Definitions
- the invention relates to a roller blind arrangement for a motor vehicle for shading a transparent vehicle section according to the preamble of claim 1.
- roller blind arrangement is known from document DE 10 2006 054 881 A1 and comprises a roller blind which can be unwound from a winding device for shading a transparent roof section of the relevant motor vehicle or can be wound onto the winding device to release the transparent roof section.
- the roller blind is connected to the winding device designed in particular as a winding shaft.
- the roller blind can be kept taut in the vehicle transverse direction.
- the roller blind arrangement may have a drive motor which drives two drive means representing drive cable, which have a round cross-section and which are each guided in one of the guide rails to a pull bar, which is arranged on the side facing away from the winding device edge of the blind.
- the drive cable formed as a pitch cable at the same time form the lateral guide bands of the roller blind, and in fact by the fact that the roller blind is beaten when entering the guide rails by means of a complex device around the drive cable.
- the drive cables cling to the roller blind via a rough, brush-like surface, which is formed by a variety of fine bristles. The folding of the roller blind around the drive cables and the clawing of the bristles on the roller blind lead to a high
- the invention has for its object to provide a trained according to the introductory genus roller blind arrangement, in which a simultaneous use of drive means as drive members and as guide members of the roller blind in structurally simple manner possible and further ensures an at least approximately cylindrical roller blind.
- the core of the invention is therefore that the roller blind is pressed within the guide tracks of the guide rails by the drive means formed as a toothed belt between the underside and the guide track bottom.
- the roller blind web can in turn become clawed on the tooth edges of the teeth arranged on at least one side of the respective toothed belt, so that the roller blind web can be tensioned transversely to the withdrawal direction.
- the toothing of the toothed belt can thus engage directly in the material of the roller blind and get caught there.
- the timing belt can exert high holding forces on the roller blind.
- an actuation of the toothed belt can cause a winding of the roller blind on or unwinding of the roller blind from a winding shaft, with little force.
- a roller blind is an at least largely true to the track wound Rollowickel, ie a roller blind, in which the individual winding layers are directly above one another and not offset from each other wound onto the winding shaft.
- the winding shaft on conically tapered end portions. The conically tapering end regions ensure that forces running in the direction of the winding shaft pull the two lateral edges of the roller blind into their corresponding outer direction and engage at least substantially wrinkle-free or wave-free roller blind is produced without the winding layers experiencing an offset in roller blind transverse direction.
- the winding shaft ensures a uniform and accurate Rollowickel that may be cylindrical, bulged or curved.
- This ensures that the toothing of the toothed belt can be reliably and reproducibly engaged within the guide rails with the material of the roller blind, and thus a secure side guidance.
- the required forces for actuating the roller blind arrangement can be reduced.
- the advantages of the invention are also in the reduction of ripples and wrinkles and in the reproducible overlap of the timing belt with the roller blind by the directional winding of the blind. Due to the conically tapering end portions and an actuating force of the roller blind assembly is reduced.
- the conically tapering end regions can be used in particular in winding shafts with a straight or cylindrical lateral surface as well as in winding shafts with a convex or bulbous lateral surface.
- the toothing of the toothed belt has, in a special embodiment of the roller blind arrangement according to the invention, teeth which extend at least approximately at right angles to the plane of the angled roller blind web between a toothed belt underside and a belt upper side.
- the toothed belts which have a substantially rectangular cross-section, can be installed edgewise in relation to the plane of the roller blind.
- the guide rails, in which the toothed belts are guided be designed to be correspondingly narrow, so that they do not or only slightly affect the see-through range of the transparent vehicle section.
- the guide tracks likewise each have a substantially rectangular cross section which corresponds to the cross section of the respective toothed belt, wherein the
- Roller blind is introduced via a respective lateral slot in the guideways and in the Ful mgsbahnen each between the respective guide rail and the timing belt in question is arranged.
- the slot is expediently arranged at a distance from the floor or the ceiling of the respective guide track.
- the guide tracks each have a tab guide on the side facing away from the slot, in which a respective edge strip of the roller blind engages.
- the toothed belts each have a toothing on two sides facing away from each other. In this way, when using a single drive pinion for the two toothed belts, a symmetrical structure of the guide arrangements arranged on both sides for the roller blind can be realized.
- a special embodiment of the roller blind arrangement according to the invention has a roller blind which at its lateral edges relative to the vertical roller longitudinal center plane comprises a guide band which is connected to a central section of the roller blind and which is guided in the respective guide rail.
- the guide bands can represent a so-called standardized fabric module, which can be used regardless of the material forming the visible surface of the blind sheet material, which is the central portion, in roller blind assemblies according to the invention.
- the same friction parameters can be realized within the preferably also standardized trained guide rails.
- the drive means formed by the toothed belt can be guided in each case to a Switzerlandspriegel, which is arranged on the side facing away from the roller blind roller blind.
- a Switzerlandspriegel which is actuated by the drive means, the main pulling force is exerted on the roller blind when unwinding the roller blind.
- the timing belt are expediently at least largely torsion between the drive pinion and the respective guide rail out.
- a cone angle spanned between an axis of rotation of the winding shaft and a conical surface of the respective conically tapered end region can be in a range between 10 ° and 60 °, in particular approximately 30 °.
- the conically tapered end portions are each formed by a conically tapered end cap of the winding shaft.
