Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي برقاقة صغيرة لتشخيص مرض سرطان الجلد مصنوعة من السليكون وتتكون من عدة طبقات تبدأ بn-type semiconductor substrate (2) وينزل منها مجموعة من الأقطاب الكهربائية بحجم النانو (5 ) nano sodium-ions selective electrodes، بينما يثبت عليها من الأعلى مجموعة من ال strong polycationic brush(1) يكون بداخل الرقاقة محلول يتكون من ماء مذاب فيه نسبة قليلة من ملح كلوريد الصـــــــوديوم Nacl)) Sodium Chloride ( 4 ). ويغلفها من الاعلى غطاء من السليكون المرن(thin-film cover) ( 3 ) ، ومن ابرة لحقن الخلية بمادة cytochrome c. والهدف من الاختراع هو توفير امكانية تشخيص مرض سرطان الجلد بشكل سريع في اماكن وجوده على الجسم والحصول على النتائج في الحال من خلال تكون اشكال بارزة على سطح الرقاقة نتيجة لحركة الpolycationic brush ( (PMETACدون الحاجة الى عمل الخزعة واختبار الانسجة خارج الجسم والذي يتطلب الكثير من الوقت والجهد للحفاظ على نشاط الخلايا.
