Abstract
L'invention concerne un conteneur avec système séquentiel de montage et de finition, pour l'édification d'une maison, mis au point en vue de la livraison d'une maison intégrée, avec tous ses éléments de construction, dans un conteneur (1), lequel est déposé par l'intermédiaire de ses pieds sur un faux-plancher (C). A partir du conteneur (1), sur un compartiment central (42), le toit est hissé (11) en suspension, avec pliage latéral des planchers (19) et des parois latérales (20), (27) réceptrices de panneaux (37) et de toitures (62), ainsi que des portes (58) avec toiture (59), formant des compartiments latéraux (43), outre une zone de service (44) également avec porte, plancher (21) et toit (22). La structure de maison (CA) formée initialement reçoit la finition, soit des gouttières (56), un câblage électrique (60), des luminaires (61), des revêtements thermiques (63), des installations hydrauliques (H), des cuves à eau (67) et un réservoir chauffé (68), un bac (71), des tuyaux d'écoulement (20a), des réservoirs de collecte (77) d'eaux de pluie, des panneaux solaires (73), des plinthes avec profilés d'angles (74), des marches (81) et des panneaux décoratifs (83), d'où l'obtention d'une maison (CA) complète prête à l'emploi.
