Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement mécanique d'une matière fibreuse très consistante (1), comprenant un boîtier (2) dans lequel un premier outil de traitement (3) et un second outil de traitement (4) sont disposés de manière à former un interstice de traitement. Les outils de traitement (3,4) présentent respectivement une forme à symétrie de rotation, sont disposés de manière coaxiale l'un par rapport à l'autre, tournent l'un par rapport à l'autre, possèdent des dents (6) disposées respectivement en plusieurs rangées (5) annulaires concentriques par rapport à leur centre, entre lesquelles se situent des espaces interdentaires à travers lesquels la matière fibreuse (1) défile radialement. Au moins une partie des espaces interdentaires possède des surélévations (7) qui s'élèvent au-dessus du fond de dents (8) qui s'étend entre les rangées de dents (5). Des espaces annulaires sont formés entre les rangées de dents (5), et sont disposés de telle sorte qu'au moins une rangée de dents (5) d'un outil de traitement (3, 4) pénètre dans un espace intermédiaire annulaire de l'autre outil de traitement (4, 3) complémentaire. L'invention a pour but de permettre un traitement efficace des fibres avec une puissance requise minimale. Ce but est atteint en ce que la hauteur maximale respective des surélévations (7) au-dessus du fond de dents (8) augmente dans le sens radial vers l'extérieur.
