Abstract
液体水素の蒸発を防止すると共に、周囲の酸素を液化させない断熱性に優れた液体水素用流体荷役装置を提案することを目的とする。配管部1を断熱構造にし、スイベルジョイント部2は、ベアリング部5が介在する外環部3と内環部4との境界相対回動部6にヘリウムガスを封入した構成とし、且つ、外気と接する外気接触壁部7と、液体水素と接する液体水素接触壁部8との間に、真空部9を軸方向に延設すると共に、一端を外気接触壁部7に連設し他端を液体水素接触壁部8に連設した熱伝導延長経路部10を設けて、外気接触壁部7、液体水素接触壁部8間の熱伝導距離を延長した構成として、外気接触壁部7と液体水素接触壁部8との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成とした液体水素用流体荷役装置。
Description
本発明は、液体水素を荷役するための液体水素用流体荷役装置に関するものである。
近年、地球温暖化の問題が深刻化するなかで、石油・天然ガス等の化石燃料に代わるエネルギーとして、太陽光や風力、水力、地熱等の自然エネルギー(再生可能エネルギー)の利用拡大が推進されてきている。この自然エネルギーは、現状、ほぼ電気という形のエネルギーに変換されているが、電気は大量貯蔵には不向きなものであり、また、輸送ロスも大きいことから、近年、大量貯蔵、長距離輸送が可能な水素を、自然エネルギーを活用して製造し水素エネルギーとして積極的に利用してゆく取り組みが検討されている。
水素は、単に貯蔵、輸送が可能であるというメリットだけでなく、水や化合物として地球上に無尽蔵に存在する物質であることや、ロケット燃料として利用されるなどエネルギーとしてのパワーが大きいこと、更に、燃焼しても空気中の酸素と反応して水を生成するだけで二酸化炭素や大気汚染物質を排出しないクリーンエネルギーである等の様々なメリットがある。
また、日本国内の自然エネルギーは量的限界があるため、将来的には、国外の自然エネルギーを活用し水素を大量製造し、これを貯蔵、輸送することで日本国内のエネルギー問題を解消することも検討されている。
このような背景のもと、水素利用の拡大に伴い、この水素の貯蔵・輸送技術の確立が急務となっており、そのなかの一つとして、輸送してきた液体水素を荷役するための流体荷役装置(ローディングアーム)の開発が挙げられている。
水素は常温では気体であり、この気体の状態では体積が大きく、貯蔵、輸送には不向きな形態であるため、一般的には液化状態で貯蔵・輸送される。
水素の沸点は、-253℃であるから、液化するためには温度を-253℃以下にする必要があり、また、液化した水素は非常に蒸発し易いため、液体水素の貯蔵、輸送においては-253℃以下の環境を保持することが必須要件である。
しかしながら、従来の流体荷役装置は、断熱性能が低く、外部から侵入した熱が流体に伝わり易く、よって、液体水素を流通した場合、外気温の熱が流通する液体水素の液温を上げ、流通中に液体水素が蒸発して気体状態になってしまい効率的に輸送することができないという問題がある。
また、極低温の液体水素を流通することで配管表面温度が液体水素と同等の温度(-253℃)になり、これにより、配管の周囲に存在する酸素(沸点:-183℃)が液化して配管付近に溜まってしまう。この酸素は支燃性ガスであるため、万が一、火気が発生する事故等が発生した場合、この支燃性ガスである液化酸素が周囲に存在してしまうことによる被害の拡大(安全性の低下)が懸念される問題がある。
本発明は、このような問題を解決し、断熱性に優れ、流通する液体水素の蒸発を可及的に低減し効率的に荷役することができると共に、周囲に液化酸素を生成させない安全性に優れた従来にない画期的な液体水素用流体荷役装置を提案することを目的とする。
添付図面を参照して本発明の要旨を説明する。
液体水素を流通する配管部1をスイベルジョイント部2により回動自在に連結する構成とした液体水素用流体荷役装置であって、前記配管部1は、断熱構造を施した構成とし、前記スイベルジョイント部2は、連結する一方の前記配管部1と連設する外環部3と、他方の前記配管部1と連設する内環部4とをベアリング部5を介して相対回動自在に連結した構成とすると共に、このベアリング部5が介在する前記外環部3と前記内環部4との境界相対回動部6にヘリウムガスを封入した構成とし、且つ、大気中に露出し外気と接する外気接触壁部7と、流通する前記液体水素と接する液体水素接触壁部8との間に、真空部9を軸方向に延設すると共に、一端を前記外気接触壁部7に連設し他端を前記液体水素接触壁部8に連設した熱伝導延長経路部10を設けて、前記外気接触壁部7と前記液体水素接触壁部8との間の熱伝導距離を延長した構成として、前記外気接触壁部7と前記液体水素接触壁部8との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成としたことを特徴とする液体水素用流体荷役装置に係るものである。
また、前記外環部3は、前記ベアリング部5を設ける外環相対回動部11に真空二重管構造の直管状の被嵌部12を連設した構成とし、前記内環部4は、前記外環相対回動部11と係合する内環相対回動部13に真空二重管構造の直管状の嵌入部14を連設した構成として、前記嵌入部14を前記被嵌部12に嵌入係合して前記外環部3と前記内環部4とを連結する構成とし、前記嵌入部14と前記被嵌部12との嵌入係合により、前記外気接触壁部7となる前記被嵌部12の外側管部15と、前記液体水素接触壁部8となる前記嵌入部14の内側管部16との間に、前記真空部9を複数形成すると共に、前記被嵌部12の内側管部17と前記嵌入部14の外側管部18とが相対回動自在に重合する管壁重合部19を形成し、この管壁重合部19が前記熱伝導延長経路部10となって前記外気接触壁部7となる前記被嵌部12の外側管部15と前記液体水素接触壁部8となる前記嵌入部14の内側管部16との間の熱伝導距離を延長した構成として、前記被嵌部12の外側管部15と前記嵌入部14の内側管部16との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置に係るものである。
また、前記外環部3は、前記ベアリング部5を設ける外環相対回動部11にフランジ部20を設けた真空二重管構造の配管連結部21を連設した構成とし、前記配管連結部21及び前記内環部4は、夫々真空二重管構造に構成し、夫々の前記外気接触壁部7と、前記液体水素接触壁部8との間に、前記真空部9を軸方向に延設すると共に、一端を前記外気接触壁部7に連設し他端を前記液体水素接触壁部8に連設したコ字状若しくはつづら折り形状に形成した前記熱伝導延長経路部10を設けて、前記外気接触壁部7と前記液体水素接触壁部8との間の熱伝導距離を延長した構成として、前記外気接触壁部7と前記液体水素接触壁部8との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置に係るものである。
また、前記スイベルジョイント部2は、前記外気接触壁部7と前記液体水素接触壁部8との間に積層真空断熱部22を設けて、前記外気接触壁部7と前記液体水素接触壁部8との間の輻射による熱伝導を低減した構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置に係るものである。
また、前記スイベルジョイント部2は、前記外気接触壁部7と前記液体水素接触壁部8との間に積層真空断熱部22を設けて、前記外気接触壁部7と前記液体水素接触壁部8との間の輻射による熱伝導を低減した構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置に係るものである。
また、前記スイベルジョイント部2は、前記外気接触壁部7と前記液体水素接触壁部8との間に積層真空断熱部22を設けて、前記外気接触壁部7と前記液体水素接触壁部8との間の輻射による熱伝導を低減した構成としたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置に係るものである。
また、前記配管部1の断熱構造は、真空二重管構造であることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置に係るものである。
また、前記配管部1同士の連結に、バイヨネット継手構造を用いたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置に係るものである。
本発明は上述のように構成したから、配管部の断熱性能が向上し、また、スイベルジョイント部も、外気接触壁部と液体水素接触壁部との間に真空部を設けると共に、熱伝導距離を延長する熱伝導延長経路部を設けたことにより、外気接触壁部と液体水素接触壁部との間の熱伝導距離が長くなって、この外気接触壁部と液体水素接触壁部との間の熱伝導性が低下して断熱性能が向上する。よって、外気による液体水素接触壁部への入熱が低減し、この配管部及びスイベルジョイント部を流通する液体水素の蒸発が可及的に低減されて効率的に液体水素を荷役することができ、更に、流通する液体水素による外気接触壁部の極低温化が抑制され、周囲に液化酸素を生成させない安全性に優れた従来にない画期的な液体水素用流体荷役装置となる。
また、請求項2記載の発明においては、真空部が二層構造となって、より一層熱伝導性を低下させ、より一層断熱性能を向上させることができると共に、容易に熱伝導延長経路部を形成することが可能となる実用性に優れた画期的な液体水素用流体荷役装置となる。
また、請求項3記載の発明においては、スイベルジョイント部での連結・分離が容易に実現可能となり、一層実用性に優れた液体水素用流体荷役装置となる。
また、請求項4~6記載の発明においては、更に輻射による熱伝導が低減され、より一層高い断熱性能を発揮する画期的な液体水素用流体荷役装置となる。
また、請求項7,8記載の発明においては、配管部の断熱構造を容易に設計実現可能とすることができると共に、一層高い断熱性能を発揮し得る画期的な液体水素用流体荷役装置となる。
好適と考える本発明の実施形態を、図面に基づいて本発明の作用を示して簡単に説明する。
本発明は、断熱構造を施した配管部1としたから、配管部1内を流通する液体水素への入熱が可及的に低減され、また、液体水素による配管部1表面の極低温化も防止される。
更に、本発明は、この配管部1を回動自在に連結するスイベルジョイント部2において、このスイベルジョイント部2の外気接触壁部7と液体水素接触壁部8との間に、真空部9を設けると共に、一端を外気接触壁部7に設け他端を液体水素接触壁部8に設けた熱伝導延長経路部10を設けて、外気接触壁部7から液体水素接触壁部8までの熱伝導距離を長くすることで、外気接触壁部7から侵入した熱が真っ直ぐに液体水素接触壁部8に向かって伝導せず、熱伝導延長経路部10を経由し遠回りして液体水素接触壁部8に伝導するようにして、伝導による熱伝導を低減する構成としたから、スイベルジョイント部2における外気接触壁部7と液体水素接触壁部8との間の熱伝導性能が低下し、このスイベルジョイント部2を流通する液体水素への入熱が可及的に低減され、また、液体水素によるスイベルジョイント部2表面の極低温化も防止される。
従って、配管部1内及びスイベルジョイント部2内を流通する液体水素の入熱による温度上昇を可及的に抑制して、この液体水素の蒸発を可及的に低減し効率的に荷役することができると共に、配管部1及びスイベルジョイント部2の表面の極低温化(酸素の沸点よりも低い温度)を防止し、周囲に液化酸素を生成させない安全性に優れた従来にない画期的な液体水素用流体荷役装置となる。
また、本発明は、ベアリング部5が介在する前記外環部3と前記内環部4との境界相対回動部6にヘリウムガスを封入した構成としたから、極低温の液体水素を流通しても、この封入したヘリウムガスが液化することがないので、境界相対回動部6内の加圧状態が保持され、外部からの水や大気の侵入が防止され、よって、侵入した水や大気中の水分が凍結することによる動作不良が生じず、良好な回動動作を保持することができる実用性に優れた液体水素用流体荷役装置となる。
本発明の具体的な実施例1について図1~図4に基づいて説明する。
本実施例は、図示するような、インボードアーム1A,アウトボードアーム1B,エルボ配管部1C等の各種配管部1をスイベルジョイント部2で回動自在に連結し、インボードアーム1Aに対するアウトボードアーム1Bの回動姿勢に応じてバランスを取るバランスウエイト機構23を備えた液体水素用流体荷役装置に係るものであり、具体的には、各種配管部1は、断熱構造を施した構成とし、また、スイベルジョイント部2は、連結する一方の配管部1と連設する外環部3と、他方の配管部1と連設する内環部4とをベアリング部5を介して相対回動自在に連結した構成とすると共に、ベアリング部5が介在する外環部3と内環部4との境界相対回動部6にヘリウムガスを封入した構成とし、且つ、大気中に露出し外気と接する外気接触壁部7と、流通する液体水素と接する液体水素接触壁部8との間に、真空部9を軸方向に延設すると共に、一端を外気接触壁部7に連設し他端を液体水素接触壁部8に連設した熱伝導延長経路部10を設けて、外気接触壁部7と液体水素接触壁部8との間の熱伝導距離を延長した構成として、外気接触壁部7と液体水素接触壁部8との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成としたものである。
以下、本実施例に係る構成各部について更に具体的に説明する。
本実施例のインボードアーム1A,アウトボードアーム1B,エルボ配管部1C等の各種配管部1は、断熱構造に真空二重管断熱構造を採用した構成としている。即ち、真空部24を設けることにより、熱伝導を遮断し、断熱性能を向上した構成としている。
また、本実施例では、スイベルジョイント部2に連設するエルボ配管部1Cは、溶接により連設し、また、配管部1同士、具体的には、インボードアーム1Aとエルボ配管部1C、或いは、アウトボードアーム1Bとエルボ配管部1Cとの連結は、真空二重配管同士を嵌入係合して連結するバイヨネット継手構造により連結した構成としている。
具体的には、図示するように、エルボ配管部1Cの先端側に真空二重管構造の延長嵌入管部27を延設し、このエルボ配管部1Cと連結するインボードアーム1A(アウトボードアーム1B)の先端側に真空二重管構造の延長被嵌管部28を延設し、この延長被嵌管部28にエルボ配管部1Cの延長嵌入管部27を嵌入係合し、夫々のフランジ連結部同士を突き合わせボルト締めにより連結する構成としている。
また、この延長嵌入管部27と延長被嵌管部28とが重なり合う延長管重合部29において、図示するように、外気と接する延長被嵌管部28の外側管部30と、液体水素と接する延長嵌入管部27の内側管部31との間に真空部24が二層形成され、また、この二層の真空部24の間に、延長嵌入管部27の外側管部32と延長被嵌管部28の内側管部33とが相対回動自在に重合する内管外管重合部34が形成され、この内管外管重合部34が延長被嵌管部28の外側管部30と延長嵌入管部27の内側管部31との間に生じる伝導による熱伝導の熱伝導距離を延長する熱伝導延長経路部35となり、延長被嵌管部28の外側管部30から侵入した熱は、直接的に延長嵌入管部27の内側管部31に伝導せず、この熱伝導延長経路部35を経由し遠回りをして延長嵌入管部27の内側管部31に伝導することで、伝導による熱伝導が低減して熱伝導性が低下する構成として、この延長嵌入管部27と延長被嵌管部28とが嵌入係合することで形成される延長管重合部29の断熱性能を向上した構成としている。
また、スイベルジョイント部2を構成する外環部3は、ベアリング部5を設ける外環相対回動部11に真空部9を設けた真空二重管構造の直管状の被嵌部12を連設した構成としている。
具体的には、本実施例の外環部3は、外環相対回動部11にパージポート部36とリークガス回収ポート部37とを設けた構成とする共に、基端側に被嵌部12を連設した構成とし、この被嵌部12に配管部1(エルボ配管部1C)を連設した構成としている。
より具体的には、被嵌部12の長さは、この被嵌部12と後述する嵌入部14とを嵌入係合した際の外気接触壁部7となる被嵌部12の外側管部15と、液体水素接触壁部8となる嵌入部14の内側管部16との間の距離(厚さ)よりも十分長い長さ(本実施例では、厚さ約60mmに対して、長さ約500mm)に設定した構成としている。
また、外環相対回動部11に設けたパージポート部36は、ベアリング部5を装着するベアリング装着部39に連通する構成として、このパージポート部36からパージガスとしてのヘリウムガスを注入し、外環部3と内環部4とを連結したスイベルジョイント部2を形成した状態において形成されるベアリング部5を介して相対回動する境界相対回動部6内をヘリウムガスで置換すると共に、この境界相対回動部6内を大気圧よりも高圧な状態にして、外部からの水や大気の侵入を防止するように構成している。即ち、本実施例は、境界相対回動部6内の圧力を高くして外部に対して陽圧にすることで外部からの水や大気の侵入を防止して、この水や大気中の水分の凍結による境界相対回動部6の動作不良の発生を防止し、また、パージガスにヘリウムガスを採用することで、液体水素によって境界相対回動部6内が低温化しても、ヘリウムガスは液体水素温度よりも融点が低いため凍結せず、境界相対回動部6の円滑な動作が保持されるように構成している。
また、リークガス回収ポート部37は、外環部3と内環部4との連結部(突き合わせ部)からリークするリークガスを外部へ排出、回収するためのものであり、本実施例では、被嵌部12の外側管部15と内側管部17との間に設けた真空部9内にリークガス回収配管部38を配設し、このリークガス回収配管部38を通じてリークガスをリークガス回収ポート部37から排出、回収する構成としている。
また、本実施例では、この被嵌部12の内側管部17の大気側となる面に鏡面仕上げを施し、輻射による熱伝導を低減(輻射による放射熱を反射することで熱伝導を低減)した構成としている。
また、本実施例の内環部4は、上述した外環部3の外環相対回動部11と係合する内環相対回動部13に真空部9を設けた真空二重管構造の直管状の嵌入部14を連設した構成としている。
具体的には、内環相対回動部13は、外環相対回動部11に設けたベアリング装着部39と係合するベアリング受部40を設けた構成とすると共に、真空二重管構造に構成し、先端側に嵌入部14を連設し、基端側に配管部1(エルボ配管部1C)を溶接により連設した構成としている。
また、嵌入部14の長さは、上述した被嵌部12同様、外気接触壁部7となる被嵌部12の外側管部15と、液体水素接触壁部8となる嵌入部14の内側管部16との間の距離(厚さ)よりも十分長い長さ(本実施例では、被嵌部12とほぼ同等)に設定している。
また、本実施例では、この嵌入部14の内側管部16及び外側管部18の夫々の大気側となる面に鏡面仕上げを施し、輻射による熱伝導を低減した構成としている。
また更に、本実施例の内環部4は、内側管部16と外側管部18との間、具体的には、液体水素と接する管壁(嵌入部14の内側管部16や内環相対回動部13の内側壁部)の大気側となる面に、アルミ蒸着フィルムなどの輻射シールド板とスペーサとを交互に積層状態に並設して成る積層真空断熱部22を設けた構成とし、この積層真空断熱部22により、更に輻射による熱伝導を低減した構成としている。
本実施例のスイベルジョイント部2は、上述した嵌入部14を被嵌部12に嵌入係合して外環部3と内環部4とを連結する構成とし、また、この嵌入部14と被嵌部12との嵌入係合により、スイベルジョイント部2の外気接触壁部7となる被嵌部12の外側管部15と、液体水素接触壁部8となる嵌入部14の内側管部16との間に、真空部9を二層形成すると共に、この外側管部15と内側管部16との間に、被嵌部12の内側管部17と嵌入部14の外側管部18とが相対回動自在に重合する管壁重合部19を形成し、この管壁重合部19が熱伝導延長経路部10となって、外気接触壁部7となる被嵌部12の外側管部15と体水素接触壁部8となる嵌入部14の内側管部16との間の熱伝導距離を延長して伝導による熱伝導を低減した構成とし、更に、被嵌部12の内側管部17、及び嵌入部14の内側管部16と外側管部18の各大気側となる面を鏡面仕上げにすると共に、嵌入部14の内側管部16の大気側面(真空部9内)に積層真空断熱部22を設けて輻射による熱伝導を低減した構成とし、外気接触壁部7となる被嵌部12の外側管部15と、液体水素接触壁部8となる嵌入部14の内側管部16との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成としている。
また、本実施例のスイベルジョイント部2は、被嵌部12と嵌入部14とを嵌入係合した連結状態においては、被嵌部12と嵌入部14との境界部となる相対回動部41とベアリング部5が介在する境界相対回動部6とが連通状態となり、境界相対回動部6に注入したヘリウムガスがこの相対回動部41にも注入され、この相対回動部41においても、境界相対回動部6と同様、内圧の上昇により外部からの外気や水分の侵入を防止して、侵入した水分の凍結による動作不良の発生を防止すると共に、液体水素によってこの相対回動部41が低温化してもヘリウムガスが凍結せず、相対回動部41の円滑な回動動作が保持されるように構成している。
このように、本実施例は、外気接触壁部7から侵入した熱が液体水素接触壁部8へ伝導することを可及的に低減して、配管部1及びスイベルジョイント部2の断熱性能を向上することで、配管部1内及びスイベルジョイント部2内を流通する液体水素の入熱による温度上昇を可及的に抑制して、この液体水素の蒸発を可及的に低減し効率的に荷役することができると共に、配管部1及びスイベルジョイント部2の表面の極低温化(酸素の沸点よりも低い温度)を防止し、周囲に液化酸素を生成させない安全性に優れた従来にない画期的な液体水素用流体荷役装置となる。
また、ベアリング部5が介在する境界相対回動部6及び被嵌部12と嵌入部14とが相対回動する相対回動部41にヘリウムガスを注入、封入した構成とすることで、極低温の液体水素を流通しても、相対回動部41に封入したヘリウムガスが液化することがないので、境界相対回動部6内の加圧状態が保持され、外部から境界相対回動部6及び相対回動部41への水や大気の侵入が防止され、よって、侵入した水や大気中の水分が凍結することによる動作不良が生じず、良好な回動動作を保持することができる実用性に優れた液体水素用流体荷役装置となる。
本発明の具体的な実施例2について図5に基づいて説明する。
本実施例は、実施例1におけるスイベルジョイント部2の構成を異なる構成とした場合である。
本実施例の外環部3は、ベアリング部5を設ける外環相対回動部11にフランジ部20を設けた真空二重管構造の配管連結部21を連設した構成としている。
具体的には、本実施例の外環部3は、ベアリング装着部39と、このベアリング装着部39と連通するパージポート部36を設けた外環相対回動部11の基端部端面に配管連結部21の先端部に設けたフランジ部20を重合しボルト42によりこの配管連結部21を連設した構成とし、この配管連結部21に配管部1(エルボ配管部1C)を溶接により連設した構成としている。
また、配管連結部21は、真空二重管構造に構成し、外気接触壁部7と液体水素接触壁部8との間に、一端を外気接触壁部7に連設し他端を液体水素接触壁部8に連設したコ字状若しくはつづら折り形状に形成した熱伝導延長経路部10を設けて、外気接触壁部7と液体水素接触壁部8との間の熱伝導距離を延長すると共に、この熱伝導延長経路部10を配管連結部21の開口部(内環部4との連通口部)を閉口する閉蓋部とした構成として、この熱伝導延長経路部10よりも基端部側(図中配管1側)を真空にして、熱伝導延長経路部10を真空部9で囲い、外気接触壁部7から液体水素接触壁部8への直接的な熱伝導を遮断して、外気接触壁部7と液体水素接触壁部8との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成としている。
尚、本実施例の外環相対回動部11に設けたパージポート部36は、実施例1と同様の目的で設けられたもので、作用効果も実施例1のものと同様である。
また、内環部4は、上述した外環部3の外環相対回動部11に設けたベアリング装着部39と係合するベアリング受部40と、外環部3と内環部4との連結部(突き合わせ部)からリークするリークガスを外部へ排出、回収するためのリークガス回収ポート部37及びリークガス回収配管部38を設けた構成としている。
また、内環部4は、外環部3の配管連結部21と同様に、外気接触壁部7と液体水素接触壁部8との間に、一端を外気接触壁部7に連設し他端を液体水素接触壁部8に連設したコ字状若しくはつづら折り形状に形成した熱伝導延長経路部10を設けて、外気接触壁部7と液体水素接触壁部8との間の熱伝導距離を延長すると共に、この熱伝導延長経路部10をこの内環部4の開口部(外環部3との連通口部)を閉口する閉蓋部とした構成として、この熱伝導延長経路部10よりも基端部側(図中配管1側)を真空にして、熱伝導延長経路部10を真空部9で囲い、外気接触壁部7から液体水素接触壁部8への直接的な熱伝導を遮断して、外気接触壁部7と液体水素接触壁部8との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成としている。
尚、外環部3及び内環部4の夫々の熱伝導延長経路部10においては、実施例1と同様に、大気側となる面に鏡面仕上げを施し、輻射による熱伝導を低減した構成としている。
また、図示していないが、実施例1で設けた積層真空断熱部22に関しては、同様に設けた方が好ましく、積層真空断熱部22を設けることでより断熱性能の向上が期待できる。
本実施例のスイベルジョイント部2は、上述のように構成した内環部4と外環相対回動部11とをベアリング部5を介して相対回動自在に連結し、配管連結部21を内環部4と突き合わせ連設し外環相対回動部11と重合するフランジ部20をボルト42により締め付け固定して、この外環部3と内環部4とを連結する構成としている。
その余の構成は実施例1と同様である。
尚、本発明は、実施例1,2に限られるものではなく、各構成要件の具体的構成は適宜設計し得るものである。
Claims (8)
- 液体水素を流通する配管部をスイベルジョイント部により回動自在に連結する構成とした液体水素用流体荷役装置であって、前記配管部は、断熱構造を施した構成とし、前記スイベルジョイント部は、連結する一方の前記配管部と連設する外環部と、他方の前記配管部と連設する内環部とをベアリング部を介して相対回動自在に連結した構成とすると共に、このベアリング部が介在する前記外環部と前記内環部との境界相対回動部にヘリウムガスを封入した構成とし、且つ、大気中に露出し外気と接する外気接触壁部と、流通する前記液体水素と接する液体水素接触壁部との間に、真空部を軸方向に延設すると共に、一端を前記外気接触壁部に連設し他端を前記液体水素接触壁部に連設した熱伝導延長経路部を設けて、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の熱伝導距離を延長した構成として、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成としたことを特徴とする液体水素用流体荷役装置。
- 前記外環部は、前記ベアリング部を設ける外環相対回動部に真空二重管構造の直管状の被嵌部を連設した構成とし、前記内環部は、前記外環相対回動部と係合する内環相対回動部に真空二重管構造の直管状の嵌入部を連設した構成として、前記嵌入部を前記被嵌部に嵌入係合して前記外環部と前記内環部とを連結する構成とし、前記嵌入部と前記被嵌部との嵌入係合により、前記外気接触壁部となる前記被嵌部の外側管部と、前記液体水素接触壁部となる前記嵌入部の内側管部との間に、前記真空部を複数形成すると共に、前記被嵌部の内側管部と前記嵌入部の外側管部とが相対回動自在に重合する管壁重合部を形成し、この管壁重合部が前記熱伝導延長経路部となって前記外気接触壁部となる前記被嵌部の外側管部と前記液体水素接触壁部となる前記嵌入部の内側管部との間の熱伝導距離を延長した構成として、前記被嵌部の外側管部と前記嵌入部の内側管部との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置。
- 前記外環部は、前記ベアリング部を設ける外環相対回動部にフランジ部を設けた真空二重管構造の配管連結部を連設した構成とし、前記配管連結部及び前記内環部は、夫々真空二重管構造に構成し、夫々の前記外気接触壁部と、前記液体水素接触壁部との間に、前記真空部を軸方向に延設すると共に、一端を前記外気接触壁部に連設し他端を前記液体水素接触壁部に連設したコ字状若しくはつづら折り形状に形成した前記熱伝導延長経路部を設けて、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の熱伝導距離を延長した構成として、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の熱伝導性を低下させた構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置。
- 前記スイベルジョイント部は、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間に積層真空断熱部を設けて、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の輻射による熱伝導を低減した構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置。
- 前記スイベルジョイント部は、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間に積層真空断熱部を設けて、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の輻射による熱伝導を低減した構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置。
- 前記スイベルジョイント部は、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間に積層真空断熱部を設けて、前記外気接触壁部と前記液体水素接触壁部との間の輻射による熱伝導を低減した構成としたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置。
- 前記配管部の断熱構造は、真空二重管構造であることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置。
- 前記配管部同士の連結に、バイヨネット継手構造を用いたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の液体水素用流体荷役装置。
