- Weight exercise equipment is divided into upper body training equipment and lower body training equipment, these exercise equipment is provided with a weight body that can adjust the weight according to the user according to the user's upper body or lower body muscle movement by the weight body This is done.
- the lower body exercise machine is an exercise machine for strengthening the calf and thigh muscles of the user's lower body
- the upper body exercise machine is an exercise machine for strengthening the user's back muscles and shoulder muscles or the user's arm muscles.
- a Smith machine which consists of two support frames positioned corresponding to both sides and a barbell rod that is fitted between the two support frames and a disc-shaped weight that fits at the end of the barbell rod. The user inserts the disc weight as much as he can at the end of the barbell rod before exercising.
- the specific area of the muscle can be stimulated according to the angle of lifting the barbell.
- Existing Smith machine has a limitation in stimulating the muscle because it is fixed at a single angle.
- the conventional Smith machine does not have the function to adjust the level according to the floor condition of the location. Therefore, the barbell may not be horizontal, resulting in an exercise tilting phenomenon in which the force is further used to be deflected to the left or the right side based on the weight of the user during the exercise. In this case, an error may occur in which either the left or the right side of the muscle is greatly developed, and there may be a problem that may lead to diseases such as scoliosis.
- the conventional Smith machine should be equally spaced between the left and the right with respect to the center of the bar when the barbell is held, but the display function is worn out due to long-term use, so it appears faint and cannot be held at the correct interval.
- the left and right gaps may not be equally spaced from the center of the barbell, thereby causing an error in which the muscle is greatly developed in either the left or the right side, and may cause diseases such as scoliosis. There is this.
- the conventional Smith machine can also use a bench placed in the center of the interior, there is no display function that can display the position of the bench could not be located in the center of the Smith machine. Therefore, even when lifting the barbell without exercising the bench in the center, the same problem may occur as when the barbell is not equally spaced left and right.
- An object of the present invention is to provide an angle-controlled and swingable Smith machine that can swing the frame guides the lifting and lowering of the barbell rod to vary the movement effect according to the swing angle.

- a screw motor and a screw bar connected to the frame portion and the lower end of the swing portion for adjusting the angle of the swing portion: and a barbell portion coupled to the guide portion to be lifted and lowered; It features.
- the present invention it is possible to selectively set a variety of angles corresponding to a desired muscle part among two methods of manual or electric automatic, and to raise or lower the barbell stably according to the set trajectory, and set angle or free.
- Each adjustment has the advantage of being able to achieve the same effect as a natural exercise with a regular barbell.
- the present invention it is possible to adjust the horizontal according to the condition of the bottom surface where the Smith machine is located, it is possible to position the barbell horizontally with the bottom surface has the advantage that can be precisely symmetrical movement without the phenomenon.
- a display function and a fixing device that can position the bench in the center of the Smith machine, when the chest movement, such as the bench press, there is an effect that can be precisely left and right symmetrical movement without tilting phenomenon.
