Description
本发明涉及一种擦拭装置,特别是指一种用于擦拭时,通过发泡体的凹口状将清洁液体包覆,避免清洁液体漏出,并且使清洁液体持续缓慢渗入发泡体中,使发泡体保持润湿,以限制收敛湿润发泡体的摩擦力,维持一定擦拭效果,不会发生难以移动擦拭的现象的擦拭装置。
一般要清洁大楼的玻璃帷幕窗户时,通常是将一载人平台设在大楼外墙的滑轨上,或是利用钢索吊住平台悬挂在外墙面,即可使清洁工人站在平台上随着平台的移动而进行清洗玻璃的工作。
而对于住家来讲,清洗窗户的方式大多是直接拿报纸沾清洁剂擦拭玻璃表面,通常也会因窗户的设置位置,或是脏污程度不同等情况,进而利用各式各样的洗窗装置辅助清洗工作。
而目前市面上的洗窗装置,其清洁表面上大多会有一凹口,该凹口内能够容置清洁液,并能够将一与该凹口形状相符合的泡棉塞入该凹口内,该泡棉必须略大于或等于该凹口内的空间,才能够刚好使该泡棉完全塞入该凹口内,并防止泡棉由凹口中脱离,使该泡棉完全吸收该凹口内的清洁液,因此使用者能够通过该洗窗装置上的泡棉来进行清洁;
但上述这一类的洗窗装置,由于结构的关系,虽然泡棉能够完全塞入该凹口内,但无法被泡棉吸收的清洁液将会无法避免地漏出,且在使用该洗窗装置的过程中,由于该泡棉上的清洁液随着泡棉受到挤压,清洁液会很快被消耗掉,因此泡棉也会随着使用时间延长,而不具有清洁能力,因此使用者则必须再将该泡棉浸泡于清洁液中、再塞入该凹口内,或是将该泡棉取出,于该凹口内倒入清洁液后,再将该泡棉塞入该凹口内,但毕竟泡棉能够吸收的清洁液有限,而该凹口内又没办法保存清洁液,因此,若要使用这一类的洗窗装置,则必须一直持续更换清洁液(或是不断的将泡棉浸泡于清洁液中),才能够实现足够的清洁效果。
由上述的问题可以知道,现有的洗窗装置所使用的清洁液饱满的平坦泡棉,会因清洁液的黏滞力造成擦拭过程中摩擦力过大,难以移动擦拭的现象,另外,泡棉在擦拭的过程中会逐渐失去水分,在无清洁液持续供给的情况下,泡棉几乎无摩擦力,而无摩擦力的泡棉会丧失擦拭能力,因此,现有的洗窗装置仍有很大的问题需要解决。
因此,为了对上述情况进行改善,若能够使用一种擦拭装置,该擦拭装置内具有能够避免清洁液体漏出的结构,使其用于擦拭时,能够避免清洁液体漏出的情况发生,并持续补充泡棉因擦拭而损失的清洁液,且更能够限制收敛湿润泡棉的摩擦力,以维持一定擦拭效果,因此不会发生难以移动擦拭的现象,如此应为一最佳解决方案。
本发明的目的即在于提供一种擦拭装置,具有能够避免清洁液体漏出的结构,当其用于擦拭时,能够避免清洁液体漏出的情况发生。
本发明提供的擦拭装置,包括:一擦拭本体,具有一擦拭表面,该擦拭表面上具有一组或一组以上的定位凹口;一擦拭器,定位于该定位凹口内,该擦拭器内部具有一个或一个以上的用以容置液体的容置槽,该容置槽上具有一开放表面;一发泡体,于两端具有定位部,而两端的定位部之间为一覆盖部,且于该发泡体两端的定位部与该容置槽两侧壁面结合时,该覆盖部能够完全覆盖于该容置槽的开放表面上,且覆盖部的顶端高于该擦拭表面,并使该两端定位部与该覆盖部形成为一凹状结构。

实际的实施方式如图4所示,于一被擦拭物9(本实施例中是以玻璃做为被擦拭物9)的两个不同表面分别置放该擦拭装置的擦拭本体1与一磁性电动移动装置8,该磁性组件4能使该擦拭装置的擦拭本体1与该磁性电动移动装置8磁性连接,因此当该磁性电动移动装置8自主移动时,将能够带动该擦拭装置的擦拭本体1移动,并且在移动的过程中,通过该发泡体3达到清洁该被擦拭物9的两个不同表面的目的。
另外,该容置槽21内也可以不设置该隔板22与该勒片23,如图5所示,则仅需使用一个发泡体3,该发泡体3两端的定位部31则与该容置槽21两侧壁面紧密贴合。
本发明所提供的擦拭装置,与其它现有技术相互比较时,其优点如下:
1、本发明的擦拭装置内具有能够避免清洁液体漏出的结构,因此用于擦拭时,除了能够避免清洁液体漏出的情况发生之外,更能够持续补充泡棉因擦拭而损失的清洁液。
2、本发明的擦拭装置内的发泡体的凹状结构会与该容置槽形成为一清洁液容置空间,当该擦拭装置于该并被擦拭物9上移动并进行清洁时,会使该发泡体3受到挤压,该容置槽21内的清洁液212也会因移动而流动,因此流动的过程中会使该发泡体3陆陆续续接触到该清洁液212,故使得该发泡体3能够保持长时间的湿润。
3、本发明的擦拭装置的清洁液容置空间内的清洁液212由于能够被动式的持续流动,故能使该发泡体3能够保持长效性的清洁能力,与传统擦拭装置一次性将清洁液212吸收的情况则有明显差异。
4、本发明的擦拭装置的U型或ㄇ型的泡棉结构,可以限制收敛湿润泡棉的摩擦力,维持一定擦拭效果,故能够避免发生难以移动擦拭的现象出现。
5、本发明已通过上述的实施例公开如上,然其并非用以限定本发明的保护范围,本领域技术人员,在了解本发明前述的技术特征及实施例的基础上,并在不脱离本发明的技术方案内,当可作些许的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围须以权利要求书中限定的为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种擦拭装置,其特征在于:包括:一擦拭本体,具有一擦拭表面,该擦拭表面上具有一组或一组以上的定位凹口;一擦拭器,定位于该定位凹口内,该擦拭器内部具有一个或一个以上的用以容置液体的容置槽,该容置槽上具有一开放表面;一发泡体,于两端具有定位部,两端的定位部之间为一覆盖部,且该发泡体两端的定位部与该容置槽两侧壁面结合时,该覆盖部完全覆盖于该容置槽的开放表面上,且覆盖部的顶端高于该擦拭表面,并使该两端定位部与该覆盖部形成为一凹状结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的擦拭装置,其特征在于:该擦拭表面上还包括一个或一个以上的磁性组件。
- 如权利要求1所述的擦拭装置,其特征在于:该擦拭表面上还包括一个或一个以上的控制间隔件。
- 如权利要求1所述的擦拭装置,其特征在于:该擦拭表面上还包括一个或一个以上的滚轮,该滚轮表面上具有多个小吸盘。
- 如权利要求1所述的擦拭装置,其特征在于:该擦拭表面上还包括一个或一个以上的刮片,该刮片设置于该擦拭表面的边缘处。
- 如权利要求1所述的擦拭装置,其特征在于:该容置槽还具有至少一个隔板,用以于该容置槽上分隔出多个小容置槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的擦拭装置,其特征在于:该容置槽内还设置有多个勒片,两个勒片之间形成有至少一个通道。
- 如权利要求1所述的擦拭装置,其特征在于:该擦拭器的外侧面上具有至少一个卡扣件及一凸缘,该定位凹口内侧周围设有至少一个卡扣机构,该擦拭器的卡扣件与该卡扣机构相扣合,以使该擦拭器能够固定于该定位凹口内,且该定位凹口向一侧延伸出有一缺口,该擦拭器的外侧面的凸缘与该缺口相对应设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的擦拭装置,其特征在于:该两端的定位部与该覆盖部形成为一凹状结构,该凹状结构为U型或是ㄇ型。
- 如权利要求1所述的擦拭装置,其特征在于:该发泡体为一泡棉。
