Description

油振診断装置および油振診断方法
本発明は、コントロールバルブ装置内の油路における油振の発生状況を診断する油振診断装置および油振診断方法に関する。
自動車の自動変速機は、送液ポンプからコントロールバルブ装置を介して供給されるオイルによって、動作制御される。コントロールバルブ装置内には、オイルの流量を切り替える電磁弁が、搭載されている。電磁弁は、ソレノイドに供給される駆動電流に応じてプランジャを移動させて、油路を通過するオイルの流量を調整する。しかしながら、電磁弁の駆動時には、コントロールバルブ装置内の油路においてオイルが脈動する、いわゆる油振の問題が発生する。油振が発生すると、コントロールバルブ装置とともに自動車のボディも振動して、ドライバに不快感を与える場合がある。 
油振が発生しやすい場合には、コントロールバルブ装置に対して、油振を低減させるための対策処理を行う。この対策処理を適切に行うためには、油振の発生状況を適切に診断する技術が必要となる。オイルの脈動を測定する技術については、例えば、特開昭63-106382号公報に記載されている。

しかしながら、特開昭63-106382号公報では、オイルの脈動の大きさを測定し、得られた脈動の大きさが正常範囲内にあるか否かを、2値的に判断している。そして、オイルの脈動の大きさが正常範囲内でない場合に、表示部に警告表示を行っている(第2頁右下欄第20行~第3頁左上欄第9行)。このため、当該公報の方法では、表示部の警告表示に基づいて、オイルの脈動を低減させるための対策処理を、段階的に実施することはできない。また、当該公報の方法では、油振発生状態の継続状況を把握することができないため、これらに応じた対策処理を実施することはできない。 
本発明の目的は、コントロールバルブ装置内の油路における油振の発生状況および継続状況を判定し、これらに応じて、段階的に警告情報を出力することができる油振診断装置および油振診断方法を提供することである。
本願の例示的な第1発明は、コントロールバルブ装置内の油路における油振の発生状況を診断する油振診断装置であって、前記油路内のオイルの圧力を計測する圧力センサと、前記圧力センサの計測結果に基づいて、圧力変動の振幅を検出する振幅検出部と、前記圧力センサの計測結果に基づいて、圧力変動の周期を検出する周期検出部と、前記振幅および前記周期に基づいて、油振状態か非油振状態かを診断する診断部と、前記診断部の診断結果に基づいて、油振状態の継続時間を判定する油振状態継続時間判定部と、前記油振状態継続時間判定部の判定結果に基づいて、情報を出力する出力部と、を有し、前記診断部は、前記振幅が振幅基準値よりも大きくかつ前記周期が周期基準値未満の場合に、油振状態と診断し、前記油振状態継続時間判定部において、前記油振状態が第1基準時間以上継続した場合に、前記出力部は、警告情報を出力する。 
本願の例示的な第2発明は、コントロールバルブ装置内の油路における油振の発生状況を診断する油振診断方法であって、a)前記油路内のオイルの圧力を計測する工程と、b)前記工程a)により得られた計測結果に基づいて、圧力変動の振幅を検出する工程と、c)前記工程a)により得られた計測結果に基づいて、圧力変動の周期を検出する工程と、d)前記工程b)により得られた振幅と、前記工程c)により得られた周期とに基づいて、油振状態か非油振状態かを診断する工程と、e)前記工程d)の診断結果に基づいて、油振状態の継続時間を判定する工程と、f)前記工程e)の判定結果に基づいて、情報を出力する工程と、を有し、前記工程d)では、前記振幅が振幅基準値よりも大きくかつ前記周期が周期基準値未満の場合に、油振状態と診断し、前記工程e)において、前記油振状態が第1基準時間以上継続した場合に、前記工程f)において、警告情報を出力する。
本願の例示的な第1発明および第2発明によれば、油振の発生状況および継続状況に応じて段階的に警告情報を出力することができる。このため、コントロールバルブ装置の製造者、コントロールバルブ装置が搭載される輸送機器の製造者、輸送機器のユーザ、またはメンテナンス作業者は、警告情報に応じた対策処理を行うことができる。

<1.コントロールバルブ装置の構成>

 図1は、油振診断装置の診断対象となるコントロールバルブ装置1の例を示した図である。このコントロールバルブ装置1は、自動車などの輸送機器に搭載され、輸送機機内の自動変速機9にオイル(オートマチック・トランスミッション・フルード、ATF)を供給することにより、自動変速機9の駆動を制御する装置である。図1に示すように、コントロールバルブ装置1は、アルミダイカスト等で形成されたバルブボディ11と、電磁弁12とを有する。 
バルブボディ11の内部には、オイルの流路となる複数の油路13が形成されている。複数の油路13は、バルブボディ11の内部において、複雑に入り組んでいる。ただし、図1では、理解を容易とするために、複数の油路13のうちの一部のみを、概念的に図示している。図1の例では、自動変速機9の下面に、コントロールバルブ装置1が取り付けられている。油路13は、バルブボディ11の下面に設けられたオイル導入口14と、バルブボディ11の上面に設けられたオイル受渡口15との間に、形成されている。 
電磁弁12は、電磁弁駆動装置2から供給される駆動電流に応じて、開度を連続的に変化させることができる、いわゆる比例電磁弁である。電磁弁12は、本体部121とノズル部122とを有する。ノズル部122は、本体部121から下方へ向けて、略円筒状に突出する。ノズル部122は、バルブボディ11内において、油路13の経路途中に介挿される。ノズル部122の側面には、オイル入力ポート12aおよびオイル出力ポート12bが設けられている。 
電磁弁駆動装置2から本体部121内のソレノイド(図示省略)に駆動電流が供給されると、ノズル部122内に配置された柱状のスプール123が、上下に移動する。これにより、オイル入力ポート12aとオイル出力ポート12bとの連通状態が切り替えられる。その結果、コントロールバルブ装置1から自動変速機9へ供給されるオイルの流量が変化する。なお、電磁弁駆動装置2は、例えば、複数の電子部品が搭載された回路基板によって、実現される。ただし、電磁弁駆動装置2の機能の一部または全部を、マイクロコントローラや、汎用のコンピュータによって、実現してもよい。 
以下では、油路13のうち、ノズル部122よりも入力側の部分を、第1油路131と称する。また、油路13のうち、ノズル部122よりも出力側の部分を、第2油路132と称する。第1油路131は、バルブボディ11のオイル導入口14と、ノズル部122のオイル入力ポート12aとを繋ぐ。第2油路132は、ノズル部122のオイル出力ポート12bと、バルブボディ11のオイル受渡口15とを繋ぐ。コントロールバルブ装置1の使用時には、図示しないオイルポンプによって加圧されたオイルが、オイル導入口14から第1油路131内へ導入される。また、第2油路132と自動変速機9との間で、オイル受渡口15を介してオイルが流動する。 
また、このコントロールバルブ装置1は、オイルの圧力および温度を計測するセンサ16を有する。センサ16は、電磁弁12のノズル部122よりも出力側の第2油路132内において、オイルの圧力および温度を計測する。本実施形態のセンサ16は、オイルの圧力を計測する圧力センサの機能と、オイルの温度を計測する温度センサの機能と、の双方を有する。ただし、第2油路132に、圧力センサと温度センサとが、別々に設けられていてもよい。 
<2.油振診断装置について>

 図1に示すように、コントロールバルブ装置1のセンサ16は、診断処理部3と通信可能に接続される。診断処理部3は、センサ16の計測結果に基づいて、コントロールバルブ装置1内の油路13における油振の発生状況および継続状況を診断し、診断結果を表示部4に表示する。本実施形態では、センサ16、診断処理部3、および表示部4により、油振診断装置5が構成される。 
図1に示すように、本実施形態の診断処理部3は、CPU等の演算処理部301、RAM等のメモリ302、およびハードディスクドライブ等の記憶部303を有するコンピュータにより構成される。記憶部303内には、油振診断処理を実行するためのコンピュータプログラム304が、インストールされている。ただし、診断処理部3の機能の一部または全部が、マイクロコントローラ等の演算処理部を含む電気回路によって実現されていてもよい。 
診断処理部3は、コントロールバルブ装置1または輸送機器の製造工程において使用される検査装置に組み込まれてもよいし、自動車等の輸送機器自体に搭載されてもよい。輸送機器に搭載する場合には、例えば、自動変速機9を制御するTCU(Transmission control unit)に、診断処理部3の機能を組み込めばよい。また、診断処理部3は、輸送機器のメンテナンス時に、メンテナンス作業者が取り扱う装置であってもよい。 
図2は、油振診断装置5の機能を概念的に示したブロック図である。図2に示すように、本実施形態の診断処理部3は、振幅検出部31、周期検出部32、基準値設定部33、診断部34、油振状態継続時間判定部35、非油振状態継続時間判定部36、表示内容生成部37、および警告カウント部38を有する。これらの各部の機能は、上述したコンピュータプログラム304に従って、診断処理部3としてのコンピュータが動作することによって実現される。 
振幅検出部31は、センサ16の計測結果を受信し、得られた計測結果に基づいて、第2油路132におけるオイルの圧力変動の振幅ΔPを検出する。センサ16から得られる圧力の計測結果は、時間の経過とともに変化する。したがって、圧力の微分値は、周期的にゼロとなる。振幅検出部31は、例えば、圧力の微分値がゼロとなる時点間における圧力値の差分を、圧力変動の振幅ΔPとして検出する。ただし、振幅検出部31は、センサ16の計測結果から、他の方法で、圧力変動の振幅ΔPを検出してもよい。 
周期検出部32は、センサ16の計測結果を受信し、得られた計測結果に基づいて、第2油路132におけるオイルの圧力変動の周期ΔTを検出する。上述の通り、センサ16から得られる圧力の計測結果は、時間の経過とともに変化する。したがって、圧力の微分値は、周期的にゼロとなる。周期検出部32は、例えば、圧力の微分値がゼロとなる時点の時間間隔を、圧力変動の周期ΔTとして検出する。ただし、周期検出部32は、センサ16の計測結果から、他の方法で、圧力変動の周期ΔTを検出してもよい。 
基準値設定部33は、診断部34において参照される第0振幅基準値ΔP0、第0周期基準値ΔT0、第1振幅基準値ΔP1、および第2振幅基準値ΔP2を設定する。第0振幅基準値ΔP0および第0周期基準値ΔT0は、油振の発生の有無を判定するための基準値である。第1振幅基準値ΔP1および第2振幅基準値ΔP2は、油振が発生しているときに、油振レベルが第0レベル~第2レベルのいずれであるかを判定するための基準値である。第1振幅基準値ΔP1は、第0振幅基準値ΔP0よりも大きい。また、第2振幅基準値ΔP2は、第1振幅基準値ΔP1よりもさらに大きい。 
第0振幅基準値ΔP0および第0周期基準値ΔT0は、例えば、固定値として基準値設定部33に保持される。ただし、第0振幅基準値ΔP0および第0周期基準値ΔT0を、オイルの温度等の条件に応じて変動させてもよい。 
基準値設定部33は、センサ16から、第2油路132におけるオイルの温度の情報を取得する。また、基準値設定部33は、CAN(Controller Area Network)等の車内通信手段を介して、エンジンの回転数の情報を取得する。また、基準値設定部33は、オイルの温度およびエンジンの回転数と、第1振幅基準値ΔP1,第2振幅基準値ΔP2との対応関係を規定したマップデータD1を、予め保持している。基準値設定部33は、当該マップデータD1を参照し、オイルの温度とエンジンの回転数とに対応する値を、第1振幅基準値ΔP1および第2振幅基準値ΔP2として決定する。ただし、第1振幅基準値ΔP1および第2振幅基準値ΔP2は、他の条件に基づいて決定されてもよい。また、第1振幅基準値ΔP1および第2振幅基準値ΔP2は、固定値であってもよい。 
診断部34は、振幅検出部31により検出された圧力変動の振幅ΔPと、周期検出部32により検出された圧力変動の周期ΔTとに基づいて、油振の有無、つまり、油振が発生している油振状態か、油振が発生していない非油振状態かを診断する。また、診断部34は、油振状態すなわち油振が発生している場合には、その油振レベルを診断する。診断部34は、圧力変動の振幅ΔPが第0振幅基準値ΔP0よりも大きく、かつ、圧力変動の周期ΔTが第0周期基準値ΔT0よりも小さい場合に、油振が発生している状態、すなわち油振状態と判断し、圧力変動の振幅ΔPが第0振幅基準値ΔP0以下または圧力変動の周期ΔTが第0周期基準値ΔT0以上の場合には、油振が発生していない状態、すなわち非油振状態と判断する。また、診断部34は、油振が発生していると判断した場合に、圧力変動の振幅ΔPと、第1振幅基準値ΔP1および第2振幅基準値ΔP2との大小関係に基づいて、第0レベル、第1レベル、および第2レベルの3段階に、油振レベルを診断する。ただし、油振レベルの診断は、省略してもよい。 
油振状態継続時間判定部35は、診断部34により診断された診断結果に基づいて、油振状態の継続時間を判定する。例えば、診断部34により、第2レベルの油振が発生していると診断された場合に、油振状態継続時間判定部35は、内蔵のカウンタAを更新する。カウンタAが第1基準時間Na以上継続して更新された場合に、油振状態継続時間判定部35は、第2レベルの油振が第1基準時間Na以上継続していると判定する。 
非油振状態継続時間判定部36は、診断部34により診断された診断結果に基づいて、非油振状態の継続時間を判定する。例えば、診断部34により、油振が発生していないと診断された場合に、非油振状態継続時間判定部36は、内蔵のカウンタBを更新する。カウンタBが第2基準時間Nb以上継続して更新された場合に、非油振状態継続時間判定部36は、油振が発生していない状態が第2基準時間Nb以上継続していると判定する。 
診断部34の診断処理、および油振状態継続時間判定部35と非油振状態継続時間判定部36による判定処理の詳細については、後述する。 
表示内容生成部37は、診断部34による診断結果、および油振状態継続時間判定部35と非油振状態継続時間判定部36による判定結果に基づいて、表示部4に表示させる診断情報を生成する。表示内容生成部37は、油振レベルと診断情報との対応関係を示すテーブルデータD2を有する。図3は、テーブルデータD2の例を示した図である。図3のように、テーブルデータD2には、油振なし、第0レベル、第1レベル、および第2レベルのそれぞれの場合と、さらに第2レベルの油振が継続している場合と継続していない場合に対して、表示すべき診断情報が規定されている。表示内容生成部37は、テーブルデータD2に基づいて、油振の有無、油振レベル、油振状態の継続状況に対応する情報、および警告情報を表示部4に表示させる。 
図3の例では、油振が発生していない、または油振レベルが第0レベルのときには、油振が正常範囲内であることを示す「油振 正常範囲内」との診断情報が生成される。また、油振レベルが第1レベルのときには、「第1警告情報(油振小→対策処理時間:t1)」との診断情報が生成される。また、油振レベルが第2レベルであり、さらに第2レベルの油振が第1基準時間Na以上継続しているときには、「第2警告情報(油振大→対策処理時間:t2)」との診断情報が生成される。このように、表示内容生成部37において生成される診断情報には、2段階以上の警告情報が含まれる。また、第1警告情報および第2警告情報には、後述する油振レベルを下げるための対策処理に必要な数値情報である「対策処理時間」が含まれる。このように、油振の発生レベルや継続状況を診断し、そのレベルや継続状況に応じて警告情報を出力することにより、整備の必要性をより詳細に認識できる。これにより、油振への対策をより詳細に行うことができる。 
なお、「第1警告情報(油振小→対策処理時間:t1)」または「第2警告情報(油振大→対策処理時間:t2)」の診断情報が生成された後、油振が発生していない、または油振レベルが第0レベルであるという非油振状態が、第2基準時間Nb以上継続しているときは、油振状態が解消されたものと判定される。この場合、出力されていた「第1警告情報(油振小→対策処理時間:t1)」または「第2警告情報(油振大→対策処理時間:t2)」の診断情報が解除される。なお、診断情報が解除される代わりに、または診断情報が解除されるのに加えて、「警告解除情報」が表示されてもよい。詳細については後述する。 
表示部4には、液晶ディスプレイ等の表示装置が用いられる。表示部4は、コントロールバルブ装置1または輸送機器の製造工程において使用される検査装置の表示部であってもよい。また、表示部4は、輸送機器の運転席に設けられた計器板(instrument panel)の一部であってもよい。本実施形態では、表示内容生成部37と表示部4とで、診断情報を出力する出力部が構成される。ただし、出力部は、必ずしも診断情報を画面上に視覚的に表示するものでなくてもよい。出力部は、例えば、診断情報を音声、発光、振動、印刷等の手段で出力するものであってもよい。 
警告カウント部38は、表示内容生成部37において、警告情報が出力された回数をカウントする。後述のように、コントロールバルブ装置1の製造者、輸送機器の製造者、輸送機器のユーザ、またはメンテナンス作業者は、表示部4に警告情報が表示されると、油振を低減させるための対策処理を実行する。そして、診断処理部3は、対策処理後のコントロールバルブ装置1に対して、再び油振の発生状況を診断する。警告カウント部38は、このように、繰り返し実行される診断処理において、第1警告情報が出力された回数と、第2警告情報が出力された回数とを、それぞれカウントする。表示内容生成部37は、警告カウント部38において、同一の警告情報をカウントした回数が、予め設定された閾値を超えると、第1警告情報および前記第2警告情報とは異なる注意情報を、表示部4に出力する。 
<3.油振診断および対策処理の手順について>

 続いて、上述した診断処理部3を用いて、コントロールバルブ装置1における油振の発生状況および継続状況を診断し、診断結果に応じて対策処理を行うときの手順について、説明する。なお、以下の油振診断は、例えば、コントロールバルブ装置1の製造工程またはコントロールバルブ装置1を搭載した輸送機器の製造工程において、出荷前検査の1つとして実施される。ただし、出荷後の輸送機器の使用中に、輸送機器の内部において、同等の油振診断が適宜に実行されてもよい。また、以下の油振診断は、輸送機器のメンテナンス時に実施されてもよい。 
図4は、油振診断および対策処理の流れを示したフローチャートである。油振の発生状況および継続状況を診断するときには、まず、電磁弁駆動装置2から電磁弁12に駆動電流を供給することによって、電磁弁12を動作させる。そして、電磁弁12を動作させた状態で、センサ16が、第2油路132におけるオイルの圧力および温度を計測する。そして、得られた計測結果に基づいて、第2油路132における油振の発生状況および継続状況を診断する(ステップS1)。 
図5は、ステップS1の油振診断の詳細を示したフローチャートである。油振診断を行うときには、まず、診断処理部3が、センサ16から、オイルの圧力および温度の計測結果を取得する(ステップS11)。センサ16の計測結果は、診断処理部3内の振幅検出部31および周期検出部32に、それぞれ入力される。 
振幅検出部31は、入力された計測結果に基づいて、オイルの圧力変動の振幅ΔPを検出する(ステップS12)。上述の通り、振幅検出部31は、圧力値の微分値がゼロとなる時点間における圧力値の差分を振幅ΔPとしてもよいし、他の方法で振幅ΔPを算出してもよい。圧力変動の振幅ΔPが算出されると、診断部34は、得られた振幅ΔPが、第0振幅基準値ΔP0よりも大きいか否かを判定する(ステップS13)。そして、振幅ΔPが第0振幅基準値ΔP0以下である場合(ステップS13においてNoの場合)には、油振が発生していないと判断する。 
一方、振幅ΔPが第0振幅基準値ΔP0よりも大きい場合(ステップS13においてYesの場合)には、周期検出部32が、センサ16からの計測結果に基づいて、オイルの圧力変動の周期ΔTを検出する(ステップS14)。上述の通り、周期検出部32は、圧力値の微分値がゼロとなる時点の時間間隔を、圧力変動の周期ΔTとしてもよいし、他の方法で圧力変動の周期ΔTを算出してもよい。圧力変動の周期ΔTが算出されると、診断部34は、得られた周期ΔTが、第0周期基準値ΔT0よりも小さいか否かを判定する(ステップS15)。そして、周期ΔTが第0周期基準値ΔT0以上である場合(ステップS15においてNoの場合)には、油振が発生していないと判断する。 
一方、周期ΔTが第0周期基準値ΔT0よりも小さい場合(ステップS15においてYesの場合)には、油振が発生していると判断する。この場合、引き続き油振レベルを判定するために、基準値設定部33が、第1振幅基準値ΔP1と第2振幅基準値ΔP2とを設定する(ステップS16)。診断部34は、オイルの圧力変動の振幅ΔPを、第1振幅基準値ΔP1および第2振幅基準値ΔP2と比較することによって、その時点における油振レベルを、第0レベル、第1レベル、および第2レベルの3段階に判定する(ステップS17)。 
ステップS17では、圧力変動の振幅ΔPが第1振幅基準値ΔP1未満の場合には、油振レベルを「第0レベル」と判定する。また、圧力変動の振幅ΔPが、第1振幅基準値ΔP1以上かつ第1振幅基準値ΔP1よりも大きい第2振幅基準値ΔP2未満の場合には、油振レベルを「第1レベル」と判定する。また、圧力変動の振幅ΔPが、第2振幅基準値ΔP2以上の場合には、油振レベルを「第2レベル」と判定する。 
上述したステップS13またはステップS15において油振が発生していないと判断された場合、または、ステップS17において油振レベルが第0レベルと診断された場合には、表示内容生成部37は、テーブルデータD2を参照して、当該診断結果に対応する「油振 正常範囲内」の診断情報を生成する。そして、表示部4に当該診断情報を出力する。その結果、表示部4の画面に「油振 正常範囲内」との診断情報が表示される(ステップS18)。 
ここで、図5に示すとおり、表示内容生成部37により「油振 正常範囲内」の診断情報が生成される前に、既に生成されている警告情報の有無や内容が確認される(ステップS19)。既に警告情報が生成されている場合は、新たに「油振 正常範囲内」の診断情報が生成されるのではなく、特定の条件の下、既に表示されている警告情報の解除等がなされる。詳細については後述する。 
次に、上述したステップS17において油振レベルが第1レベルと診断された場合には、表示内容生成部37は、テーブルデータD2を参照して、当該診断結果に対応する「第1警告情報(油振小→対策処理時間:t1)」の診断情報を生成する。そして、表示部4に当該診断情報を出力する。その結果、表示部4の画面に「第1警告情報(油振小→対策処理時間:t1)」との診断情報が表示される(ステップS20)。 
一方、上述したステップS17において油振レベルが第2レベルと診断された場合には、油振状態継続時間判定部35においてカウンタAが更新される(ステップS21)。カウンタAは、第2レベルの油振状態が連続して診断された時のみ更新され、第2レベルの油振状態が診断されなくなると、リセットされる。これにより、第2レベルの油振状態が継続している時間が判定される。 
油振状態継続時間判定部35による、第2レベルの油振状態の継続時間の判定結果に基づいて、表示内容生成部37は、第2レベルの油振状態の継続時間naがあらかじめ設定された第1基準時間Na以上か否かを確認する(ステップS22)。第2レベルの油振状態の継続時間naが第1基準時間Na以上であると確認されると、表示内容生成部37は、「第2警告情報(油振大→対策処理時間:t2)」の判定情報を生成する。そして、表示部4に当該判定情報を出力する。その結果、表示部4の画面に「第2警告情報(油振大→対策処理時間:t2)」との判定情報が表示される(ステップS23)。 
なお、ステップS17において、第2レベルの油振が発生していると診断された場合においても、第2レベルの油振状態の継続時間が第1基準時間Naに満たない場合には、図5に示すとおり、例えば「第1警告情報(油振小→対策処理時間:t1)」の情報が表示される。なお、この場合「第1警告情報(油振小→対策処理時間:t1)」または上述の「第2警告情報(油振大→対策処理時間:t2)」とは異なる情報が表示されてもよい。 
図4に戻る。ステップS1の油振診断が終了すると、コントロールバルブ装置1の製造者、コントロールバルブ装置1が搭載される輸送機器の製造者、輸送機器のユーザ、またはメンテナンス作業者は、表示部4に表示された診断情報を確認する。そして、表示部4に第1警告情報または第2警告情報が表示されているか否かを判断する(ステップS2)。表示部4に、第1警告情報または第2警告情報ではなく、正常範囲内の旨が表示されている場合(ステップS2においてNoの場合)には、油振を低減させる必要がない。したがって、油振低減のための対策処理は行われない。 
表示部4に、第1警告情報または第2警告情報が表示された場合(ステップS2においてYesの場合)には、コントロールバルブ装置1の製造者、コントロールバルブ装置1が搭載される輸送機器の製造者、輸送機器のユーザ、またはメンテナンス作業者は、油振を低減させるための対策処理を実行する(ステップS3)。対策処理の具体例としては、例えば、第2油路内のオイルに含まれる気泡を除去するための空気抜き作業を行う、電磁弁12内のソレノイドの駆動時間を長くする、ソレノイドへの駆動電流の周波数を大きくする、電磁弁12を一旦停止させてオイルが静止するまで待つ、などの処理が挙げられる。 
コントロールバルブ装置1の製造者、コントロールバルブ装置1が搭載される輸送機器の製造者、輸送機器のユーザ、またはメンテナンス作業者は、表示部4に表示された警告情報を確認し、警告情報に応じた対策処理を行う。特に、この油振診断装置5では、上述のとおり油振の発生状況および継続状況に応じて警告情報が2段階に出力される。このため、コントロールバルブ装置1の製造者、コントロールバルブ装置1が搭載される輸送機器の製造者、輸送機器のユーザ、またはメンテナンス作業者は、警告情報により示される油振の程度に応じて、対策処理のレベルを選択することができる。 
また、本実施形態の油振診断装置5では、第1警告情報および第2警告情報とともに、油振レベルを下げる等のための対策処理に必要な数値情報である「対策処理時間」が表示される。このため、コントロールバルブ装置1の製造者、コントロールバルブ装置1が搭載される輸送機器の製造者、輸送機器のユーザ、またはメンテナンス作業者は、当該数値情報に従って、油振を低減させるための対策処理を容易に実行することができる。なお、警告情報とともに表示する数値情報は、「対策処理時間」に限らず、対策処理に関わる電圧値、周波数、圧力などの他の数値情報であってもよい。 
さらに、対策処理が完了すると、ステップS1に戻り、診断処理部3は再び油振診断を行う。すなわち、再びステップS11~S17の処理を実行する。その結果、ステップS13またはステップS15において油振が発生していないと判断された場合、または、ステップS17において油振レベルが第0レベルと判定された場合には、ステップS19に進む。この時点において、表示部4には、対策処理を行う前からの第1警告情報または第2警告情報が継続して表示されているため、ステップS19は「Yes」となる。その場合、ステップS24に進み、非油振状態継続時間判定部36においてカウンタBが更新される。カウンタBは非油振状態が継続して診断された時のみ更新され、非油振状態が診断されなくなると、リセットされる。これにより、非油振状態が継続している時間が判定される。 
非油振状態の継続時間の判定結果に基づいて、表示内容生成部37は、非油振状態の継続時間nbがあらかじめ設定された第2基準時間Nb以上か否かを確認する(ステップS25)。非油振状態の継続時間nbが第2基準時間Nb以上であると確認されると、表示内容生成部37は、警告解除情報を生成する。そして、対策処理を行う前から表示部4に表示されている第1警告情報または第2警告情報の出力が解除される(ステップS26)。 
なお、図6に示すとおり、非油振状態の継続時間が第2基準時間Nb以上であると確認された際、表示部4に表示されている第1警告情報または第2警告情報の出力を解除する代わりに、またはこれに加えて、表示部4に解除情報が表示されてもよい(ステップS26B)。これにより、対策処理作業の完了を容易に判別することができる。 
ここで、第2基準時間Nbは第1基準時間Na以上であることが望ましい。非油振状態の継続時間を判定する際に基準とする第2基準時間Nbを、油振状態の継続時間を判定する際に基準とする第1基準時間Naよりも長く設定することによって、より厳格なメンテナンス基準を設けることができる。 
上述のとおり、コントロールバルブ装置1の製造者、コントロールバルブ装置1が搭載される輸送機器の製造者、輸送機器のユーザ、またはメンテナンス作業者は、対策処理後の油振診断の結果として、表示部4に表示された情報を確認する。このように、本実施形態では、対策処理の前および対策処理の後の双方において、圧力センサによる圧力の計測から、油振状態の継続時間の判定、さらに出力部による診断結果の出力に至るまでの油振診
断を実行する。このようにすれば、対策処理の前および対策処理の後での油振発生状況および継続状況の変化を知ることができる。したがって、対策処理が有効であったかどうかを検証できる。 
なお、診断処理部3のメモリ302には、表示内容生成部37により生成された警告情報等が保存される。これにより、警告情報等が表示された直後ではなく、定期点検等の際に、メモリ302に保存された警告情報等を確認することで、定期点検時までの期間における油振の発生状況や継続状況を知ることができ、対策に役立てられる。 
また、図2に示すとおり、診断処理部3の警告カウント部38は、警告情報が出力された回数をカウントする。ここで、油振診断および対策処理については、上述のとおり図4に示す流れで行う代わりに、図7に示す流れで行ってもよい。図7に示す流れで行う際、表示部4に、第1警告情報または第2警告情報が表示された場合(ステップS2CにおいてYesの場合)には、診断処理部3内の警告カウント部38が、第1警告情報または第2警告情報が連続して出力された回数を示す警告カウント値Nをインクリメントする(ステップS3C)。そして、診断処理部3は、インクリメント後の警告カウント値Nが、予め設定された閾値N0以下であるかどうかを確認する(ステップS4C)。警告カウント値Nがあらかじめ設定された閾値N0を超える場合(ステップS4CにおいてNOの場合)には、表示内容生成部37は、第1警告情報または第2警告情報に加え、さらにこれらとは異なる注意情報を生成し、表示部4に表示する(ステップS6C)。これにより、輸送機器のユーザやメンテナンス作業者は、注意情報を確認し、通常の点検時に行う対策処理とは異なる方法を検討することができる。 
油振診断と対策処理とを繰り返しても、診断結果が改善しない場合、同一の警告情報が複数回表示される。そうすると、警告カウント値Nは、やがて閾値N0を超える。ステップS4Cにおいて、警告カウント値Nが閾値N0を超えると、表示内容生成部37は、第1警告情報および第2警告情報とは異なる注意情報を、表示部4へ出力する。これにより、表示部4に注意情報が表示される(ステップS6C)。注意情報は、対策処理を繰り返したにも拘わらず、油振が正常範囲内に収まらないことを示す。コントロールバルブ装置1の製造者、コントロールバルブ装置1が搭載される輸送機器の製造者、輸送機器のユーザ、またはメンテナンス作業者は、表示部4に注意情報が表示されると、油振の改善が困難であると判断して、対策処理を中止する。 
<4.変形例>

 以上、本発明の例示的な実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記の実施形態には限定されない。 
例えば、上記の実施形態では、診断部34は、第0レベル~第2レベルの3段階に油振レベルを判定していた。しかしながら、油振レベルの数は、2段階であってもよく、4段階以上であってもよい。図8に示すとおり、油振が発生していると判断した場合に、圧力変動の振幅ΔPと、第3振幅基準値ΔP3との大小関係に基づいて、2段階に油振レベルを診断してもよい。また、上記の実施形態では、表示内容生成部37は、第1警告情報および第2警告情報の2段階の警告情報を出力可能であった。しかしながら、表示内容生成部37は、油振レベルに応じて、3段階以上の警告情報を出力してもよい。 
また、図9に示すとおり、油振状態継続時間判定部35による第2レベルの油振状態の継続時間の判定や、非油振状態継続時間判定部36による非油振状態の継続時間の判定は省略してもよい。診断部34によって油振レベル第0レベル~第2レベルの3段階に判定した後、当該判定結果に基づき警告表示を行ってもよい。 
さらに、図10に示すとおり、油振状態継続時間判定部35による第2レベルの油振状態の継続時間の判定の結果、第2レベルの油振状態が第1基準時間Na以上継続している場合に、さらに第2レベルの油振状態が第1基準時間Naよりも長い第3基準時間Nc以上継続しているかを判定してもよい(ステップS27F)。第2レベルの油振状態が第1基準時間Naよりも長い第3基準時間Nc以上継続している場合は、さらに異なる警告情報を表示してもよい。これにより、対策処理の緊急性を容易に判別することができる。このように、油振レベルではなく、油振の継続時間によって異なる警告情報を表示することで、油振への対策をより詳細に行うことができる。 
また、上記の実施形態の油振診断では、まず、油振の有無の判定(ステップS12~S15)を行い、その後に、油振レベルの判定(ステップS16~S17)を行っていた。しかしながら、油振の有無の判定を省略し、油振レベルの判定のみを実行してもよい。すなわち、油振が発生していない状態も、油振レベルの1つとして判定するようにしてもよい。
本発明は、コントロールバルブ装置内の油路における油振の発生状況および継続状況を診断する油振診断装置および油振診断方法に利用できる。

Claims (22)

  1. コントロールバルブ装置内の油路における油振の発生状況を診断する油振診断装置であって、前記油路内のオイルの圧力を計測する圧力センサと、前記圧力センサの計測結果に基づいて、圧力変動の振幅を検出する振幅検出部と、前記圧力センサの計測結果に基づいて、圧力変動の周期を検出する周期検出部と、前記振幅および前記周期に基づいて、油振状態か非油振状態かを診断する診断部と、前記診断部の診断結果に基づいて、油振状態の継続時間を判定する油振状態継続時間判定部と、前記油振状態継続時間判定部の判定結果に基づいて、情報を出力する出力部と、を有し、前記診断部は、前記振幅が振幅基準値よりも大きくかつ前記周期が周期基準値未満の場合に、油振状態と診断し、前記油振状態継続時間判定部において、前記油振状態が第1基準時間以上継続した場合に、前記出力部は、警告情報を出力する油振診断装置。
  2. 請求項1に記載の油振診断装置であって、さらに前記診断部の診断結果に基づいて、非油振状態の継続時間を判定する非油振状態継続時間判定部を有し、 前記診断部は、さらに前記振幅が振幅基準値以下または前記周期が周期基準値以上の場合に、非油振状態と診断し、前記非油振状態継続時間判定部において、前記非油振状態が第2基準時間以上継続した場合に、前記出力部は、前記警告情報の出力を解除する油振診断装置。
  3. 請求項1に記載の油振診断装置であって、さらに前記診断部の診断結果に基づいて、非油振状態の継続時間を判定する非油振状態継続時間判定部を有し、 前記診断部は、さらに前記振幅が振幅基準値以下または前記周期が周期基準値以上の場合に、非油振状態と診断し、前記非油振状態継続時間判定部において、前記非油振状態が第2基準時間以上継続した場合に、前記出力部は、解除情報を出力する油振診断装置。
  4. 請求項2または請求項3に記載の油振診断装置であって、前記第2基準時間は前記第1基準時間以上である油振診断装置。
  5. 請求項1に記載の油振診断装置であって、前記診断部は、さらに前記振幅が第1振幅基準値以上かつ前記第1振幅基準値よりも大きい第2振幅基準値未満の場合に、油振発生レベルを第1レベルと診断し、前記振幅が前記第2振幅基準値以上の場合に、油振発生レベルを第2レベルと診断し、前記出力部は、前記診断部において第1レベルと診断されると、第1警告情報を出力し、前記診断部において第2レベルと診断され、かつ、前記油振状態継続時間判定部において、前記第2レベルの油振状態が第1基準時間以上継続した場合に、第2警告情報を出力する油振診断装置。
  6. 請求項5に記載の油振診断装置であって、前記第1警告情報および前記第2警告情報は、油振レベルを下げるための対策処理に必要な数値情報を含む油振診断装置。
  7. 請求項6に記載の油振診断装置であって、前記対策処理の前および前記対策処理の後において、前記圧力センサによる前記圧力の計測、前記振幅検出部による前記振幅の検出、前記周期検出部による前記周期の検出、前記診断部による油振の発生の有無および前記油振レベルの診断、油振状態継続時間判定部による油振状態の継続時間の判定、および前記出力部による情報の出力、を行う油振診断装置。
  8. 請求項7に記載の油振診断装置であって、前記出力部において、同一の警告情報が出力された回数をカウントするカウント部をさらに有し、前記出力部は、前記カウント部によるカウント値が、予め設定された閾値を超えると、前記第1警告情報および前記第2警告情報とは異なる注意情報を出力する油振診断装置。
  9. 請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載の油振診断装置であって、 前記診断部は、前記振幅が前記第1基準値未満の場合に、前記油振レベルを第0レベルと診断し、前記出力部は、前記診断部において第0レベルと判定されると、油振が正常範囲内であることを示す情報を出力する油振診断装置。
  10. 請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載の油振診断装置であって、 前記出力部は、前記警告情報を画面上に表示する表示部を含む油振診断装置。
  11. 請求項1から請求項10までのいずれか1項に記載の油振診断装置であって、さらに前記警告情報を保存するメモリを有する油振診断装置。
  12. コントロールバルブ装置内の油路における油振の発生状況を診断する油振診断方法であって、a)前記油路内のオイルの圧力を計測する工程と、b)前記工程a)により得られた計測結果に基づいて、圧力変動の振幅を検出する工程と、c)前記工程a)により得られた計測結果に基づいて、圧力変動の周期を検出する工程と、d)前記工程b)により得られた振幅と、前記工程c)により得られた周期とに基づいて、油振状態か非油振状態かを診断する工程と、e)前記工程d)の診断結果に基づいて、油振状態の継続時間を判定する工程と、f)前記工程e)の判定結果に基づいて、情報を出力する工程と、を有し、前記工程d)では、前記振幅が振幅基準値よりも大きくかつ前記周期が周期基準値未満の場合に、油振状態と診断し、前記工程e)において、前記油振状態が第1基準時間以上継続した場合に、前記工程f)において、警告情報を出力する油振診断方法。
  13. 請求項12に記載の油振診断方法であって、さらに前記工程d)と前記工程f)との間にg)前記工程d)の診断結果に基づいて、非油振状態の継続時間を判定する工程を有し、前記工程d)では、さらに前記振幅が振幅基準値以下または前記周期が周期基準値以上の場合に、非油振状態と診断し、前記工程g)において、前記非油振状態が第2基準時間以上継続した場合に、前記工程f)において、前記警告情報の出力を解除する油振診断方法。
  14. 請求項12に記載の油振診断方法であって、さらに前記工程d)と前記工程f)との間にg)前記工程d)の診断結果に基づいて、非油振状態の継続時間を判定する工程を有し、前記工程d)では、さらに前記振幅が振幅基準値以下または前記周期が周期基準値以上の場合に、非油振状態と診断し、前記工程g)において、前記非油振状態が第2基準時間以上継続した場合に、前記工程f)おいて、解除情報を出力する油振診断方法。
  15. 請求項13または請求項14に記載の油振診断方法であって、前記第2基準時間は前記第1基準時間以上である油振診断方法。
  16. 請求項12に記載の油振診断方法であって、前記工程d)では、さらに前記振幅が第1振幅基準値以上かつ前記第1振幅基準値よりも大きい第2振幅基準値未満の場合に、油振発生レベルを第1レベルと診断し、前記振幅が前記第2振幅基準値以上の場合に、油振発生レベルを第2レベルと診断し、前記工程f)では、前記工程d)において第1レベルと診断されると、第1警告情報を出力し、前記工程d)において第2レベルと診断され、かつ、前記工程e)において、前記第2レベルの油振状態が第1基準時間以上継続した場合に、第2警告情報を出力する油振診断方法。
  17. 請求項16に記載の油振診断方法であって、前記第1警告情報および前記第2警告情報は、油振レベルを下げるための対策処理に必要な数値情報を含む油振診断方法。
  18. 請求項17に記載の油振診断方法であって、前記対策処理の前および前記対策処理の後において、前記工程a)、前記工程b)、前記工程c)、前記工程d)、前記工程e)、および前記工程f)を行う油振診断方法。
  19. 請求項18に記載の油振診断方法であって、前記工程f)において、同一の警告情報が出力された回数をカウントし、そのカウント値が、予め設定された閾値を超えると、前記第1警告情報および前記第2警告情報とは異なる注意情報を出力する油振診断方法。
  20. 請求項16から請求項19までのいずれか1項に記載の油振診断方法であって、前記工程d)では、前記振幅が前記第1基準値未満の場合に、前記油振レベルを第0レベルと診断し、前記工程f)では、前記工程d)において第0レベルと判定されると、油振が正常範囲内であることを示す情報を出力する油振診断方法。
  21. 請求項12から請求項20までのいずれか1項に記載の油振診断方法であって、前記工程f)では、前記警告情報を、表示部の画面上に表示する油振診断方法。
  22. 請求項12から請求項21までのいずれか1項に記載の油振診断方法であって、さらに前記警告情報はメモリに保存される油振診断方法。
