化粧料を皮膚などに塗布する際に用いられるパフをはじめ、ファンデーションなどの化粧料を保持するために用いることができる化粧料保持用弾性体であって、構成繊維として複合繊維を含有し、当該複合繊維が樹脂Aおよび当該樹脂Aよりも溶融温度が高い樹脂Bを含有し、構成繊維同士の接触部が複合繊維の樹脂Aによって一体化されていることを特徴とする化粧料保持用弾性体、当該化粧料保持用弾性体に化粧料を含有する化粧料含有弾性体、および当該化粧料含有弾性体を有する化粧品。

Description

化粧品
 本発明は、化粧品に関する。さらに詳しくは、本発明は、化粧料を保持するために用いられる化粧料保持用弾性体、当該化粧料保持用弾性体に化粧料を含有する化粧料含有弾性体、当該化粧料含有弾性体を有する化粧品に関する。本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体は、例えば、化粧料を皮膚などに塗布する際に用いられるパフをはじめ、ファンデーションなどの各種化粧品に好適に使用することができる。
 ファンデーションなどの液状化粧料は、コンパクトなどの化粧品容器内に収容されている。化粧品容器は、容器本体および蓋体を有し、容器本体内には液状化粧料を保持するための化粧料保持用弾性体が収納されている。化粧料保持用弾性体には、従来、ポリエチレンフォーム、ポリウレタンフォーム、ゴムフォームなどの軟質スポンジが使用されているが、近年、安定した化粧料の維持性を有する化粧料保持用弾性体として、ポリエーテル系ウレタンフォームが提案されている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
 しかし、ポリエーテル系ポリウレタンフォームは、その表面に存在する液状化粧料をパフなどに容易に付着させることができるが、気泡構造を有することから、その内部に取り込まれた液状化粧料は、気泡内で取り込まれるため、パフなどによって容易に外部に取り出すことができない。このことから、ポリエーテル系ポリウレタンフォームの内部には、使用されない液状化粧料が多量に残存するという欠点がある。さらに、ポリウレタンフォームは、繊維ではなく、ウレタン結合を有するフォームであり、さらに全体の表面積が大きいことから、耐光性に劣り、太陽光線などによって黄変しやすいため、商品的価値の低下を招くおそれがある。

 本発明は、前記従来技術に鑑みてなされたものであり、内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができる化粧料保持用弾性体、当該化粧料保持用弾性体に化粧料を含有する化粧料含有弾性体、および当該化粧料含有弾性体を有する化粧品を提供することを課題とする。
 本発明は、
(1)化粧料を保持するために用いられる化粧料保持用弾性体であって、構成繊維として複合繊維を含有し、当該複合繊維が樹脂Aおよび当該樹脂Aよりも溶融温度が高い樹脂Bを含有し、構成繊維同士の接触部が複合繊維の樹脂Aによって一体化されていることを特徴とする化粧料保持用弾性体、
(2)前記(1)に記載の化粧料保持用弾性体に化粧料を含有する化粧料含有弾性体、および
(3)前記(2)に記載の化粧料含有弾性体を有する化粧品
に関する。
 本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体は、内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができるという優れた効果を奏する。本発明の化粧料含有弾性体は、前記化粧料保持用弾性体に化粧料が含有されているので、内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができるという優れた効果を奏する。また、本発明の化粧品は、前記化粧料含有弾性体を有するので、内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができるという優れた効果を奏する。

 本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体は、前記したように、化粧料を保持するために用いられる化粧料保持用弾性体であり、構成繊維として複合繊維を含有し、当該複合繊維が樹脂Aおよび当該樹脂Aよりも溶融温度が高い樹脂Bを含有し、構成繊維同士の接触部が複合繊維の樹脂Aによって一体化されていることを特徴とする。
 複合繊維を構成する樹脂Aの溶融温度は、樹脂Bの溶融温度よりも低い。樹脂Aの溶融温度は、複合繊維のへたりを防止する観点から、樹脂Bの溶融温度よりも20℃以上低いことが好ましく、30℃以上低いことがより好ましい。樹脂Aの溶融温度は、複合繊維のへたりを防止し、構成繊維同士の接触部を樹脂Aによって強固に一体化させる観点から、130~220℃であることが好ましい。
 なお、樹脂Aの溶融温度および樹脂Bの溶融温度、ならびに後述する合成繊維の溶融温度を明確に測定することができない場合には、当該溶融温度は、軟化温度に置き換えられる。
 樹脂Aとしては、例えば、ポリエステル、熱可塑性エラストマーなどが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。
 ポリエステルとしては、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリヘキサメチレンテレフタレート、ポリテトラメチレンテレフタレート、ポリ1,4-ジメチルシクロヘキサンテレフタレート、ポリヒドロラクトンなどが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらのポリエステルは、それぞれ単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を併用してもよい。これらの熱可塑性ポリエステルのなかでは、耐光性に優れていることから、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレートおよびポリヘキサメチレンテレフタレートが好ましい。
 熱可塑性エラストマーとしては、例えば、ポリエステル系エラストマー、ポリウレタン系エラストマーなどが挙げられる。これらのなかでは、本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体の耐光性を向上させる観点から、ポリエステル系エラストマーが好ましい。
 ポリエステル系エラストマーとしては、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート系エラストマーなどのポリエステル系エラストマー、ポリエステルをハードセグメントとし、ポリ(アルキレンオキシド)グリコールをソフトセグメントとするポリエーテル-エステルブロックコポリマーなどが挙げられる。ポリエーテル-エステルブロックコポリマーは、例えば、ジカルボン酸とジオールとポリ(アルキレンオキシド)グリコールとを反応させることによって調製することができる。
 前記ジカルボン酸としては、例えば、o-フタル酸、m-フタル酸、テレフタル酸、ナフタレン-2,6-ジカルボン酸、ナフタレン-2,7-ジカルボン酸、ジフェニル-4,4’-ジカルボン酸、ジフェノキシエタンジカルボン酸、3-スルホイソフタル酸ナトリウムなどの芳香族ジカルボン酸、1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸などの脂環族ジカルボン酸、コハク酸、シュウ酸、アジピン酸、セバシン酸、ドデカンジ酸、ダイマー酸などの脂肪族ジカルボン酸などが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらのジカルボン酸は、それぞれ単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を併用してもよい。
 前記ジオールとしては、例えば、エチレングリコール、トリメチレングリコール、テトラメチレングリコール、ペンタメチレングリコール、ヘキサメチレングリコール、1,4-ブタンジオール、ネオペンチルグリコール、デカメチレングリコールなどの脂肪族ジオール、1,1-シクロヘキサンジメタノール、1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノール、トリシクロデカンジメタノールなどの脂環族ジオールなどが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらのジオールは、それぞれ単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を併用してもよい。
 前記ポリ(アルキレンオキシド)グリコールとしては、例えば、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリ(1,2-プロピレンオキシド)グリコール、ポリ(1,3-プロピレンオキシド)グリコール、ポリ(テトラメチレンオキシド)グリコール、エチレンオキシド-プロピレンオキシドコポリマー、エチレンオキシド-テトラヒドロフランコポリマーなどが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらのポリ(アルキレンオキシド)グリコールは、それぞれ単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を併用してもよい。ポリ(アルキレンオキシド)グリコールの数平均分子量は、通常、400~5000程度であることが好ましい。
 ポリエステル系エラストマーの固有粘度は、構成繊維同士の接触部を樹脂Aによって強固に一体化させる観点から、好ましくは0.8~1.7、より好ましくは0.9~1.5である。
 ポリウレタン系エラストマーは、例えば、ポリオールとジイソシアネートとを鎖延長剤の存在下で重合させることによって得ることができる。
 ポリオールとしては、例えば、ジヒドロキシポリエーテル、ジヒドロキシポリエステル、ジヒドロキシポリカーボネート、ジヒドロキシポリエステルアミドなどの分子量が500~6000程度のポリオールなどが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらのポリオールは、それぞれ単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を併用してもよい。
 ジイソシアネートとしては、例えば、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、トリレンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート、水素化ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、キシリレンジイソシアネート、ジイソシアネートメチルカプロエート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートなどの分子量が500以下のジイソシアネートなどが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらのジイソシアネートは、それぞれ単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を併用してもよい。
 鎖延長剤としては、例えば、エチレングリコール、アミノアルコール、ビスヒドロキシエトキシベンゼン、1,4-ブタンジオールなどが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらの鎖延長剤は、それぞれ単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を併用してもよい。
 構成繊維同士の接触部を樹脂Aによって強固に一体化させる観点から、熱可塑性エラストマーとして、ポリブチレンテレフタレートをハードセグメントとし、ポリオキシブチレングリコールをソフトセグメントとするポリエーテルポリエステルを用いることができる。
 前記ハードセグメントにおいて、ポリブチレンテレフタレートの原料として用いられる酸成分の一部は、本発明の目的が阻害されない範囲内で、テレフタル酸以外のジカルボン酸、オキシカルボン酸などの酸で置換されていてもよい。また、ポリオキシブチレングリコールの原料として用いられるブチレングリコールの一部は、本発明の目的が阻害されない範囲内で、他の多価アルコールと置換されていてもよい。
 前記ソフトセグメントにおいて、ポリオキシブチレングリコールの原料として用いられるブチレングリコールの一部は、本発明の目的が阻害されいな範囲内で他の多価アルコールと置換されていてもよい。
 樹脂Bとしては、例えば、熱可塑性ポリエステルなどが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。
 熱可塑性ポリエステルとしては、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリヘキサメチレンテレフタレート、ポリテトラメチレンテレフタレート、ポリ1,4-ジメチルシクロヘキサンテレフタレート、ポリヒドロラクトンなどが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらの熱可塑性ポリエステルは、それぞれ単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を併用してもよい。これらの熱可塑性ポリエステルのなかでは、耐光性に優れていることから、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレートおよびポリヘキサメチレンテレフタレートが好ましい。
 樹脂Bの溶融温度は、複合繊維のへたりを防止する観点から、樹脂Aの溶融温度よりも20℃以上高いことが好ましく、30℃以上高いことがより好ましい。樹脂Bの溶融温度は、複合繊維のへたりを防止し、構成繊維同士の接触部を樹脂Aによって強固に一体化させる観点から、150~270℃であることが好ましく、160~270℃であることがより好ましい。
 複合繊維は、耐光性を向上させ、複合繊維のへたりを防止し、構成繊維同士の接触部を樹脂Aによって強固に一体化させる観点から、樹脂Aがポリエステルまたはポリエステル系エラストマーであり、樹脂Bが熱可塑性ポリエステルであることが好ましい。
 複合繊維のへたりを防止し、構成繊維同士の接触部を樹脂Aによって強固に一体化させる観点から、複合繊維の表面積の30~70%が樹脂Aで構成され、複合繊維の表面積の70~30%が樹脂Bで構成されていることが好ましい。
 複合繊維は、樹脂Aおよび当該樹脂Aよりも溶融温度が高い樹脂Bを含有するが、本発明の目的が阻害されない範囲内で樹脂Aおよび樹脂B以外の樹脂が含まれていてもよい。
 複合繊維としては、例えば、芯鞘型複合繊維、サイド・バイ・サイド型複合繊維、海島型複合繊維などが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらのなかでは、構成繊維同士の接触部を効率よく一体化させる観点から、芯鞘型複合繊維が好ましく、加熱によって捲縮を発生させる場合には、サイド・バイ・サイド型複合繊維が好ましい。
 複合繊維は、樹脂Aおよび樹脂Bを含有するが、例えば、芯鞘型複合繊維およびサイド・バイ・サイド型複合繊維においては、通常、樹脂Aおよび樹脂Bの2種類の樹脂が用いられ、海島型複合繊維においては、通常、樹脂Aおよび樹脂Bを含む2~4種類、好ましくは2または3種類、より好ましくは樹脂Aおよび樹脂Bが用いられる。
 芯鞘型複合繊維においては、構成繊維同士の接触部を樹脂Aによって強固に一体化させる観点から、芯成分には樹脂Bが使用され、鞘成分には樹脂Aが使用される。
 芯鞘型複合繊維において、芯成分が複合繊維の表面に露出していないことが好ましい。また、芯成分の繊維径方向の中心と鞘成分の繊維径方向の中心とが一致していることがより好ましい。芯鞘型複合繊維は、同心円状で芯鞘構造が形成されていてもよく、偏心状で芯鞘構造が形成されていてもよい。偏心状で芯鞘構造が形成されている芯鞘構造を有する複合繊維は、加熱によって捲縮を生じることから、捲縮が要求される用途に適している。芯鞘型複合繊維の断面形状としては、例えば、円形、三角形、四角形などの多角形状、楕円、長円などが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらの形状のなかでは、円形が好ましい。また、芯鞘型複合繊維の芯成分と鞘成分との容量比は、単繊維強度を向上させるとともに構成繊維同士の接触部を樹脂Aによって強固に一体化させる観点から、芯成分:鞘成分(容量比)は、30:70~70:30であることが好ましい。
 複合繊維が芯鞘型複合繊維である場合、当該芯鞘型複合繊維は、例えば、芯成分および鞘成分をそれぞれ構成する樹脂Bおよび樹脂Aを加熱溶融させ、芯鞘型複合繊維製造用複合紡糸装置に導入し、芯鞘型複合ノズルから押し出し、紡糸することによって製造することができる。なお、樹脂Aおよび樹脂Bを加熱溶融させる際には、例えば、単軸押出機、二軸押出機、ニーダーなどを用いることができる。また、芯鞘型複合ノズルとして、例えば、千鳥配列または環状配列で口金細孔が配列された芯鞘型複合ノズルを用いることができる。
 次に、紡糸された芯鞘型複合繊維に例えば冷風を吹き付けるなどにより、当該芯鞘型複合繊維を冷却し、固化させることができる。
 複合繊維の繊度は、化粧料保持用弾性体の内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができ、機械的強度に優れた化粧料保持用弾性体を得る観点から、0.5~15デニールであることが好ましく、1~10デニールであることがより好ましい。なお、本発明において、繊維の繊度は、繊維長さ9000mあたりの繊維(フィラメント)の質量(g)を意味する。
 複合繊維の繊維長は、化粧料保持用弾性体の内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができ、機械的強度に優れた化粧料保持用弾性体を得る観点から、20~150mm程度であることが好ましい。
 複合繊維には、化粧品に使用される化粧料などの防腐の観点から、必要により、例えば、防菌加工、抗菌加工などの加工が施されていてもよい。これらの加工には種々の方法を採用することができ、本発明は、かかる方法によって限定されるものではない。
 なお、本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体は、構成繊維として複合繊維を含有するものであり、当該構成繊維が複合繊維のみで構成されていてもよく、複合繊維および当該複合繊維以外のその他の繊維で構成されていてもよい。
 その他の繊維としては、例えば、綿、麻、絹などの天然繊維、レーヨンなどの再生繊維、合成繊維などが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらの他の繊維のなかでは、化粧料保持用弾性体の内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができ、機械的強度に優れた化粧料保持用弾性体を得る観点から、合成繊維が好ましい。
 合成繊維としては、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維、ポリブチレンテレフタレート繊維、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート繊維などのポリエステル繊維、ポリ塩化ビニル系繊維、ポリ塩化ビニリデン繊維、ポリプロピレン繊維、ポリビニルアルコール繊維、ナイロン6などに代表されるポリアミド繊維、ポリイミド繊維、ポリアミドイミド繊維、酢酸セルロース繊維などが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらの繊維は、それぞれ単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を併用してもよい。これらの合成繊維のなかでは、化粧料保持用弾性体の内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができ、耐光性に優れた化粧料保持用弾性体を得る観点から、ポリエステル繊維およびポリアミド繊維が好ましく、ポリエステル繊維がより好ましい。
 合成繊維には、化粧品に使用される化粧料などの防腐の観点から、必要により、例えば、防菌加工、抗菌加工などの加工が施されていてもよい。これらの加工には種々の方法を採用することができ、本発明は、かかる方法によって限定されるものではない。
 合成繊維の溶融温度は、複合繊維のへたりを防止する観点から、樹脂Aの溶融温度よりも20℃以上高いことが好ましく、30℃以上高いことがより好ましい。合成繊維の溶融温度は、複合繊維のへたりを防止し、複合繊維と合成繊維との交差部で複合繊維と合成繊維を効率よく熱融着させる観点から、150~270℃であることが好ましく、160~270℃であることがより好ましい。
 合成繊維の繊度は、化粧料保持用弾性体の内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができる化粧料保持用弾性体を得る観点から、0.5~15デニールであることが好ましく、1~10デニールであることがより好ましい。
 合成繊維の繊維長は、化粧料保持用弾性体の内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができ、機械的強度に優れた化粧料保持用弾性体を得る観点から、20~150mm程度であることが好ましい。
 本発明においては、化粧料保持用弾性体の内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができ、耐光性に優れる化粧料保持用弾性体を得る観点から、複合繊維とその他の繊維として合成繊維とが併用されていることが好ましく、複合繊維と合成繊維としてポリエステル繊維またはポリアミド繊維とが併用されていることがより好ましく、複合繊維とポリエステル繊維とが併用されていることがさらに好ましい。
 複合繊維と合成繊維との質量比(複合繊維/合成繊維)は、複合繊維と合成繊維との交差部で複合繊維と合成繊維とを効率よく熱融着させるとともに、化粧料保持用弾性体の内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができる化粧料保持用弾性体を得る観点から、10/90~100/0であることが好ましく、30/70~80/20であることがより好ましい。
 以下に化粧料保持用弾性体を製造する際に用いられるウェブシートを製造する方法を図面に基づいて説明するが、本発明は、当該図面に記載の実施態様のみに限定されるものではない。なお、以下においては、複合繊維と合成繊維とを併用した場合の例が示されているが、複合繊維のみを用いてもよく、複合繊維と合成繊維以外の他の繊維とを併用してもよい。
 図1は、本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体を製造する際に用いられるウェブシートを製造する方法の一実施態様を示す概略説明図である。
 図1(a)に示されるように、ウェブ1が積層されている。ウェブ1は、例えば、複合繊維および合成繊維をそれぞれ解繊し、両者を所定の比率となるように秤量し、両者を均一な組成となるように混繊することによって形成させることができる。
 形成されたウェブの厚さは、使用される化粧料保持用弾性体の大きさに応じて適宜調整することが好ましい。
 次に、例えば、ウェブ1を2枚の平板間(図示せず)に挟み、必要により、当該ウェブ1を所定の厚さとなるように押圧し、その状態でウェブ1に含まれている複合繊維を構成している樹脂Aの溶融温度以上の温度でかつ複合繊維を構成している樹脂Bおよび合成繊維の溶融温度よりも低い温度でウェブ1を加熱し、樹脂Aを溶融させ、複合繊維および合成繊維を含有する構成繊維同士の接触部を溶融した樹脂Aによって融着一体化させることにより、図1(b)に示されるように、ウェブシート2を得ることができる。その際、必要により、ウェブシート2が所定の密度を有するように成形型内に入れ、前記と同様にしてウェブシート2を加熱し、樹脂Aを溶融させることにより、構成繊維同士の交差部を溶融した樹脂Aで融着させ、当該交差部で樹脂Aからなる塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部を形成させることができる。図1(b)において、前記融着部は、符号Aで示される。
 前記で得られたウェブシート2は、構成繊維同士の交差部が溶融した樹脂Aによって点状で接合し、接合された繊維同士がウェブシート2の平面方向に揃えられている。
 次に、前記で得られたウェブシート2は、図1(c)の矢印Bで示されるように垂直方向に裁断される。図1(d)に示されるように、裁断されたウェブシート3は、裁断面が上面または下面となるように配置される。当該ウェブシート3は、厚さ方向においてジャングルジムのような構造体(三次元立体構造体)を形成していることから、ウェブシート3の上面からの圧力に対して反発が大きいので、クッション性に優れており、「へたり」に対する抵抗性にも優れているものと考えられる。
 なお、複合繊維および合成繊維を混合する際、複合繊維および合成繊維の双方の繊維を繊維の長さ方向に並行するように並べて積層させることによってウェブシート3を製造した場合には、当該ウェブシート3を図1(d)の矢印Cに示されるように引き伸ばしたとき、複合繊維および合成繊維の双方の繊維が並行していることを示す縞が現れる。当該縞は、ウェブシート3が前記方法によって製造されたものであることを示す指標となる。
 次に、前記で得られたウェブシート3を所望の大きさおよび形状となるように裁断することにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を得ることができる。
 化粧料保持用弾性体の大きさおよび形状は、当該化粧料保持用弾性体の用途によって異なるので一概には決定することができない。したがって、化粧料保持用弾性体の大きさおよび形状は、当該化粧料保持用弾性体の用途に応じて適宜調整することが好ましい。
 化粧料保持用弾性体の一例として、例えば、平面形状が直径3~15cm程度の円形であり、厚さが0.5~5cm程度の円柱状の化粧料保持用弾性体などが挙げられる。当該化粧料保持用弾性体は、例えば、ファンデーションなどの液状化粧料を保持するための化粧料保持用弾性体として好適に使用することができる。
 本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体の密度は、当該化粧料保持用弾性体の用途などによって異なることから一概には決定することができないが、通常、好ましくは6~50kg/m程度、より好ましくは6~30kg/m程度である。
 本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体のアスカーF硬度は、当該化粧料保持用弾性体の用途などによって異なることから一概には決定することができないが、通常、30~60程度であることが好ましい。なお、本明細書において、化粧料保持用弾性体のアスカーF硬度は、高分子計器(株)製のアスカーゴム硬度計F型を用い、25℃の温度で測定したときの値である。
 なお、本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体は、使用時におけるへたりを防止する観点から、点接合された複合繊維および合成繊維の双方の繊維は、図1(d)に示されるように、ウェブシート3の厚さ方向に並んでいることが好ましい。
 本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体の継続使用によるへたりの大きさ(以下、へたり度という)は、使用時におけるへたりを防止する観点から、好ましくは20%以下、より好ましくは10%以下である。なお、本明細書において、化粧料保持用弾性体のへたり度は、式:

に基づいて求めたときの値である。また、化粧料保持用弾性体のへたり(mm)は、以下の実施例に記載の方法に基づいて測定したときの値である。
 以上のようにして得られる本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体は、複合繊維が樹脂Aおよび当該樹脂Aよりも溶融温度が高い樹脂Bを含有し、構成繊維同士の接触部が複合繊維の樹脂Aによって一体化されていることから構成繊維間に空隙が存在し、当該空隙が固定化されているので、従来の表面積が大きいポリウレタンフォームおよびゴムフォームと対比して、化粧料保持用弾性体の内部に取り込まれた化粧料を構成繊維の繊維間の空隙から効率よく外部に取り出すことができることから、使用後における化粧料の残存率を低減させることができる。
 また、本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体は、三次元立体構造を有することから、従来のポリウレタンフォームと対比して、弾性体の内部に取り込まれた化粧料が使用初期から取れる量を抑制することができる。
 また、本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体は、耐光性に優れており、太陽光線などによる黄変を抑制することができるという利点を有する。当該耐光性は、複合繊維として、樹脂Aがポリエステルまたはポリエステル系エラストマーであり、樹脂Bが熱可塑性ポリエステルである複合繊維であり、構成繊維のなかに他の繊維が含まれている場合には、当該他の繊維としてポリエステルの単繊維(フィラメント)が用いられているときに効果的に発現される。
 また、本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体は、化粧料に含まれている紫外線吸収剤の保持性(非吸着性)にも優れており、さらに繰り返しの使用によるへたりが小さいことから、耐久性にも優れている。
 したがって、本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体は、当該化粧料保持用弾性体に化粧料を保持させることにより、化粧料含有弾性体として好適に使用することができ、当該化粧料含有弾性体は、各種化粧品に好適に使用することができる。
 本発明の化粧料含有弾性体は、前記化粧料保持用弾性体が用いられているので、前記化粧料保持用弾性体に基づく効果を発現する。また、本発明の化粧品は、前記化粧料含有弾性体が用いられているので、前記化粧料含有弾性体に基づく効果を発現する。
 本発明の化粧料含有弾性体に使用することができる化粧料としては、例えば、ファンデーション、化粧下地、アイシャドウ、アイライナー、マスカラ、頬紅、おしろい、眉墨、クレンジングクリーム、クレンジングミルク、クレンジングリキッド、洗顔クリーム、洗顔フォーム、マッサージクリーム、コールドクリーム、バニシングクリーム、スキンクリーム、スキンジェル、乳液、化粧水、美容液、各種ローション、日焼け止め料、ボディクリーム、ボディオイル、ヘアシャンプー、ヘアリンス、ヘアコンディショナー、ヘアトリートメント、ヘアリキッド、ヘアトニックなどが挙げられるが、本発明は、かかる例示のみに限定されるものではない。これらの化粧料のなかでは、本発明の化粧料含有弾性体は、液状化粧料に対して優れた効果を奏することから、液状化粧料が好ましい。
 化粧料の粘度は、特に限定されないが、本発明においては、25℃における化粧料の粘度は、好ましくは500~50000mPa・s、より好ましくは500~30000mPa・s、さらに好ましくは1000~20000mPa・s、さらに一層好ましくは1000~10000mPa・sである。なお、化粧料の粘度は、BM型粘度計を用いて測定したときの値である。
 本発明の化粧料含有弾性体に使用される化粧料の量は、化粧品の種類によって異なるので一概には決定することができないが、例えば、化粧品がリキッドファンデーションである場合、直径が5cmで、厚さが1.5cmである化粧料含有弾性体に、25℃における粘度が6000mPa・sであるリキッドファンデーションを10~20g程度の量で使用することができる。
 化粧料保持体は、本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体を含有する。化粧料保持体は、前記化粧料保持用弾性体を含有することから、前記化粧料保持用弾性体に基づく効果を発現する。
 化粧料保持体は、本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体のみを含有するものであってもよく、本発明の目的を阻害しない範囲で前記化粧料保持用弾性体以外の弾性体、繊維、樹脂、フィルムなどを含有するものであってもよい。
 化粧料保持体は、積層構造を有していてもよい。化粧料保持体が積層構造を有する場合、化粧料保持体の内部に取り込まれた化粧料を効率よく外部に取り出すことができる化粧料保持体を得る観点から、化粧料保持体の平面方向の層のうち少なくとも表面層が本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体であることが好ましい。
 化粧料保持体は、必要により、所望の大きさおよび形状となるように裁断した後に用いることができる。化粧料保持体の大きさおよび形状は、当該化粧料保持体の用途によって異なるので一概には決定することができない。したがって、化粧料保持体の大きさおよび形状は、当該化粧料保持体の用途に応じて適宜調整することが好ましい。
 化粧料保持体の一例として、例えば、平面形状が直径3~15cm程度の円形であり、厚さが0.5~5cm程度の円柱状の化粧料保持体などが挙げられる。当該化粧料保持体は、例えば、ファンデーションなどの液状化粧料を保持するための化粧料保持体として好適に使用することができる。
 化粧料保持体の密度は、当該化粧料保持体の用途などによって異なることから一概には決定することができないが、通常、好ましくは6~50kg/m程度、より好ましくは6~30kg/m程度である。
 化粧料保持体のアスカーF硬度は、当該化粧料保持体の用途などによって異なることから一概には決定することができないが、通常、30~60程度であることが好ましい。なお、化粧料保持体のアスカーF硬度は、前記化粧料保持用弾性体のアスカーF硬度と同様の方法に基づいて測定したときの値である。
 化粧料保持体のへたり度は、使用時におけるへたりを防止する観点から、好ましくは20%以下、より好ましくは10%以下である。なお、化粧料保持体のへたり度は、前記化粧料保持用弾性体のへたり度と同様の方法に基づいて求めたときの値である。
 化粧料保持体は、当該化粧料保持体に化粧料を保持させることにより、化粧料含有保持体として好適に使用することができ、当該化粧料含有保持体は、各種化粧品に好適に使用することができる。
 化粧料含有保持体は、前記化粧料保持体が用いられているので、前記化粧料保持体に基づく効果を発現する。また、前記化粧品は、前記化粧料含有保持体が用いられているので、前記化粧料含有保持体に基づく効果を発現する。
 化粧料含有保持体に使用することができる化粧料としては、前記化粧料含有弾性体に使用することができる化粧料と同様のものを例示することができる。また、化粧料の粘度および化粧料含有保持体に使用される化粧料の量は、前記と同様の粘度およびその量を例示することができる。
 次に、本発明を実施例に基づいてさらに詳細に説明するが、本発明は、かかる実施例のみに限定されるものではない。
実施例1
 芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを40:60の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製した。これに切削加工を施すことにより、直径5cm、厚さ1.4cmのサンプルA(密度:13.4kg/m)を得た。
 前記で得られたサンプルAを図1(d)に示される矢印C方向に延伸させたとき、製造時にウェブ1を積層させたことに起因する縞が観察されたが、当該矢印C方向と直角方向に延伸させても縞が観察されなかった。
 次に、前記で得られたサンプルAの平面および側面を光学顕微鏡で観察した。その結果を図2に示す。図2において、(a)はサンプルAの平面方向の断面における光学顕微鏡写真であり、(b)はサンプルAの厚さ方向の断面における顕微鏡写真である。なお、各写真の拡大倍率は、各写真の下部に示されており、その1目盛りは25μmである。
 図2に示された結果から、繊維密度は、サンプルAの平面よりも側面のほうが高いこと、および構成繊維同士の接触部で塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部が形成されていることがわかる。
実施例2
 芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを70:30の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製し、これに切削加工を施すことにより、直径5cm、厚さ1.5cmのサンプルB(密度:12.9kg/m)を得た。
 前記で得られたサンプルBを図1(d)に示される矢印C方向に延伸させたとき、製造時にウェブ1を積層させたことに起因する縞が観察されたが、当該矢印C方向と直角方向に延伸させても縞が観察されなかった。また、実施例1と同様に構成繊維同士の接触部で塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部が形成されていることが確認された。
実施例3
 芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを50:50の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製し、これに切削加工を施すことにより、直径5cm、厚さ1.6cmのサンプルC(密度:17.1kg/m)を得た。
 前記で得られたサンプルCを図1(d)に示される矢印C方向に延伸させたとき、製造時にウェブ1を積層させたことに起因する縞が観察されたが、当該矢印C方向と直角方向に延伸させても縞が観察されなかった。また、実施例1と同様に構成繊維同士の接触部で塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部が形成されていることが確認された。
実施例4
 芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを70:30の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製し、これに切削加工を施すことにより、直径5cm、厚さ1.5cmのサンプルD(密度:14.0kg/m)を得た。
 前記で得られたサンプルDを図1(d)に示される矢印C方向に延伸させたとき、製造時にウェブ1を積層させたことに起因する縞が観察されたが、当該矢印C方向と直角方向に延伸させても縞が観察されなかった。また、実施例1と同様に構成繊維同士の接触部で塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部が形成されていることが確認された。
実施例5
 芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを40:60の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製し、これに切削加工を施すことにより、直径5cm、厚さ1.6cmのサンプルE(密度:14.2kg/m)を得た。
 前記で得られたサンプルEを図1(d)に示される矢印C方向に延伸させたとき、製造時にウェブ1を積層させたことに起因する縞が観察されたが、当該矢印C方向と直角方向に延伸させても縞が観察されなかった。また、実施例1と同様に構成繊維同士の接触部で塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部が形成されていることが確認された。
実施例6
 芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを50:50の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製し、これに切削加工を施すことにより、直径6cm、厚さ1.1cmのサンプルF(密度:16.4kg/m)を得た。
 前記で得られたサンプルFを図1(d)に示される矢印C方向に延伸させたとき、製造時にウェブ1を積層させたことに起因する縞が観察されたが、当該矢印C方向と直角方向に延伸させても縞が観察されなかった。また、実施例1と同様に構成繊維同士の接触部で塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部が形成されていることが確認された。
実施例7
 芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを70:30の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製し、これに切削加工を施すことにより、直径6cm、厚さ1.5cmのサンプルG(密度:17.1kg/m)を得た。
 前記で得られたサンプルGを図1(d)に示される矢印C方向に延伸させたとき、製造時にウェブ1を積層させたことに起因する縞が観察されたが、当該矢印C方向と直角方向に延伸させても縞が観察されなかった。また、実施例1と同様に構成繊維同士の接触部で塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部が形成されていることが確認された。
実施例8
 芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを20:80の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製し、これに切削加工を施すことにより、直径5cm、厚さ1.4cmのサンプルH(密度:18.9kg/m)を得た。なお、サンプルHのアスカーF硬度は、39であった。
 前記で得られたサンプルHを図1(d)に示される矢印C方向に延伸させたとき、製造時にウェブ1を積層させたことに起因する縞が観察されたが、当該矢印C方向と直角方向に延伸させても縞が観察されなかった。また、実施例1と同様に構成繊維同士の接触部で塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部が形成されていることが確認された。
実施例9
 芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを40:60の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製し、これに切削加工を施すことにより、直径5cm、厚さ1.4cmのサンプルI(密度:20.5kg/m)を得た。なお、サンプルIのアスカーF硬度は、51.4であった。
 前記で得られたサンプルIを図1(d)に示される矢印C方向に延伸させたとき、製造時にウェブ1を積層させたことに起因する縞が観察されたが、当該矢印C方向と直角方向に延伸させても縞が観察されなかった。また、実施例1と同様に構成繊維同士の接触部で塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部が形成されていることが確認された。
実施例10
 芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを50:50の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製し、これに切削加工を施すことにより、直径5cm、厚さ1.4cmのサンプルJ(密度:19.9kg/m)を得た。なお、サンプルJのアスカーF硬度は、54.2であった。
 前記で得られたサンプルJを図1(d)に示される矢印C方向に延伸させたとき、製造時にウェブ1を積層させたことに起因する縞が観察されたが、当該矢印C方向と直角方向に延伸させても縞が観察されなかった。また、実施例1と同様に構成繊維同士の接触部で塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部が形成されていることが確認された。
実施例11
 芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕とポリエステル繊維(樹脂:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:3デニール)とを70:30の質量比で各繊維が並行となるように混紡したウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製し、これに切削加工を施すことにより、直径5cm、厚さ1.4cmのサンプルK(密度:18.9kg/m)を得た。なお、サンプルKのアスカーF硬度は、51.4であった。
 前記で得られたサンプルKを図1(d)に示される矢印C方向に延伸させたとき、製造時にウェブ1を積層させたことに起因する縞が観察されたが、当該矢印C方向と直角方向に延伸させても縞が観察されなかった。また、実施例1と同様に構成繊維同士の接触部で塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部が形成されていることが確認された。
実施例12
 芯鞘型複合繊維〔芯成分:ポリエチレンテレフタレート、鞘成分:熱可塑性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、繊度:6デニール〕のみからなるウェブを押圧した状態で鞘成分を加熱溶融させることにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製し、これに切削加工を施すことにより、化粧料保持用弾性体を作製し、これに切削加工を施すことにより、直径5cm、厚さ1.4cmのサンプルL(密度:15.4kg/m)を得た。なお、サンプルLのアスカーF硬度は、43.2であった。
 前記で得られたサンプルLを図1(d)に示される矢印C方向に延伸させたとき、製造時にウェブ1を積層させたことに起因する縞が観察されたが、当該矢印C方向と直角方向に延伸させても縞が観察されなかった。また、実施例1と同様に構成繊維同士の接触部で塊状(アメーバー状)の融着部が形成されていることが確認された。
比較例1
 ポリエーテル系ポリレタンフォームからなり、直径5cm、厚さ1.5cmのサンプルR1を用意した。
比較例2
 ニトリルゴムフォームからなり、直径5cm、厚さ1.5cmのサンプルR2を用意した。
実験例1
 サンプルA、サンプルB、サンプルC、サンプルR1およびサンプルR2の耐光性試験を以下の条件に基づいて行なった。
〔耐光性試験の条件〕
・試験機器:ガス試験機(株)製、商品名:紫外線オートフェードメーターU48AU
・試験方法:前記試験機器を用い、各サンプルに紫外線を7時間照射させ、紫外線照射前後のサンプルの表面状態を調べた。
 各サンプルの耐光性試験の結果をそれぞれ順に図3(a)~(e)に示す。各図において、紙面に向かって左半分が紫外線照射前のサンプルの表面状態であり、右半分が紫外線照射後のサンプルの表面状態である。
 図3に示された結果から、サンプルA~Cでは、図3(a)~(c)に示されるように表面状態に変化が認められなかったが、サンプルR1では、図3(d)に示されるように紫外線の照射により顕著な黄変が認められ(紙面に向かって右半分の濃色部分)、サンプルR2では、図3(e)に示されるように紫外線の照射により、やや黄変が認められた(紙面に向かって右半分の濃色部分)。
 したがって、各実施例によれば、サンプルA~Cに示されるように耐光性に優れた化粧料保持用弾性体が得られることがわかる。
実験例2
 サンプルA~EおよびサンプルG~Lからそれぞれダンベル型試験片(試験部の長さ:30mm、試験部の幅:10mm、試験部の厚さ:15mm)を切り出し、チャック間距離が30mmとなるように設定し、引張試験機〔(株)島津製作所製、商品名:オートグラフAGS-100G〕のチャックに掴持し、引張速度100mm/minにて引張試験を行なった。その結果を表1に示す。
 なお、試験片には、試験片の引張り方向に繊維による縦縞が走っている試験片を縦型試験片とし、試験片の引張り方向に対して直角方向に繊維による横縞が走っている試験片を横型試験片とし、これら2種類の試験片を用いた。

 表1に示された結果から、各実施例で得られたサンプルは、いずれも、良好な引張強度を有し、引張強度を幅広く調整することができることから、化粧品の種類に応じて化粧料保持用弾性体の引張強度を適宜調整することができることがわかる。また、試験片の引張り方向に繊維による縦縞が走っている試験片は、試験片の引張り方向に繊維による横縞が走っている試験片と対比して、引張強度に優れていることがわかる。
実験例3
 サンプルE、サンプルF、サンプルG、サンプルR1およびサンプルR2を用い、各サンプルの初期質量を秤量した。
 各サンプルの平面にミネラルウォータリーファンデーション〔(株)資生堂製、粘度:2000mPa・s〕15gを均一に塗布した後、1時間静置することにより、当該ファンデーションを各サンプルに含浸させた。
 次に、パネラーにより、化粧用パフで各サンプルの表面を軽く押圧した後、化粧用パフに付着したファンデーションを拭き取る操作を1サイクルとして繰り返して行ない、化粧用パフにファンデーションが殆ど付かなくなるまでのサイクル数をカウントし、当該サイクル数を化粧料の持続性の指標とした。また、化粧用パフにファンデーションが殆ど付かなくなったときの各サンプルの最終質量を秤量した。
 各サンプルの初期質量および各サンプルの最終質量に基づき、化粧料(ファンデーション)の残存率を式:
〔化粧料の残存率〕
={〔(サンプルの初期質量)-(サンプルの最終質量)〕÷〔化粧料の使用量(15g)〕}×100
に基づいて求めた。以上の結果を表2に示す。

 表2に示された結果から、サンプルE~Gは、従来のサンプルR1およびR2と対比して、化粧料の持続性に優れ、しかもサンプルの使用後における化粧料の残存率が著しく低いことから、化粧料を最後まで効率よく使用することができるものであることがわかる。
 また、サンプルH、JおよびKの化粧料の持続性(サイクル)を実験例3と同様にして評価したところ、サンプルHは180回、サンプルJは192回およびサンプルKは178回であった。これらの結果および表2に示された結果から、サンプルH、JおよびKの化粧料の持続性は、従来のサンプルR1およびR2の化粧料の持続性と対比して優れていることがわかる。
実験例4
 流動パラフィン900gと紫外線吸収剤(パラメトキシケイ皮酸2-エチルヘキシル)100gとを混合することにより、試験液を調製した。
 試験液30gをシャーレに入れたもの(ブランク)、試験液30gをサンプルAに含浸させたもの、試験液30gをサンプルR1に含浸させたもの、および試験液30gをサンプルR2に含浸させたものを用意し、室温25℃、相対湿度60%の恒温恒湿室内に4日間静置した後、ブランクおよび各サンプルにおける試験液に含まれている紫外線吸収剤を以下の測定条件で液体クロマトグラフィーにて定量した。なお、紫外線吸収剤の量は、あらかじめ作成しておいた検量線に基づいて求めた。

・測定装置:ウォーターズ社製、商品名:ACQUITY UPLCH-Class
・検出器:ウォーターズ社製、商品名:TUV(検出波長:310nm)
・カラム:ウォーターズ社製、商品名:ACQUITY UPLC-BEH C-8(内径:2.1mm、長さ:10cm)
・測定温度:50℃
・移動相:水50質量%とアセトニトリル50質量%との混合溶媒
・流量:0.5mL/min

 表3に示された結果から、本発明の実施例で得られたサンプルAは、従来のサンプルR1およびサンプルR2と対比して、紫外線吸収剤の残存率が高いことから、紫外線吸収剤を長期間にわたって保持する性質に優れていることがわかる。
 以上の結果から、本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体は、紫外線吸収剤の保持性に優れていることから、例えば、ファンデーションなどの化粧品に好適に使用することができることがわかる。
実験例5
 サンプルA~GおよびサンプルR1の平面にミネラルウォータリーファンデーション〔(株)資生堂製〕15gを均一に塗布した後、1時間静置することにより、当該ファンデーションを各サンプルに含浸させた。
 次に、パネラーにより、化粧用パフで各サンプルの表面を軽く押圧した後、化粧用パフに付着したファンデーションを拭き取る操作1日あたり2回行なう操作を1サイクルとして30日間繰り返して行なった。その結果、サンプルA~Gのへたりは、サンプルR1のへたりと対比して遜色がないことが確認された。また、30日間繰り返して使用した後のサンプルA~Gの表面を目視にて観察したが、いずれのサンプルにおいても、その表面に毛羽立ちが観察されなかった。
実験例6
 実験例3で化粧料の持続性(サイクル)を評価した後のサンプルKの最終厚さを測定した。サンプルKの初期厚さ(1.4cm)および前記サンプルKの最終厚さに基づき、サンプルKのへたり(mm)を式:

に基づいて求めたところ、1.1mmであった。
 前記で求めたサンプルKのへたり(mm)から、サンプルKのへたり度を求めたところ、7.8%であった。この結果から、サンプルKは、継続使用によるへたりが小さいことがわかる。
 以上の結果から、本発明の化粧料保持用弾性体は、継続使用によるへたりが小さく、しかも化粧用パフによって繰り返して摺擦された場合であっても毛羽立ちのない良好な表面状態を維持することから、例えば、ファンデーションなどの化粧品に好適に使用することができることがわかる。

Claims (3)

  1.  化粧料を保持するために用いられる化粧料保持用弾性体であって、構成繊維として複合繊維を含有し、当該複合繊維が樹脂Aおよび当該樹脂Aよりも溶融温度が高い樹脂Bを含有し、構成繊維同士の接触部が複合繊維の樹脂Aによって一体化されていることを特徴とする化粧料保持用弾性体。
  2.  請求項1に記載の化粧料保持用弾性体に化粧料を含有する化粧料含有弾性体。
  3.  請求項2に記載の化粧料含有弾性体を有する化粧品。
