Description

エレベータ
 この発明は、カウンタウェイトを備えないエレベータに関するものである。
 従来、巻上機に巻回されたロープの一端で乗りかごを吊下し、ロープの他方でカウンタウェイトを吊下した、いわゆるつるべ式エレベータと呼ばれるエレベータが一般的であった。つるべ式エレベータでは、巻上機の両側のロープに加わる張力がほぼ釣り合っており、巻上機は比較的小さなトルクで乗りかごを昇降させることができる。しかし、つるべ式エレベータでは、カウンタウェイトを乗りかごの昇降経路から外して配置させる必要があるので、昇降路面積が広くなってしまうという課題があった。
 このような状況を鑑み、カウンタウェイトを備えないエレベータが提案されていた(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
 特許文献1に記載の従来のエレベータでは、レバーが乗りかごの背面側に軸を支点として揺動可能に取り付けられ、上部固定滑車が昇降路の上部に配設され、下部固定滑車が昇降路の下部に配設されていた。さらに、上部動滑車および下部動滑車が乗りかごの側面部に取り付けられ、巻上機が上部動滑車の上方に配設されていた。そして、一端側をレバーの上面側に取り付けられたロープが、上部固定滑車と上部動滑車とを経由した後に巻上機に巻回され、他端側をレバーの下面側に取り付けられたロープが、下部固定滑車と下部動滑車とを経由した後に巻上機に巻回されていた。そして、レバーが軸周りに揺動することで、ロープの経年変化による伸びを吸収していた。

 特許文献1に記載された従来のエレベータでは、ロープの経年変化による伸びを吸収するためのレバーが乗りかごから背面側に突出しているので、その分、昇降路内の有効スペースが狭められるという課題があった。さらに、特許文献1に記載された従来のエレベータでは、ロープの経年変化による伸びを吸収する機構が複雑であるという課題もあった。
 この発明は、上記課題を解決するためになされたもので、カウンタウェイトおよびロープの経年変化による伸びを吸収するためのレバーを不要として、昇降路内の有効スペースを拡大するとともに、簡素な機構でロープの経年変化による伸びを吸収できるエレベータを得ることを目的とする。
 この発明のエレベータは、昇降路内に昇降可能に配設された乗りかごと、上記乗りかごに配設されて、上向きのテンションが作用する上部かご滑車と、上記乗りかごに配設されて、下向きのテンションが作用する下部かご滑車と、一端を昇降路の上部に固着されて、上記上部かご滑車、上記昇降路の上部、上記昇降路の下部および上記下部かご滑車を経由するように敷設されたロープと、上記ロープの他端に連結されて、上記ロープにテンションを付与するテンションウェイトと、上記ロープを巻き上げ駆動して上記乗りかごを昇降させる巻上機と、を備える。
 この発明によれば、乗りかごの昇降において、上部かご滑車を経由するロープの送り量が、下部かご滑車を経由するロープの送り量に一致するので、乗りかごの昇降に拘わらず、テンションローラの上下方向位置が維持される。そこで、上下方向に延びるテンションウェイトの昇降経路が不要となり、昇降路内に有効スペースを広げることができる。また、ロープの経年変化による伸びは、テンションウェイトや乗りかごの下降により吸収できるので、ロープの経年変化による伸びを吸収する機構を簡易な構成で実現できる。さらに、ロープの経年変化による伸びを吸収するレバーが不要となり、昇降路内の有効スペースをさらに広げることができる。

 実施の形態1.
 図1はこの発明の実施の形態1に係るエレベータの構成を説明する模式図、図2はこの発明の実施の形態1に係るエレベータにおけるロープの各部分に作用する張力を説明する模式図、図3はこの発明の実施の形態1に係るエレベータにおける巻上機の駆動時の乗りかごとテンションウェイトの動作を説明する模式図、図4はこの発明の実施の形態1に係るエレベータにおけるロープの経年変化による伸びの吸収動作を説明する模式図である。
 図1において、乗りかご2が昇降路1内に昇降可能に配設されている。巻上機3が昇降路1の上部に配設され、第1下部固定滑車4が昇降路1の下部に配設されている。上部かご滑車5が乗りかご2の上部に取り付けられ、下部かご滑車6が乗りかご2の下部に取り付けられている。ロープ7が、その一端を昇降路1の上部に固着されて垂下され、上部かご滑車5で折り返された後に、巻上機3に向かって引き上げられる。そして、ロープ7は、巻上機3の綱車に巻回されて垂下され、第1下部固定滑車4で折り返された後に下部かご滑車6に向かって引き上げられ、下部かご滑車6で折り返されて垂下する。そして、テンションウェイト8が、ロープ7の他端に取り付けられている。
 つぎに、このように構成されたエレベータのロープ7の各部分に作用する張力について図2を参照しつつ説明する。ここで、乗りかご2の重量をMc、テンションウェイト8の重量をMtとする。
 テンションウェイト8は、下部かご滑車6の両側の2本のロープにより吊下されているので、これら2本のロープの張力は、それぞれT1(=Mt/2)となる。そこで、その張力の反力として、第1下部固定滑車4に巻回されているロープの右側部分に、T1の張力が加わる。第1下部固定滑車4に巻回されているロープの右側部分と左側部分は釣り合っているので、第1下部固定滑車4に巻回されているロープの左側部分に、T1の張力が加わる。そして、その張力の反力として、巻上機3の左側部分に、張力T1が加わる。
 また、乗りかご2とテンションウェイト8は、上部かご滑車5の両側のロープにより吊下されているので、これら2本のロープの張力は、T2(=(Mc+Mt)/2)となる。そこで、その張力の反力として、巻上機3の右側部分に、T2の張力が加わる。
 このように、巻上機3に巻回されているロープの右側部分の張力はT2、左側部分の張力はT1となるので、巻上機3には、T2-T1=(Mc+Mt)/2-Mt/2=Mc/2の張力が加わっている。そこで、巻上機3の径をDとすれば、巻上機3に必要な駆動トルクは、(Mc/2)×(D/2)となる。
 つぎに、巻上機3が駆動された場合の乗りかご2とテンションウェイト8の移動量を図3を参照しつつ説明する。ここで、巻上機3が反時計回りに1回転したときのロープ7の送り量をLとする。
 まず、巻上機3が、図3中、反時計回りに1回転すると、ロープ7の一端から上部かご滑車5を経由して巻上機3に至る部分がLだけ巻上機3に送り出される。このロープ部分の送り出し量は、上部かご滑車5の両側のロープ部分でまかなわれるので、乗りかご3の上昇量は、L/2となる。
 一方、ロープ7は、巻上機3からテンションウェイト8側にLだけ送り出されるので、テンションウェイト8はLだけ下降する。このとき、乗りかご3がL/2だけ上昇するので、下部かご滑車6もL/2だけ上昇する。この下部かご滑車6の上昇に伴い、テンションウェイト8がLだけ上昇する。したがって、巻上機3からテンションウェイト8側にロープ7をLだけ送り出すことによるテンションウェイト8の下降量は、乗りかご3がL/2だけ上昇することにより吸収され、テンションウェイト8は移動しない。
 また、図示していないが、図3中、時計回りに1回転すると、ロープ7は、巻上機3から乗りかご2側にLだけ送り出され、乗りかご3は、L/2だけ下降する。一方、テンションウェイト8側から巻上機3にロープ7をLだけ送り出すことにより、テンションウェイト8はLだけ上昇する。このとき、乗りかご3がL/2だけ下降するので、下部かご滑車6もL/2だけ下降する。この下部かご滑車6の下降に伴い、テンションウェイト8がLだけ下降する。したがって、巻上機3から乗りかご2側にロープ7をLだけ送り出すことによるテンションウェイト8の上昇量は、乗りかご3のL/2だけ下降することにより吸収され、テンションウェイト8は移動しない。
 このように、本エレベータでは、カウンタウェイトが不要となるので、上下方向に延びるカウンタウェイトの昇降経路を昇降路1内に確保する必要がなく、昇降路1内の有効スペースを広げることができる。
 また、乗りかご2が昇降路1内を昇降動作する際に、テンションウェイト8の上下方向位置は維持されているので、上下方向に延びるテンションウェイト8の昇降経路が不要となり、昇降路1内に有効スペースを広げることができる。また、テンションウェイト8を乗りかご2の昇降経路の投影面内に設置することができるので、昇降路1内の有効スペースをさらに拡大することができる。
 さらに、保守点検時に、乗りかご2を昇降動作させる際に、テンションウェイト8の上下方向位置が維持されるので、保守点検が容易となる。また、テンションウェイト8をロープ7の他端に連結してロープテンション保証機構が構成されているので、ロープテンション保証機構が簡素な構成となり、ロープテンションの調整が容易となる。
 つぎに、ロープ7が経年変化により伸びた場合の乗りかご2とテンションウェイト8の動作を図4を参照しつつ説明する。ここで、ロープ7の経年変化による伸びをδとする。
 ロープ7の巻上機3の右側部分が経年変化してδだけ伸びると、この伸び量δは乗りかご2がδ/2だけ下降することで吸収される。この乗りかご2の下降により、下部かご滑車6がδ/2だけ下降する。そして、この下部かご滑車6の下降に伴い、テンションウェイト8がδだけ下降する。
 図示していないが、ロープ7の巻上機3の左側部分が経年変化してδだけ伸びると、乗りかご2の上下方向位置は維持され、この伸び量δはテンションウェイト8がδだけ下降することで吸収される。
 このように、本エレベータでは、ロープ7が経年変化によるδだけ伸びると、テンションウェイト8がδだけ下降し、ロープテンションが維持されるので、ロープの伸び吸収機構を簡易な構成で実現できる。
 なお、上記実施の形態1では、上向きのロープテンションが作用する上部かご滑車5を乗りかご2の上部に配設し、下向きのロープテンションが作用する下部かご滑車6を乗りかご2の下部に配設しているが、上向きのロープテンションが作用する2つの上部かご滑車を乗りかご2の下部に配設し、下向きのロープテンションが作用する2つの下部かご滑車を乗りかご2の上部に配設してもよい。この場合、一端を昇降路の上部に固着されたロープを、2つの上部かご滑車に巻回して乗りかごの下部を通して巻上機に向かわせ、第1下部固定滑車で折り返されてロープを、2つの下部かご滑車に巻回して乗りかごの上部を通して垂下させ、その端部にテンションウェイトを連結することになる。

 図5において、テンションウェイト8は、テンションロッド9を介して昇降路1の下部に連結されている。
 なお、他の構成は、上記実施の形態1と同様に構成されている。
 この実施の形態2においても、カウンタウェイトが不要となり、巻上機3の駆動時には、テンションウェイト8の上下方向位置が維持され、ロープ7の経時変化による伸びを乗りかご2やテンションウェイト8の下降することで吸収できるので、上記実施の形態1と同様の効果が得られる。
 この実施の形態2によれば、テンションウェイト8が、テンションロッド9を介して昇降路1の下部に連結されているので、テンションウェイト8の重量を小さくすることができる。
 実施の形態3.
 図6はこの発明の実施の形態3に係るエレベータの構成を説明する模式図である。
 図6において、ロープ7は、巻上機3に巻回されて垂下され、第1下部固定滑車4で折り返された後に引き上げられ、乗りかご2の上部に取り付けられた第1下部かご滑車10と第2下部かご滑車11に巻回されて折り返されている。そして、第2下部かご滑車11から垂下するロープ7の他端に取り付けられたテンションウェイト8が、テンションロッド9を介して昇降路1の下部に連結されている。
 なお、他の構成は、上記実施の形態2と同様に構成されている。
 したがって、この実施の形態3においても、上記実施の形態2と同様の効果が得られる。

 したがって、この実施の形態6においても、上記実施の形態1と同様の効果が得られる。
 実施の形態7.
 図10はこの発明の実施の形態7に係るエレベータの構成を説明する模式図である。
 図10において、第2下部固定滑車13および第3下部固定滑車15が昇降路1の下部に取り付けられている。また、昇降路1の下部には、撤去された既設の油圧エレベータのジャッキなどが設置されていた凹部16が、昇降路1の下部に形成されている。そして、第1下部固定滑車4から下部かご滑車6に向かって引き上げられたロープ7が、下部かご滑車6で折り返されて垂下し、第2下部固定滑車13で折り返され、さらに第3下部固定滑車15で折り返されて垂下している。そして、テンションウェイト8が、ロープ7の他端に連結されて、凹部16内に配置されている。
 なお、他の構成は、上記実施の形態1と同様に構成されている。
 したがって、この実施の形態7においても、上記実施の形態1と同様の効果が得られる。
 この実施の形態7によれば、油圧式エレベータからカウンタウェイトを用いないエレベータに更新する際に、既設の機器のスペースである凹部16を有効に利用しているので、エレベータの更新コストを削減できる。
 なお、上記各実施の形態では、巻上機が昇降路の上部に配設され、固定滑車が昇降路の下部に配設されているが、巻上機を昇降路の下部に配設し、固定滑車を昇降路の上部に配設してもよい。

Claims (8)

  1.  昇降路内に昇降可能に配設された乗りかごと、
     上記乗りかごに配設されて、上向きのテンションが作用する上部かご滑車と、
     上記乗りかごに配設されて、下向きのテンションが作用する下部かご滑車と、
     一端を昇降路の上部に固着されて、上記上部かご滑車、上記昇降路の上部、上記昇降路の下部および上記下部かご滑車を経由するように敷設されたロープと、
     上記ロープの他端に連結されて、上記ロープにテンションを付与するテンションウェイトと、
     上記ロープを巻き上げ駆動して上記乗りかごを昇降させる巻上機と、を備えるエレベータ。
  2.  上記テンションウェイトがテンションロッドを介して上記昇降路の下部に連結されている請求項1記載のエレベータ。
  3.  上記巻上機が上記昇降路の上部に配設されている請求項1又は請求項2記載のエレベータ。
  4.  上記巻上機が上記昇降路の下部に配設されている請求項1又は請求項2記載のエレベータ。
  5.  上記上部かご滑車および上記下部かご滑車の一方が上記乗りかごの上部に配設され、他方が上記乗りかごの下部に配設されている請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のエレベータ。
  6.  上記上部かご滑車と上記下部かご滑車が上記乗りかごの上部に配設されている請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のエレベータ。
  7.  上記上部かご滑車と上記下部かご滑車が上記乗りかごの下部に配設されている請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のエレベータ。
  8.  上記上部かご滑車と上記下部かご滑車が上記乗りかごの側部に配設されている請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のエレベータ。
