- 유체 이송 파이프 내에 삽입되는 난류 발생 장치로서,상기 유체 이송 파이프의 내주연에 대응하는 외주연을 갖고 양측 단부에 유체의 유입구 및 유출구가 형성되어 상기 유체 이송 파이프 내에 삽입되는 제1 길이의 몸체부;상기 몸체부의 상기 유출구로부터 상기 유입구 측으로 상기 몸체부를 상기 제1 길이보다 상대적으로 작은 제2 길이만큼 절개하는 하나 이상의 절개선;상기 절개선에 의해 절개된 부위의 일측 귀퉁이를 상기 몸체부의 내측 한쪽 방향으로 일정 각도만큼 비틀어서 형성된 하나 이상의 날개부; 및상기 몸체부의 상기 유입구 측에 상기 몸체부의 내주연을 따라 상기 몸체부의 내측 중심 방향으로 돌출 형성된 고리 형상의 비드부를 포함하는 난류 발생 장치.
- 유체 이송 파이프 내에 삽입되는 난류 발생 장치로서,상기 유체 이송 파이프의 내주연에 대응하는 외주연을 갖고 양측 단부에 유체의 유입구 및 유출구가 형성되어 상기 유체 이송 파이프 내에 삽입되는 제1 길이의 몸체부;상기 몸체부의 상기 유출구로부터 상기 유입구 측으로 상기 몸체부를 상기 제1 길이보다 상대적으로 작은 제2 길이만큼 절개하는 하나 이상의 절개선;상기 절개선에 의해 절개된 부위의 일측 귀퉁이를 상기 몸체부의 내측 한쪽 방향으로 일정 각도만큼 비틀어서 형성된 하나 이상의 날개부;상기 몸체부의 상기 유입구 측에 상기 몸체부의 내주연을 따라 상기 몸체부의 내측 중심 방향으로 돌출 형성된 고리 형상의 비드부; 및상기 몸체부의 상기 유입구 측 단부에 상기 몸체부의 외주연으로부터 외측으로 돌출 형성된 플랜지부를 포함하는 난류 발생 장치.
- 유체 이송 파이프 내에 삽입되는 난류 발생 장치로서,상기 유체 이송 파이프의 내주연에 대응하는 외주연을 갖고 양측 단부에 유체의 유입구 및 유출구가 형성되어 상기 유체 이송 파이프 내에 삽입되는 제1 길이의 몸체부;상기 몸체부의 상기 유출구로부터 상기 유입구 측으로 상기 몸체부를 상기 제1 길이보다 상대적으로 작은 제2 길이만큼 절개하는 하나 이상의 절개선;상기 절개선에 의해 절개된 부위의 일측 귀퉁이를 상기 몸체부의 내측 한쪽 방향으로 일정 각도만큼 비틀어서 형성된 하나 이상의 날개부; 및상기 몸체부의 상기 유입구 측 단부에 상기 몸체부의 외주연으로부터 외측으로 돌출 형성된 플랜지부를 포함하는 난류 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 비드부는 상기 몸체부의 상기 유입구로부터 상기 절개선의 단부 사이의 부분에 하나 이상 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 난류 발생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 비드부는 상기 몸체부의 외부에 형성된 고리 형상의 홈부와 상기 홈부에 대응하여 상기 몸체부의 내부에 형성된 고리 형상의 돌부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난류 발생 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 홈부에 끼워지는 패킹 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난류 발생 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 한 항에 있어서,상기 몸체부는 삼각 튜브 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난류 발생 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 한 항에 있어서,상기 몸체부는 정사각 튜브 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난류 발생 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 한 항에 있어서,상기 몸체부는 타원형 튜브 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난류 발생 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 한 항에 있어서,상기 몸체부는 원형 튜브 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난류 발생 장치.
