同様に、第2の情報表示部82がすべて領域B(図40参照)内に配置されて第1の情報表示部79とまったく重ならない場合と、第2の情報表示部82の大半は領域Bに配置されるものの、一部が領域Bからはみ出るために第1の情報表示部79と一部重なる場合とがある。
以上説明した本実施例に係るリール70が有する主要な作用、効果及び特徴は、前述した各実施例と同様である。
次に、他の実施例であるリール200について説明する。
図41は一方のフランジ201側から見た単線のワイヤW1を巻き付けたリール200の外観斜視図である。図42は、他方のフランジ202側から見た単線のワイヤW1を巻き付けたリール200の外観斜視図である。
また、図43は複線ワイヤW2を巻き付けたリール200aの一方のフランジ201側から見た外観斜視図である。この図43に示したリール200aは、第2の情報表示部220’(220A’、220B’、220C’、220D’)を除き、リール200と同一の構造を有している。
この巻き付け部204となるハブ205に、単線のワイヤW1や、複数本の単線ワイヤを一緒に引き出せるようにした複線ワイヤW2を巻き付けるようになっている。
ハブ205は二重筒構造となっており、内部にはハブ205と同心の筒状の貫通部206が形成される。貫通部206には、リール200に対するワイヤの巻始めを固定する詳細には後述するコマを収容している。
リール200の基本的な構造、材質、変形例、改良例等は、前述した各実施例記載のものと同様である。
第1の情報表示部210は、前述した第6実施例と同一の形状である。改めて説明すると、第1の情報表示部210は、ハブ205の軸心を中心とした第1の円周C100に沿って、図中に示した210A、210B、210C、210Dで示す4箇所に等間隔で配置されている。
第2の情報表示部220は、前述した各実施例とは形状がやや異なっている。第2の情報表示部220は、第1の円周C100より直径の小さい(第1の円周C100の内周側に位置する)第2の円周C200に沿って、図中の220A、220B、220C、220Dで示す4箇所に等間隔で配置されている。
本実施例では、第1の円周C100上に高さの低い壁状の部材からなる環状リブ211が立設され、この環状リブ211の上(上面)に第1の情報表示部210が形成される。凸部210aは光を透過しない略矩形状の遮蔽体(板体)からなり、高さ(環状リブ211の上面から凸部210aの頂部までの高さ)及び肉厚とも数mm程度に設定される。2個の凸部210a1、210a2は略同一形状に形成されている。
間隔部212の深さは、凸部210aの高さと略一致するように形成される。なお、本実施例では、各凸部210aと凹部210bはワイヤを識別するための情報パターンを増加させる場合など、必要に応じて数や形状を異ならせてもよい。例えば、凸部210aや凹部210bの円周方向における幅をそれぞれ異なるようにしたり、凸部210aの高さや凹部210bの深さをそれぞれ異なるようにしてもよい。
なお、図43に示したリール200aの場合には、間に2個の凸部を伴う3個の凹部によって第2の情報表示部220(220A’、220B’、220C’、220D’)が構成されている。
凸部220aは光を透過しない略矩形状の遮蔽体(板体)からなり、高さ(凹部220b1、220b2の底面から頂部までの高さ)及び肉厚とも数mm程度に設定される。
環状リブ221の第2の情報表示部220A、220B、220C、220D以外の部分は、残存している環状リブ221が形成する壁面によって光を透過しない遮蔽体222A、222B、222C、222Dを構成する。
また、環状リブ211の上面に形成された凸部210aの上面と環状リブ221の上面は、フランジ201の表面201bに対して高さが略一致するように構成される。このため、凸部210aと凸部220aの高さ(環状リブ221の高さ)は同一である。
なお、環状リブ211、221の形状は実施例の形状に限定されるものではない。
フランジ202は円板状に形成されており、その表面202bの中央部には、ハブ205と同心であってハブ205の外周部に相当する位置に形成した円形の凹部である環状凹部232と、環状凹部232を囲むようにして形成した環状の第1の凸状リブ233が設けられている。また、第1の凸状リブ233から径方向外側に放射状に延びる複数本の第2の凸状リブ234と、この第2の凸状リブ234に接続する環状の第3の凸状リブ235が設けられている。さらに、フランジ202表面の外周縁に沿って環状の第4の凸状リブ236が設けられている。
なお、本実施例では、環状の凸状リブ(233、235、236)を設けた例を記しているが、環状の凸状リブの個数は当該例に限るわけではない。また、放射状の凸状リブ(234)を含め、同様の機能を発揮するのであれば他の形状のリブを設けてもよい。
小突起237はリール200の逆回転防止に用いられる。具体的には、リール200が鉄筋結束機本体の装着室(106)に収容されると、当該装着室に設けられている爪(ラチェット機構)が小突起237の対辺に相当する部位に係合する。小突起237は略直角三角形状に形成されているため、リール200は小突起237の斜辺と隣辺との間のなす角が示す方向には回転するが、爪と係合する小突起237の対辺に相当する方向への回転は規制される。
例えば、フランジ201の表面201bに情報表示部210、220を配置したので、面積の狭いハブ205の内部に情報表示部を配置する場合に比べてより多くの情報を搭載することができる。また、情報表示部210、220をフランジ201の表面201bの異なる円周C100、C200上に配置したので、フランジ201の表面201bを有効に使ってより多くの情報を搭載することができる。
以上説明した本実施例に係るリール200が有する主要な作用、効果及び特徴は、前述した各1~6の実施例と同一若しくは実質的に同一の構造部分については、それぞれ同一の作用効果を有するものである。
ワイヤフック部203は、巻き付けたワイヤW1の末端部を固定するためにフランジ201の周縁部に形成した切り欠きによって形成している。
ワイヤフック部203は、フランジ201の周縁から中央に向かって形成した2箇所の窪み240a、240bと、この2箇所の窪み240a、240bの間に設けた突片241からなる。巻き付けたワイヤW1の固定は、末端部部分を深く凹んだ窪み240aに通し、突片241を跨いだ後に窪み240bに通すことで行われる。
コマ245は、ハブ205を構成する筒状の壁部に設けた開口部246からハブ205の中心方向に亘る空間内に2箇所の連結部247a、247bを介して固定されている。コマ245は、中央にワイヤW1を挿通させる小孔248を有しており、ワイヤW1を挿通させた後に他の装置によってワイヤW1の端部をコイル状に巻くことで、ワイヤW1が抜け出ないように保持するようになっている。
図46はコマ245がハブ205に対して固定されている状態のリール200をフランジ202側から見た図であり、図47は図46に示したA部の拡大図を表している。
図48は連結部247a、247bを切断した状態のリール200をフランジ202側から見た状態を表し、図49は図47に示したB部の拡大図を表している。連結部247a、247bは、切断部248a、248bによってハブ205から分離する。
連結部247a、247bが切断されたコマ245は、ハブ205に巻装されているワイヤW1によって保持される状態となり、巻装されたワイヤW1が全て消費されるまでハブ205内に留まるようになっている。
一方、コマ245の姿勢を調節すると、図50に示すように開口部246からコマ245を取り出すことができるようになっている。コマ245を取り外した後のリール200は、図51のようにハブ205の側面にコマ245を取り外した開口部246が残存する。
以上説明した本実施例に係るリール200、200aが有する主要な作用、効果及び特徴は、前述した各実施例と同様である。

- ワイヤを巻き付け可能な巻き付け部を有する筒状のハブと、
前記ハブの軸方向両側に設けられ、前記巻き付け部を挟んで対向する対向面を有する一対のフランジと、
前記対向面の反対側に位置する前記フランジの表面に形成され、前記ハブの軸心を中心とした第1の円周上に配置される複数の第1の情報表示部と、
前記フランジの表面に形成され、前記ハブの軸心を中心とした、前記第1の円周より直径の小さい第2の円周上に配置される第2の情報表示部と
を備え、
前記第2の情報表示部は、隣り合う前記第1の情報表示部の内側両端と前記ハブの軸心とによって囲まれる領域に配置されることを特徴とするリール。 - 前記第2の情報表示部は、前記第2の円周上に複数配置され、
前記第1の情報表示部は、隣り合う前記第2の情報表示部の内側両端と前記ハブの軸心とを結ぶ線分の延長線によって挟まれる領域に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリール。 - 隣り合う一対の前記第1の情報表示部と、前記ハブの軸心と直交する方向から見たときに前記一対の第1の情報表示部の間に位置する前記第2の情報表示部との組が、前記フランジの表面に複数組設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリール。
- 隣り合う一対の前記第2の情報表示部と、前記ハブの軸心と直交する方向から見たときに前記一対の第2の情報表示部の間に位置する前記第1の情報表示部との組が、前記フランジの表面に複数組設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリール。
- 前記第1の情報表示部は、前記フランジの表面に対して略垂直方向に延びる凸部で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のリール。
- 前記第2の情報表示部は、前記フランジの表面に対して略垂直方向に延びる凸部で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のリール。
- 前記第1の情報表示部の凸部は、光の透過を妨げる遮蔽体からなることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のリール。
- 前記第2の情報表示部の凸部は、光の透過を妨げる遮蔽体からなることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のリール。
- 前記第1の情報表示部の前記凸部は、前記第1の円周上に複数配置され、
前記凸部と凸部の間に光を透過可能な透光体を配置したことを特徴とする請求項5から8のいずれか1項に記載のリール。 - 前記第2の情報表示部の前記凸部は、前記第2の円周上に複数配置され、
前記凸部と凸部の間に光を透過可能な透光体を配置したことを特徴とする請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載のリール。 - 前記第1の情報表示部は、前記フランジの表面から立設する壁面を有する壁状部材であり、前記壁面に孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のリール。
- 前記第2の情報表示部は、前記フランジの表面から立設する壁面を有する壁状部材であり、前記壁面に孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5及び11のいずれか1項に記載のリール。
- 前記第1の情報表示部の孔は、前記第1の円周方向に沿って複数形成されることを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載のリール。
- 前記第2の情報表示部の孔は、前記第2の円周方向に沿って複数形成されることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載のリール。
- 前記第1の情報表示部の孔に光を透過可能な透光体を配置したことを特徴とする請求項11から14のいずれか1項に記載のリール。
- 前記第2の情報表示部の孔に光を透過可能な透光体を配置したことを特徴とする請求項12から15のいずれか1項に記載のリール。
- 前記第1の情報表示部は、前記フランジの表面から立設する壁状部材であり、上端縁に凹部と凸部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のリール。
- 前記第2の情報表示部は、前記フランジの表面から立設する壁状部材であり、上端縁に凹部と凸部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5及び17のいずれか1項に記載のリール。
- 前記第1の情報表示部の上端縁に形成された凹部に光を透過可能な透光体を配置したことを特徴とする請求項17又は18に記載のリール。
- 前記第2の情報表示部の上端縁に形成された凹部に光を透過可能な透光体を配置したことを特徴とする請求項18又は19に記載のリール。
- 前記巻き付け部にワイヤを巻き付けたことを特徴とする請求項1から20のいずれか1項に記載のリール。
