Abstract

Disposição construtiva em componente para suporte e fixação de puxador tipo perfil, suporte (1) este a ser fixado por parafuso sobre a borda superior (T) da parede frontal da porta ou gaveta (A) do móvel, e provido de reentrâncias (3) laterais as quais configuram trilhos para o encaixe e deslizamento de dentes (4) existentes na região interna da base do puxador (P) tipo perfil, sendo que dito suporte (1) apresenta-se de formato retangular, alongado, com o orifício (2) de fixação posicionado na sua extremidade interna e oposta à extremidade onde é prevista uma as abas (5) posicionadoras, sendo que nas extremidades das reentrâncias laterais (3) são previstas de rampas (7) direcionadoras da introdução e encaixe dos dentes (4) do perfil (P), enquanto que o orifício de fixação (2) é dotado de aletas verticais (8) que configuram elementos de ancoragem do parafuso de fixação.

Description

"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM COMPONENTE PARA SUPORTE E FIXAÇÃO DE PUXADOR Tl PO PERFI L"
[001 ] A presente patente de Modelo de Utilidade refere-se a uma disposição construtiva em componente de suporte e fixação de puxador tipo perfil , através do qual dito puxador pode ser instalado no topo da parede frontal da gaveta ou porta do móvel .
[002] Conforme é do conhecimento da técnica, os puxadores tipo perfil apresentam-se de seção básica em "C estilizado, e de comprimento igual à largura das respectivas gavetas nas quais serão instalados. A for ma mais usual e com um de fixação deste tipo de puxador junto à gaveta é efetuada através de uma projeção laminar e vertical do perfil , que configura prolongamento inferior da parede posterior deste, projeção laminar esta que, após o perfil estar com sua base apoiada sobre a borda superior da parede frontal da gaveta, fica em contato com a face interna desta parede, e é nela fixado por parafusos.
[003] O pri ncipal inconven iente desta forma de fixação consiste no fato de que a gaveta não fecha totalmente, per manecendo uma pequena fresta resultante da espessurada referida projeção laminar do puxador .
[004] A solução ideal para eliminar este problema consiste na fixação do puxador diretamente no topo da parede frontal da gaveta.
[005] A Requerente é detentora do pedido de patente de invenção PI 1 1 04898-0, depositado em 07/ 1 1 / 201 1 com o título de "SISTEMA DE FIXAÇÃO DE PUXADOR TI PO PERFI L", o qual promove uma fixação total mente segura, estável e de fácil execução do perfil diretamente no topo da gaveta ou portado armár io.
[006] Para tanto, o sistema objeto do citado tem como pri ncipal componente uma peça guia, ou suporte, basicamente paralelepipedal, a ser fixada por parafuso no topo da parede frontal da gaveta, próximo a cada uma de suas extremidades, sendo que dita peça é provida de reentrâncias em duas de suas laterais opostas, que configuram guias para o encaixe e deslizamento do puxador , através de dentes previstos na região interna da base do puxador .
[007] Adicionalmente, dita peça guia é provida, em três de suas bordas laterais de sua base, de abas removíveis em formato de rabo de andorinha, que configuram elementos posicionadores da peça guia sobre o topo ou borda superior da parede frontal da gaveta, para sua fixação na posição correta e al inha com as demais, delimitando entre si um trilho ideal para o encaixe e desl izamento do puxador.
[008] Após a fixação da peça guia, ou suporte, no topo da parede frontal da gaveta ou da porta, as abas posicionadoras são retiradas, sendo que devem ser uti lizadas pelo menos duas, uma em cada extrem idade.
[009] Entretanto, na utilização prática desse seu i nvento, a Requerente observou alguns inconvenientes, a seguir explanados.
[01 0] Pelo for mato quadrado do suporte objeto do pedido anter ior , o orifício para o transpasse do parafuso de fixação é centralizado, de forma que quando dito suporte é posicionado sobre a borda da gaveta ou porta, este orifício fica muito próximo à extremidade da refer ida borda de madeira (MDF ou M DP) , de forma que ao colocar o parafuso para a fixação do suporte, a madeira "racha".
[01 1 ] Para solucionar esse problema e não mais danif icar a madeira, a Requerente alongou o suporte que passou a ter formato retangular alongado, e posicionou o orifício de fixação na sua extrem idade interna, ou seja, oposta à extrem idade onde é prevista uma das abas posicionadoras e removíveis.
[01 2] Outro problema era que o modelo anter iormente proposto atrapalha a utilização da capa de acabamento da extremidade do puxador tipo perfil , visto que a mesma tem um pino que bate no gabarito plástico, com o modelo novo isso não acontece.
[01 3] Ai nda, na peça guia, ou suporte, do pedido anterior as reentrâncias laterais de encaixe e deslizamento dos cor respondentes dentes existentes na região inter na da base do puxador são totalmente retas, em ângulo de noventa graus ao longo de todo o seu comprimento, o que dificulta o correto encaixe inicial do perfil . Com isso, ao encaixar o perfil nessas reentrâncias, o primeiro acaba "comendo" o trecho inicial das mesmas, e às vezes até mesmo todo seu comprimento, danificando assim o suporte e resultando nu ma fixação frági l e instável .
[01 4] Para cor rigir esse problema no componente de suporte ora inovado foi cr iado um ângulo de entrada que aumenta a altura da reentrância no seu trecho inicial, e que favorece a introdução do perfil facilitando substancialmente a montagem do perfil no suporte, além de evitar que o primeiro danifique o segundo.
[01 5] Além dessas inovações, o suporte objeto do presente pedido apresenta-se também provido, no interior do orifício de fixação, aletas verticais que, quando do roscamento do parafuso no suporte e na madeira, aumenta a pressão entre essas partes, resultando numa fixação substancialmente f ir me e total mente estável.
[01 6] Finalmente, e como uma vantagem adicional , cabe ressaltar que o mesmo suporte pode ser utilizado para fixação de puxadores tipo perfil em chapas de madeira com espessuras de quinze e dezoito mil ímetros.
[01 7] Com o objetivo de complementar a presente descrição de modo a obter u ma melhor compreensão d as características d o presente invento, seguem em anexo desenhos ilustrativos, através dos quais o mesmo será melhor visualizado:
[01 8] A figura 1 i lustra, em perspectiva, o componente de suporte e fixação ora i novado;
[01 9] A figura 2 é uma vista longitudinal do referido suporte, onde pode ser observado o ânulo de entrada para o encaixe do puxador tipo perfil em ambas as extremidades da reentrância lateral do suporte;
[020] A figu ra 3 é uma vista transversal do mesmo;
[021 ] A figu ra 4 ilustradito suporte em vista inferior ; [022] As figuras 5, 6 e 7 ilustram, em perspectiva, a sequência de instalação do presente suporte no topo de uma porta ou gaveta, sendo que na figura6 o suporteencontra-sejácom as abas posicionadoras removidas;
[023] A figura 8 ilustra, em vista lateral, o puxador já instalado no suporte, e consequentemente, na porta/ gaveta, mas sem a capa de acabamento;
[024] As figuras 9 e 10 mostram, em perspectiva, o puxador instalado, sendo que na figura 10 o puxador tipo perfil apresenta-secom a capa de acabamento nele instalada.
[025] O objeto da presente patente de Modelo de Utilidade é uma "DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM COMPONENTE PARA SUPORTE E FIXAÇÃO DE PUXADOR TIPO PERFIL", suporte (1) este a ser fixado por parafuso sobre a borda superior (T) da parede frontal daportaou gaveta(A) do móvel, suporte (1) este provido de orifício vertical e passante (2) para o transpasse do parafuso de fixação, bem como provido de reentrâncias (3) laterais e opostas entre si, as quais configuram trilhos para o encaixe e deslizamento de correspondentes dentes (4) existentes na região interna da base do puxador (P). Adicionalmente, em três das quatro bordas do suporte (1) são previstas abas removíveis (5), com a face inferior em formato de rabo de andorinha, as quais configuram elementos posicionadores do suporte (1 ) sobre o topo ou bordasuperior (T) dagavetaou porta(A) para sua fixação naposição corretaealinhacom osdemais suportes (1 ), delimitando entresi um trilho ideal para o puxador (P).
[026] Segundo a presente disposição construtiva, o suporte (1 ) apresenta-se no formato retangular, alongado, com o orifício (2) de fixação posicionado na sua extremidade interna, oposta à extremidade onde é prevista uma as abas (5) posiconadoras e removíveis. Com isso, o orifício de fixação do suporte no topo da chapa de madeira da porta ou gaveta (A) ficou distante da extremidade destaeliminando o risco deareferidamadeiravir arachar quando da colocação do parafuso de fixação. [027] Por sua vez, a parede superior e horizontal (6) das reentrâncias laterais (3) longitudinais apresenta suas extremidades (7) inclinadas par a cima de for a par a dentro, delimitando umarampadirecionadora e facilitadora da introdução e encaixe dos dentes (4) do perfil (P), facilitando substancialmente a montagem deste no suporte (1), além de evitar que o primeiro danifiqueo segundo.
[028] Adicionalmente, o suporte (1) ora inovado é provido de aletas verticais (8) dispostas no interior do orifício de fixação (2), as quais, quando do roscamento do parafuso no suporte (1 ) e na madeira (A), aumentam apressão entre essas partes, resultando numa fixação substancialmentefirmee totalmente estável entre as mesmas.

1ã) "DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM COMPONENTE PARA SUPORTE E FIXAÇÃO DE PUXADOR TIPO PERFIL ", suporte (1) este a ser fixado por parafuso sobre a borda superior (T) da parede frontal da porta ou gaveta (A) do móvel, suporte (1 ) este provido de orifício vertical e passante (2) para o transpassedo parafuso de fixação, bem como provido de reentrâncias (3) laterais e opostas entre si, as quais configuram trilhos para o encaixe e deslizamento de correspondentes dentes (4) existentes na região interna da base do puxador (P), sendo que, em três das quatro bordas do suporte (1 ) são previstas abas removíveis (5), com a face inferior em formato de rabo de andorinha, as quais configuram elementos posicionadores do suporte (1 ) sobre o topo ou borda superior (T) da gaveta ou porta (A) delimitando entre si um trilho ideal para o puxador (P), caracterizada por o suporte (1 ) apresentar-se no formato retangular, alongado, com o orifício (2) de fixação posicionado na sua extremidade interna e oposta à extremidade onde é prevista uma as abas (5); por a parede superior e horizontal (6) das reentrâncias laterais (3) apresentar suas extremidades (7) inclinadas para cima de fora para dentro, delimitando rampa direcionadora da introdução e encaixe dos dentes (4) do perfil (P); e por o referido orifício de fixação (2) ser provido de aletas verticais (8) queconfiguram elementos de ancoragem do parafuso de fixação.
