Abstract
L'invention concerne des dispositifs ménagers destinés à la préparation rapide et saine d'aliments dans des conditions diverses. dans la nature, dans un café ou dans un point de restauration mobile. Le résultat technique de l'invention consiste en des constructions simples et faciles à utiliser se rapportant à des barbecues verticaux assurant une qualité élevée de préparation d'alimentation, de préférence de brochettes, de kébabs utilisant un biocarburant (pour l'essentiel, du charbon de bois). Le barbecue vertical est constitué d'un corps métallique conique monté sur une plaque plate constituant son fond, le fond comporte un orifice au centre duquel on a monté une unité de chauffage possédant un boîtier métallique conique grillagé monté pour le chargement de combustible, et est doté d'une conduite d'air séparée du boîtier conique par un élément grillagé destiné à empêcher la chute de combustible du boîtier conique ; en outre, le boîtier a aussi une forme de cône évasé et orienté vers le haut jusqu'à sa base ; sur le périmètre du fond, entre le boîtier conique et le début du corps conique, on a ménagé des orifices destinés à accueillir les extrémités des broches ainsi que des orifices coniques de grandes dimensions pour l'écoulement de graisse e de jus que dégagent les produits en préparation lorsqu'ils sont chauffés ; dans la partie supérieure du cône conique on a prévu des bords bloquant les flux d'air ascendants ; des logements prévus dans les bords servent à la fixation des broches, en outre, des orifices pour extrémités des broches dans le fond et les logements pour la fixation des broches dans les bords sont réalisés de manière à ce que les broches sur lesquelles se trouvent des produits en préparation se trouvent entre la boîte grillagée avec les produit de combustion et le corps conique, et sont disposés parallèles à la ligne de surface latéral du boîtier ou avec une petite inclinaison vers celle-ci ; la structure de barbecue vertical est dotée d'appuis.
