본 발명은 약물 전달 기술에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 사람이나 동물의 표피를 통해 약물을 전달하기 위한 캐비테이션 시드 및 이를 이용하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

또한, 주사를 이용하는 방법은 비교적 약물의 흡수 속도가 빠른 장점이 있으나, 피투여자에게 공포감이나 고통을 줄 수 있는 문제점이 있다.
한편, 피부를 통한 약물 전달은 위의 방법들과는 달리, 피 투여자가 공포감이나 고통을 갖는 문제가 없고, 특정 부위에 비교적 약물 전달하기 용이하며, 지속적으로 약물 투여가 가능하다는 장점이 있다.

상술한 캐비테이션 시드(cavitation seed)로 활용되는 것에는 미세 기포(micro bubble)로 구성된 초음파 조영제가 있다. 초음파 조영제는 원칙적으로 초음파 영상 검사에 혈관 또는 조직이 잘 보이도록 하는 미세한 기포를 말한다.
이러한 초음파 조영제를 이용하여 약물을 전달하는 물질로 활용할 수 있다.
도 3은 초음파 조영제를 설명하는 예시도 이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 초음파 조영제는 내부에 기체를 포함한 막(shell)이 있는 기포로, 여기에서 막은 기포를 안정화시키는 역할을 한다.
일반적으로 초음파 조영제는 혈관이나 조직을 잘 보이게 하는 목적으로 이용되므로, 혈관 내에 자유로이 흐를 수 있는 형태로 개발된다. 이 때문에 혈관 벽에 붙지 않는다. 또한, 초음파 조영제는 흐르는 혈액 내에서 확산되어 균일하게 분포된다. 초음파 조영제가 흐르지 않는 유체에서는 크기가 작아 부력이 약하기는 하지만 부력이 작용할 수 있으며, 막(shell)의 종류에 따라 상층으로 뜨는 경우가 발생할 수 있다.
따라서, 기존의 초음파 조영제로는 혈관벽을 포함한 표피 가까이 위치되기 어렵고, 이 때문에 앞서 도 2b에서 설명한 바와 같이, 표피 부근에서 기포의 붕괴를 통하여 약물을 전달하는 것에 한계가 존재한다.
생체의 표피 주위에 공동(cavity)을 생성하는 공동화(cavitation)를 유발시키는 캐비테이션 시드(cavitation seed)는, 캐비테이션 시드가 첨가된 유체 내에서 캐비테이션 시드의 외형을 유지하도록 캐비테이션 시드의 외면을 형성하는 막(Shell) 및 막의 내부에 위치하여 유체에서의 캐비테이션 시드의 부력을 결정하는 코어(Core)를 포함할 수 있다.
여기에서, 막(Shell)과 코어(Core)는 생물학적 적합성을 갖거나 신체 내 물질적 부작용이 없는 물질로 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 표피는 일반적으로 사람의 피부, 동물의 피부를 의미할 수 있으나, 반드시 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고, 사람이나 동물의 혈관벽, 장기내벽 등을 포함할 수 있는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.
여기에서, 캐비테이션 시드는 유체 내에 조사된 초음파에 의해 공동화(cavitation)를 유발시킬 수 있다. 공동화에 대해서는 앞에서 설명한 도2a와 도2b를 참조할 수 있다.
또한, 유체는 캐비테이션 시드에 의해 유발된 공동화에 의하여 표피에 전달되는 약물일 있다. 예를 들면, 페룰산(ferulic acid)을 표피에 전달할 수 있다. 이 뿐 아니라, 표피를 통하여 체내에 전달하기 위해 필요한 다양한 종류의 약물이 사용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
여기에서, 코어는 캐비테이션 시드의 부력을 정하는 역할을 하기 때문에 코어에 무엇을 이용하느냐에 따라서 부력이 달라지고, 부력에 의해 캐비테이션 시드가 표피에 집중적으로 위치될 수 있는지 여부를 결정될 수 있다.
따라서, 이하에서 부력을 결정하는데 있어서의 코어에 대하여 보다 구체적으로 설명하도록 한다.
도 4a는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 코어가 주변 유체보다 무거운 불활성 액화 기체를 포함하는 캐비테이션 시드(cavitation seed)를 상부에서 바라본 모습을 설명하는 예시도이다.
도 4b는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 코어가 주변 유체보다 무거운 불활성 액화 기체를 포함하는 캐비테이션 시드(cavitation seed)를 측면에서 바라본 모습을 설명하는 예시도이다.
도 4a 및 도 4b를 참조하면, 코어는 캐비테이션 시드가 첨가된 유체보다 무거운 불활성 액화 기체일 수 있다. 샬레(42)에 이처럼 무거운 캐비테이션 시드(40)를 유체(41)에 혼합하여 변화를 살펴보았다. 여기서는 물 기반의 유체(41)를 사용하였으나, 이에 한정될 것은 아니다. 도 4a에서 볼 수 있는 것과 같이, 첨가된 유체(41)보다 무거운 액화 기체를 사용함에 따라, 캐비테이션 시드(40)가 주변 유체(41)보다 무겁기 때문에 유체(41) 내에서 아래로 가라앉을 수 있다. 도 4b에서 그 측면을 살펴보면, 좀 더 분명하게 캐비테이션 시드(40)가 가라앉아 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 이 때문에 표피에 캐비테이션 시드(40)를 집중적으로 위치시키도록 조절할 수 있다. 또한, 여기서 표피에 보다 정확하게 위치시키기 위해서는 캐비테이션 시드(40)의 크기를 조절함으로써 달성할 수 있다.
여기에서, 불활성 액화 기체는 초음파에 의해 기화될 수 있다. 이처럼, 초음파에 의해 기화됨으로써 공동화(cavitation)를 잘 유발시킬 수 있다.
불활성 액화 기체는 퍼플루오로카본(perfluoro-carbon) 계열의 기체를 포함할 수 있고, 또는 이러한 퍼플로오로카본(perfluoro-carbon) 계열의 기체가 포함된 혼합물로 이루어질 수도 있다.
예를 들면, 불활성 액화 기체는 퍼플루오로펜탄(perfluoro-pentane, 끓는 점 30°C 부근, 밀도 1.63 g/ml), 퍼플루오로헥산(perfluoro-hexane, 끓는점 56°C 부근, 밀도 1.68 g/ml), 퍼플루오로메틸사이클로헥산(perfluoro-metylcyclo-hexane, 끓는점 76°C 부근, 1.788 g/ml), 퍼플루오로옥탄(perfluoro-octane, 끓는점 103°C 부근, 밀도 1.76 g/ml)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 이것은 예시적인 것이고, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에 통상의 기술자는 이와 동등 또는 일부 변형된 불활성 액화 기체를 사용할 수 있다.
상술한 기체들은 초음파에 의하여 손쉽게 기화된다는 점에서 약물 전달에 적절한 캐비테이션 시드로 활용할 수 있다.
한편, 체내로 전달할 약물이 포함된, 표피 주위의 유체와, 표피가 중력의 방향과는 상이하게 위치하여, 유체에 첨가된 캐비테이션 시드가 주변 유체보다 무거우면, 오히려 캐비테이션 시드가 표피에서 더 멀어지는 경우가 있을 수 있다. 이러한 때에는 반대로, 캐비테이션 시드가 표피 주위의 유체보다 가벼워야 할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 이러한 경우, 코어는 캐비테이션 시드가 첨가된 유체보다 가벼운 기체일 수 있다.
도 5a는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 코어가 퍼플루오로부탄(perfluoro-butane)을 포함하는 캐비테이션 시드를 상부에서 바라본 모습을 설명하는 예시도이다.
도 5b는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 코어가 퍼플루오로부탄(perfluoro-butane)을 포함하는 캐비테이션 시드를 측면에서 바라본 모습을 설명하는 예시도이다.
퍼플루오로부탄(perfluoro-butane)은 캐비테이션 시드가 첨가된 유체보다 가벼운 대표적인 기체일 수 있다.
도 5a 및 도 5b를 참조하면, 코어로 퍼플루오로부탄이 사용되어, 캐비테이션 시드(50)가 주변 유체(41)보다 가볍기 때문에, 부력이 크게 작용할 수 있다. 샬레(42)에 이처럼 가벼운 캐비테이션 시드(50)를 주변 유체(41)에 혼합하여 변화를 살펴보았다. 여기서는 물 기반의 유체(41)를 사용하였으나, 이에 한정될 것은 아니다.
도 5a에서와 같이 상부에서 살펴보면 캐비테이션 시드(50)가 주변 유체(41)에 균일하게 분포한 것을 확인할 수 있다. 측면에서 살펴볼 경우에도, 도 5b에서와 같이 캐비테이션 시드(50)가 주변 유체(41)에 균일하게 분포되어 있을 수 있다. 이 때문에 중력의 영향을 상쇄시켜 캐비테이션 시드(50)를 표피에 가깝게 위치시킬 수 있다. 이때, 표피와의 거리를 정확하게 조절하기 위하여 캐비테이션 시드(50)의 크기를 조절할 수 있음은 앞에서 설명한 바와 같다.
다만, 상술한 바와 같이 캐비테이션 시드가 주변 유체보다 더 무겁거나 더 가볍게만 이용하는 경우, 중력과 동일 또는 반대 방향으로만 이동시킬 수 있기 때문에 다양한 방향에 적용하는 것이 어려울 수 있다. 예를 들면, 앉아 있는 사람의 얼굴에 약물을 전달해야 하는 경우, 중력 이외의 추가적인 힘으로 표피에 캐비테이션 시드를 위치시켜야 할 수 있다.
따라서, 이를 위해서 캐비테이션 시드의 막은 전자기장에 반응하도록 전하량을 가질 수 있다.
이하에서 전자장을 이용할 수 있도록 캐비테이션 시드의 막을 형성하는 물질에 대하여 보다 구체적으로 설명하도록 한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 캐비테이션 시드의 막을 형성하는 물질을 설명하는 예시도이다.

먼저, 캐비테이션 시드의 막(Shell)은 단백질(protein), 친수성(hydrophilic)과 공수성(hydrophobic)의 특성을 갖는 인지질(phospholipid) 이나 유사 지질, 공수성만을 갖는 지질로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상일 수 있다.
여기서, 인지질(phospholipid)은 예를 들면, DLPC(1,2-Dilauroyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine), DMPC(1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine), DPPC(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine), DSPC(1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine), DOPC(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine), DMPE(1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine), DPPE(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine), DOPE(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine), DMPA-Na(1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate), DPPA-Na(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate), DOPA-Na(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate), DMPG-Na(1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-Phosphoglycerol), DPPG-Na(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-Phosphoglycerol), DOPG-Na(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-Phosphoglycerol), DMPS- Na(1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoserine), DPPS-Na(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoserine), DOPS-Na(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoserine), DOPE-Glutaryl-(Na)2(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine), Tetramyristoyl Cardiolipin-(Na)2, DSPE-mPEG-2000-Na(1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine), DSPE-mPEG-5000-Na, DSPE-Maleimide PEG-2000-Na, DOTAP-Cl(1,2-dioleoyl-3-trimethylammonium-propane) 등이 있을 수 있다.
도 6을 참조하면, 여러 인지질의 총 전하량(Net Charge)은, 일반적인 중성 용액(pH 7.4) 에서 대부분 전하량 0을 가질 수 있다. 그러나, 도6의 일부 물질들은 적은 전하량을 갖고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
따라서, 전하량을 가지는 인지질을 적어도 하나 포함하여 막을 구성할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 막(Shell)은 DMPA-Na(1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate), DPPA-Na(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate), DOPA-Na(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate), DMPG-Na(1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-Phosphoglycerol), DPPG-Na(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-Phosphoglycerol), DOPG-Na(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-Phosphoglycerol), DMPS- Na(1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoserine), DPPS-Na(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoserine), DOPS-Na(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoserine), DOPE-Glutaryl-(Na)2(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine), Tetramyristoyl Cardiolipin-(Na)2, DSPE-mPEG-2000-Na(1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine), DSPE-mPEG-5000-Na, DSPE-Maleimide PEG-2000-Na, DOTAP-Cl(1,2-dioleoyl-3-trimethylammonium propane) 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
다만, 이것은 예시적인 것이고 목적에 따라, 이러한 물질을 단독으로, 또는 일정 비율로 섞을 경우 전자장에 반응하는 막(Shell)을 갖는 캐비테이션 시드를 생성할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 막은 DPPC(중성 인지질)와 DPPA(음극성 인지질)을 일정 비율로 조합하여 구성할 수 있다. 더 구체적으로 설명하면, DPPC와 DPPA를 10:1로 희석할 수 있다. 이 경우 약 -28mV의 제타전위(zetapotential)가 측정될 수 있고 따라서, 이러한 물질을 외면의 막(Shell)으로 갖는 캐비테이션 시드는 전자장의 영향에 따라, 표피에 밀착되거나 반대로 멀어지게 될 수 있다.
그 밖에도 반데르발스 힘(van der waals force)이나 자기장을 추가적으로 이용하는 경우, 순수 지질 또는 다양한 나노 입자 화합물(nano particle compound)을 이용하여 막을 구성하는데 사용될 수도 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 캐비테이션 시드(cavitation seed)를 이용하여 표피 내로 전달되는 효과를 확인하기 위한 실험 환경을 설명하는 예시도이다.
도 7을 참조하면, 사람의 피부와 유사한 돼지 표피(porcine skin, 100)를 사용할 수 있고, 휘젓는 목적으로 사용되는 자기 교반기(magnetic stirrer, 300), 디퓨젼 셀(diffusion cell, 200)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 이때 디퓨젼 셀(200)은 도 7의 돼지 표피(100)가 고정된 고정부의 상하를 모두 포함하는 의미로서 이하에서 설명한다. 또한, 여기서의 실험 환경은 캐비테이션 시드를 설명하기 위한 하나의 예로 이해되어야 한다.
여기에서, 돼지 표피(100)는 마이크로톰(microtome)을 이용하여 약 2mm의 두께로 준비하였으며, 샘플의 일관성을 유지하기 위하여 돼지 표피(100) 양단의 전기적 저항(impedance) 값이 800 ~ 900 Ω인 샘플만을 사용하였다. 돼지 표피(100)는 디퓨젼 셀(200)에 고정 장치로 고정시켜 위치시켰다. 그러나 반드시 이러한 표피에만 적용될 수 있는 것은 아니고 이것은 단지 하나의 실시예에 해당할 수 있다.
먼저, 이 실험에 사용될 캐비테이션 시드는, 중성 인지질인 DPPC를 이용하여 막을 구성하고, 코어에는 퍼플루오로헥산(perfluoro-hexane)을 사용하여 첨가될 용액보다 무거운 액화 퍼플루오로헥산 리보좀(liposome)을 생성할 수 있다. 이때 캐비테이션 시드의 크기는 필터를 이용하여 1 μm(micro meter) 이하로 조절할 수 있다.
이러한 캐비테이션 시드를 표피에 전달할 퍼룰산(ferulic acid) 용액 10000ppm 에 부피기준으로 0.1%로 희석시켜 캐비테이션 시드가 포함된 용액을 제조할 수 있다.
도 8은, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른, 무거운 캐비테이션 시드(cavitation seed)를 이용함에 따라 표피 가까이 위치한 캐비테이션 시드를 설명하는 예시도이다. 도 9는, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 무거운 캐비테이션을 이용함에 따라 향상된 약물 전달 효과를 설명하는 그래프이다.
도 8을 참조하면, 앞에 도 7의 실험 환경 하에서, 퍼룰산 용액(120)을 디퓨젼 셀(200)에 넣으면 퍼룰산 용액(120) 내에서 캐비테이션 시드(105)가 더 무겁기 때문에 돼지 표피(100)에 집중적으로 위치되도록 할 수 있다.
이러한 퍼룰산 용액(120) 내에 약 2 W/cm2의 초음파를 20분 동안 적용하며 매 10분 간격으로 퍼룰산(ferulic acid)이 전달된 양을 채집하여 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피(High Precision Liquid Chromatography, HPLC)로 정량적으로 측정한 결과를 확인할 수 있다. 이때, 초음파의 적용 시간 및 강도는 본 발명이 속한 기술분야의 통상의 기술자에 의해 다양한 방법으로 결정할 수 있고 이 실험예에 제한되지 않는다.
도 9를 참조하면, 기존의 초음파를 조사하는 방식이나 조영제를 첨가하여 초음파를 조사하는 방식은 단순 확산에 따른 전달양보다 최대 10배까지 향상되었음을 알 수 있다.
반면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 캐비테이션 시드를 첨가하여 초음파를 조사하는 방식은 단순 확산과 비교하면, 약 10000배까지 향상되었음을 알 수 있다.
도 10a는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자기장에 반응하도록 전하량을 갖는 막을 포함하는 캐비테이션 시드를 상부에서 살펴본 모습을 설명하는 예시도이다.
도 10b는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자기장에 반응하도록 전하량을 갖는 막을 포함하는 캐비테이션 시드에 전자기장을 인가한 모습을 설명하는 예시도이다.
도 11은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전자기장에 반응하도록 전하량을 갖는 막을 포함하는 캐비테이션 시드를 이용함에 따라, 향상된 약물 전달 효과를 설명하는 그래프이다.
도 10a를 참조하면, 앞에서의 도 8 및 도 9를 통해 설명한 실시예와 동일하게 본 실시예에서도 돼지 표피(100)를 사용하며, 돼지 표피(100)는 약 2mm의 두께를 준비하였고, 샘플의 일관성을 위하여 샘플 양단의 전기적 저항(impedance) 값이 800 ~ 900 Ω 인 샘플들로만 실험하였다.
또한, 전자기장에 반응하도록 DPPC와 DPPA 두가지 인지질을 10:1로 혼합하여 전하량을 갖는 막을 준비하고, 그 내부 코어는 퍼플루오로부탄(perfluorobutane)으로 채운 캐비테이션 시드(110)를 생성할 수 있다.
생성된 캐비테이션 시드(110)는 퍼룰산(ferulic acid) 용액(120)에 0.1% 비율로 혼합할 수 있다.
혼합된 퍼룰산 용액(120)을 디퓨젼 셀(diffusion cell, 200)에 넣으면, 도 10a에서 확인할 수 있는 바와 같이 캐비테이션 시드(110)가 넓게 분포된 것을 확인할 수 있다. 이것은 내부 코어를 퍼플루오로부탄을 이용하였기 때문에 중력보다 부력이 더 크게 작용한 결과일 수 있다.
여기에 전기장을 인가하기 위하여 전극을 넣고 DC 15 V를 인가하면, 도 10b와 같이 캐비테이션 시드(110)가 돼지 표피(100)에 집중적으로 위치하도록 유도할 수 있다.
앞선 실시예와 마찬가지로, 약 2 W/cm2의 초음파를 20분 동안 적용하며 매 10분 간격으로 퍼룰산(ferulic acid)이 전달된 양을 채집하여 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피(High Precision Liquid Chromatography, HPLC)로 정량적으로 측정할 수 있다.
도 11을 참조하면, 초음파를 조사하거나 기존의 초음파 조영제를 추가한 후 초음파를 조사하는 방식은 단순 확산에 비하여 최대 10배 정도 향상되었음을 알 수 있다.
그러나, 전자기장의 영향을 받을 수 있도록 전하량이 있는 막이 포함된 캐비테이션 시드를 이용하는 경우, 전달되는 퍼룰산의 양은 단순 확산보다 약 800 배까지 향상될 수 있다.
또한, 이 실험의 결과는 전기장의 세기 조절로 더욱 향상될 수 있는 여지가 있다.
도 12는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 캐비테이션 시드를 이용하여 표피에 약물을 전달하는 방법에 대한 흐름도이다.
도 12를 참조하면, 캐비테이션 시드(cavitation seed)를 이용하여 생체의 표피에 약물을 전달하는 방법은, 약물을 포함하는 유체에 상기 캐비테이션 시드가 혼합된 혼합물을 상기 표피에 도입하는 단계(S120), 혼합물에 형성되는 전자기장을 조절하여 혼합물 내에서 캐비테이션 시드의 위치를 결정하는 단계(S121) 및 캐비테이션 시드의 공동화를 유발하기 위해 초음파 방사 장치를 이용하여 혼합물에 초음파를 조사하는 단계(S122)를 포함할 수 있다.
여기에서, 초음파 방사 장치는 본 발명이 속한 기술분야에 속한 통상의 기술자가 쉽게 입수할 수 있는 다양한 장치를 이용할 수 있다.
여기에서, 캐비테이션 시드는 혼합물 내에서 캐비테이션 시드의 부력을 결정하는 코어(core)를 포함할 수 있다.

여기에서, 유체는 피부 미백제, 제모제, 발모제, 피부 필러(filler), 콜라겐, 진통제, 국부 마취제, 치료용 유전체, 암치료제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 미용적 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 약물일 수 있다.
여기에서, 막(Shell)은, 전자기장에 반응하도록 전하량을 가질 수 있다.
본 발명은 표피에 가까운 이상적인 위치에 공동화(cavitation)를 유발시키는 캐비테이션 시드(cavitation seed)을 집중적으로 위치시킨 후, 적절한 초음파 파라미터를 인가하여 공동화(cavitation)를 발생시킴으로써 표피에 약물 전달 효율을 증가 시킬 수 있다.
또한, 피부 미백, 제모제, 발모제, 피부용 필러(filler) 등의 피부 미용, 피부용 진통제, 국부 마취제, 건선과 같은 유전적 질환, 피부암 등의 피부 치료뿐만 아니라 다양한 약물 전달에 적용할 수 있다.

Claims (19)

  1. 생체의 표피 주위에 공동(cavity)을 생성하는 공동화(cavitation)를 유발시키는 캐비테이션 시드(cavitation seed)에 있어서,
    유체 내에서 외형을 유지하도록 외면을 형성하는 막(Shell); 및
    상기 막의 내부에 위치하여 상기 유체 내에서 상기 캐비테이션 시드의 부력을 결정하는 코어(core)를 포함하되,
    상기 캐비테이션 시드는 상기 유체 내에 조사된 초음파에 의해 공동화(cavitation)를 유발시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 코어는 상기 캐비테이션 시드가 첨가된 유체보다 무거운 불활성 액화 기체인 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 불활성 액화 기체는 퍼플루오로카본(perfluoro-carbon) 계열의 기체를 포함하거나, 상기 퍼플루오로카본(perfluoro-carbon) 계열의 기체가 포함된 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드.
  4. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 불활성 액화 기체는 초음파에 의해 기화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드.
  5. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 불활성 액화 기체는 퍼플루오로펜탄(perfluoro-pentane), 퍼를루오로헥산(perfluoro-hexane), 퍼플루오로메틸사이클로헥산(perfluoro-metylcyclo-hexane) 및 퍼를루오로옥탄(perfluoro-octane)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 코어는 상기 캐비테이션 시드가 첨가된 유체보다 가벼운 기체인 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 기체는 퍼플루오로부탄(perfluoro-butane)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드.
  8. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 막(Shell)은 단백질(protein), 친수성(hydrophilic)과 공수성(hydrophobic)의 특성을 갖는 인지질(phospholipid), 유사 지질 및 공수성만을 갖는 지질로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드.
  9. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 막(Shell)은 전자기장에 반응하도록 전하량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드.
  10. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 막(Shell)은 DMPA-Na(1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate), DPPA-Na(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate), DOPA-Na(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate), DMPG-Na(1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-Phosphoglycerol), DPPG-Na(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-Phosphoglycerol), DOPG-Na(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-Phosphoglycerol), DMPS- Na(1,2-Dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoserine), DPPS-Na(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoserine), DOPS-Na(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoserine), DOPE-Glutaryl-(Na)2(1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine), Tetramyristoyl Cardiolipin-(Na)2, DSPE-mPEG-2000-Na(1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine), DSPE-mPEG-5000-Na, DSPE-Maleimide PEG-2000-Na, DOTAP-Cl(1,2-dioleoyl-3-trimethylammonium propane) 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드.
  11. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 막(Shell)은, DPPC(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine)와 DPPA(1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate)를 소정 비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드.
  12. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 유체는 상기 캐비테이션 시드에 의해 유발된 공동화에 의하여 표피에 전달되는 약물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드.
  13. 캐비테이션 시드(cavitation seed)를 이용하여 생체의 표피에 약물을 전달하는 방법에 있어서,
    약물을 포함하는 유체에 상기 캐비테이션 시드가 혼합된 혼합물을 상기 표피에 도입하는 단계;
    상기 혼합물에 형성되는 전자기장을 조절하여 상기 혼합물 내에서 상기 캐비테이션 시드의 위치를 결정하는 단계; 및
    상기 캐비테이션 시드의 공동화를 유발하기 위해 초음파 방사 장치를 이용하여 상기 혼합물에 초음파를 조사하는 단계를 포함하는, 약물 전달 방법.
  14. 청구항 13에 있어서,
    상기 캐비테이션 시드는 상기 혼합물 내에서 상기 캐비테이션 시드의 부력을 결정하는 코어(core)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 약물 전달 방법.
  15. 청구항 13에 있어서,
    상기 캐비테이션 시드는 상기 혼합물 내에서 외형을 유지하도록 외면을 형성하는 막(Shell)을 포함하되,
    상기 막(Shell)은 전자기장에 반응하도록 전하량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 약물 전달 방법.
  16. 생체의 표피 주위에 공동(cavity)을 생성하는 공동화(cavitation)를 유발시키는 캐비테이션 시드(cavitation seed) 혼합물에 있어서,
    유체; 및
    상기 유체에 혼합된 캐비테이션 시드를 포함하고, 상기 캐비테이션 시드 각각은,
    상기 혼합물 내에서 외형을 유지하도록 외면을 형성하는 막(Shell); 및
    상기 막의 내부에 위치하여 상기 혼합물 내에서 부력을 결정하는 코어(Core)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드 혼합물.
  17. 청구항 16에 있어서,
    상기 유체는 퍼룰산(ferulic acid)이 물에 소정의 비율로 희석된 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드 혼합물.
  18. 청구항 16에 있어서,
    상기 유체는 피부 미백제, 제모제, 발모제, 피부 필러(filler), 콜라겐, 진통제, 국부 마취제, 치료용 유전체, 암치료제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 미용적 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 약물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드 혼합물.
  19. 청구항 16에 있어서,
    상기 막(Shell)은, 전자기장에 반응하도록 전하량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캐비테이션 시드 혼합물.
