In any way, the ordered food dishes to the restaurant and the stored food dishes at the restaurant takes account on the planned serving of different food dishes. In a hospital canteen, the menu may be based on nutrition values.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de servir un mets chaud dans un restaurant où chaque mets est un mets surgelé précuit contenu dans une barquette alimentaire et conservé dans un congélateur, où le restaurant utilise un menu prédéterminé, où un mets est sélectionné parmi une pluralité de différents mets, où le mets sélectionné est chauffé dans un four, où la barquette alimentaire contenant le mets chauffé est placée sur une assiette, où le fond de la barquette alimentaire est retiré de sorte que le mets entre en contact avec l'assiette, de retirer la barquette alimentaire, et de servir à un client le mets chaud dans l'assiette. Le procédé de l'invention présente l'avantage de pouvoir servir un mets chaud sans aucune manipulation du mets.
