Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de sertissage, de manière contrôlée, de la partie avant d'une tige de chaussure au moyen d'une machine de sertissage du type comprenant deux mâchoires en forme de plaque de support pour supporter la tige, un couteau de mise en forme pouvant effectuer un mouvement de translation, d'une manière contrôlée, avec un mouvement de va-et-vient entre une position mise en prise à l'intérieur d'une fente de passage entre les deux mâchoires et une position sensiblement séparée de ladite fente, et ces deux mâchoires étant mobiles le long d'une direction d'approche qui est sensiblement orthogonale par rapport à la fente de passage, entre une position proche et une position de retrait mutuel, et un dispositif d'activation et de retenue afin d'activer et de retenir au moins l'une des deux mâchoires dans une position prédéfinie, et ledit dispositif d'activation et de retenue comprenant des moyens pour faire varier instant par instant, d'une manière contrôlée, la position d'au moins une partie de l'une des deux mâchoires et/ou la force de retenue agissant sur celle-ci. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : a) disposer la tige sur la partie supérieure des deux mâchoires en forme de plaque, b) rapprocher les deux mâchoires l'une de l'autre dans une position dans laquelle une fente de passage prédéfinie est obtenue ; c) procéder à la translation de la lame de mise en forme se mettant en prise progressivement à l'intérieur de la fente de passage, pour tirer la tige à l'intérieur de ladite fente de passage définie entre les deux mâchoires ; et d) faire varier instant par instant, de manière contrôlée, la position d'au moins une partie de l'une des deux mâchoires et/ou la force de retenue agissant sur elle, pendant l'étape c) consistant à c) faire translater la lame de mise en forme se mettant en prise progressive à l'intérieur de la fente de passage.
