Description

紧固装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种紧固装置,且特别涉及一种可以通过转动收放系紧线体的紧固装置。
背景技术
在日常生活中,常使用绳子及系带等线体来收束物品,最常见的收束手段是利用线体来回穿梭于物品上的孔洞,再以绳结固定,例如绑绳鞋类等。但是此种收束手段容易因为外力因素而导致绳结松脱,不仅必须重绑绳结,也因为无法稳固的收束物品而带来许多的不便。
为了解决此类的问题,有业者发展出简易束线机构,其包含壳体,掣动单元及弹簧,壳体上具有穿孔供线体通过,其通过弹簧与掣动单元之间的作用力使线体被夹在掣动单元及壳体之间而达到紧固效果,按压弹簧改变掣动单元位置即可拉动改变线体长度。但,此种束线机构是通过弹簧的复位力来提供紧固力,仍然容易因为振动或外力因素而使线体松脱,且此种束线机构并无空间容纳线体,因此线体外露也容易造成危险。
是以又有业者发展出另一种可旋转收束并固定系带的扣具,其线体可容置在扣具内部,且通过内部构件的机械力干涉使得线体长度可以被调整,同时调整收束的紧度。然而,此种扣具的结构复杂,使得制造成本提升,同时具有组装及维修困难的问题。
有鉴于此,如何有效减化扣具结构、降低生产成本及维持扣具紧固能力,遂成相关业者努力的目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种紧固装置,其通过旋钮上的螺旋轨道与掣动 单元的导引部配合,可以使旋钮旋转带动掣动单元作动,进而改变掣动单元与线轴的耦合状态,而达到紧固或松绑的作用,并且达到简化结构的目的。
依据本发明的一实施方式提供一种紧固装置,其包含主体及锁固件,主体由底座、线轴、旋钮以及掣动单元组成,且锁固件设置于主体使底座、线轴、旋钮以及掣动单元限位连接,其中线轴设置于底座且供线体卷绕,旋钮盖设置于底座且包含螺旋轨道,掣动单元耦合于线轴且包含导引部耦合于螺旋轨道,转动旋钮使导引部于螺旋轨道间限位移动,以使掣动单元具有相对旋钮的第一位置及第二位置,掣动单元在第一位置时限制线轴往松脱方向转动,掣动单元在第二位置时允许线轴往松脱方向转动。
借此,掣动单元的导引部耦合于螺旋轨道,并受螺旋轨道带动而使掣动单元位置改变,使其可以在紧固线体状态及松绑线体状态间切换,且若再加上紧固装置的主体仅由底座、线轴、旋钮以及掣动单元组成,还可以有效简化紧固装置的结构,进而降低制造难度及成本。
依据前述的紧固装置,其中掣动单元还可包含棘臂,底座或线轴可包含环齿,掣动单元在第一位置时,棘臂与环齿在松脱方向上啮合以限制线轴转动,而棘臂与环齿在相反于松脱方向的系紧方向不断松脱。掣动单元可还包含第一保持部及第二保持部,掣动单元为环状结构且具有径向,第一保持部及第二保持部具有沿径向的复位能力,而第一保持部及第二保持部沿径向的抵抗变位能力可小于棘臂沿径向的抵抗变位能力。另外,旋钮还可包含两个卡合部,两个卡合部在第一位置时分别抵顶第一保持部及第二保持部。
依据本发明的另一实施方式提供一种紧固装置,其包含底座、线轴、旋钮及掣动单元,线轴设置于底座且供线体卷绕,旋钮盖设置于底座且包含螺旋轨道,掣动单元耦合于线轴且包含导引部及第一保持部,导引部耦合于螺旋轨道,第一保持部耦合于旋钮或底座;其中转动旋钮使导引部于螺旋轨道间限位移动,以使掣动单元具有相对旋钮的第一位置及第二位置,第一保持部与旋钮或底座耦合以使掣动单元维持在第一位置或第二位置,且掣动单元 在第二位置时允许线轴往松脱方向转动,掣动单元在第一位置时限制线轴往松脱方向转动。
依据前述的紧固装置,其中掣动单元还可包含棘臂,底座或线轴可包含环齿,掣动单元在第一位置时,棘臂与环齿在松脱方向上啮合以限制线轴转动,而棘臂与环齿在相反于松脱方向的系紧方向不断松脱。又或者掣动单元可还包含第二保持部,掣动单元为环状结构且具有径向,第一保持部及第二保持部具有沿径向的复位能力,而第一保持部及第二保持部沿径向的抵抗变位能力可小于棘臂沿径向的抵抗变位能力。另外,旋钮还可包含两个卡合部,两个卡合部在第一位置时分别抵顶第一保持部及第二保持部,掣动单元还可包含多个卡合齿,线轴包含多个咬合齿,多个咬合齿与多个卡合齿在第一位置时耦合。
依据前述的紧固装置,其中底座可包含环齿,掣动单元可还包含升降件及卡掣件,升降件包含导引部及卡合齿,卡掣件耦合升降件且包含第一保持部及多个棘臂,掣动单元在第一位置时,棘臂与环齿在松脱方向上啮合以限制线轴转动,而棘臂与环齿在相反于松脱方向的系紧方向不断松脱,且第一保持部与旋钮耦合以使掣动单元维持在第一位置。掣动单元位在第二位置时,多个卡合齿与多个咬合齿分离。

借此,掣动单元400的导引部430耦合于螺旋轨道530,并受螺旋轨道530带动而使掣动单元400位置改变,使其可以紧固或松绑线体。后面将更详细的说明本实施例的结构及作动方式。
底座200为壳状结构,其包含容置空间210、环齿230、两个线孔220及贯通孔240(见图2B)。环齿230面向容置空间210,两个线孔220及贯通孔240皆与容置空间210相连通,且两个线孔220是用来供线体的两端穿入与线轴300连接。
线轴300呈圆盘结构,其包含环槽320及多个咬合齿310,线轴300放置于容置空间210内,环槽320是供线体卷绕,而咬合齿310用来与掣动单元400耦合。
掣动单元400为环状结构且具有径向(未绘示),掣动单元400包含第一保持部410、第二保持部420、三个导引部430、四个止挡部441、442、443、444、连通孔450、多个卡合齿460及三个棘臂470。导引部430为斜齿结构且与螺旋轨道530耦合,棘臂470则可用来与环齿230啮合,卡合齿460设置于连通孔450邻近底座200的孔壁,而四个止挡部441、442、443、444是由连通孔450的邻近旋钮500的孔壁往掣动单元400的中心沿径向突出成形,且止挡部441、443的位置相对应,止挡部442、444的位置相对应。
第一保持部410及第二保持部420可沿径向位移变位且具有复位能力,更详细的说,第一保持部410具有第一自由端411,第二保持部420具有第二自由端421,第一自由端411及第二自由端421受外力压迫大于其可承受 的力量大小时,会产生沿径向的移动变位,而当外力解除时第一自由端411及第二自由端421随即复位。

上述的底座200、线轴300、旋钮500及掣动单元400为紧固装置100的主体(未标示),而紧固装置100除了主体外还包含锁固件(未标示)设置于主体,使底座200、线轴300、旋钮500及掣动单元400限位连接。在本实施例中,锁固件包含连接柱600及螺丝(未绘示),连接柱600穿过贯通孔240、线轴300及连通孔450而崁合于凸柱510,再以螺丝锁入连接柱600以完成紧固装置100的组装。在其他实施例中,也可以是由主体的底座200向旋钮500凸出一突柱(未绘示),突柱穿过线轴300、旋钮500及掣动单元400,而紧固件是螺丝结构,自旋钮500锁入突柱内以将各元件限位连接。

如图3A所示,由于导引部430(见图2B)可以在螺旋轨道530内限位移动,也就是说,当旋钮500相对掣动单元400旋转时,导引部430会沿着螺旋轨道530移动,因此掣动单元400会相对于旋钮500上升或下降。如图3A所示,掣动单元400位于第一位置,此时棘臂470(见图2B)与环齿230(见图2A)对应,且卡合齿460(见图2A)咬合咬合齿310(见图2A)。而由于棘臂470(见图2A)的结构关系,会在系紧方向A2(见图2A)上不断的与环齿230松脱并于松脱方向A1(见图2A)上与环齿230啮合,因此朝系紧方向A2转动旋钮500 可带动掣动单元400连动线轴300,以带动线体卷绕收回,且当旋钮500停止转动时,棘臂470与环齿230啮合而限制线轴300往松脱方向A1转动,以达紧固作用。
如图3B所示,当旋钮500带动导引部430移动使掣动单元400位于第二位置时,棘臂470脱离环齿230,由于此时棘臂470并无与环齿230啮合,故不会限制线轴300往松脱方向A1转动,是以可以直接拉动线体而达放线效果。在本实施例中,掣动单元400在第二位置时卡合齿460脱离咬合齿310而使掣动单元400与线轴300不耦合,但在其实施例中,卡合齿460与咬合齿310也可以不脱离,仅有棘臂470与环齿230脱离即可,又环齿230可以改为设置于线轴300,不以此为限。
请参阅图4A及图4B,其中图4A绘示依照图1的紧固装置100沿割面线4-4的一剖视示意图,图4B绘示依照图1的紧固装置100沿割面线4-4的另一剖视示意图。
如图4A所示,此时掣动单元400位于第一位置,卡合部521与第一保持部410及止挡部441相互顶抵,卡合部522与第二保持部420及止挡部443相互顶抵,因此使得旋钮500(见图2A)与掣动单元400卡合,所以当掣动单元400往系紧方向A2转动时,卡合部521施加压力于止挡部441,卡合部522施加压力于止挡部443,而可以带动掣动单元400旋转。反之,当旋钮500停止转动时,由于第一保持部410及第二保持部420的结构配置,而可以抵顶卡合部521、卡合部522以使旋钮500与掣动单元400的相对位置关系固定,因此可以避免旋钮500与掣动单元400的位置因外力(指使用时环境中的震动外力,而非使用者的施力)因素随意移动而使得线体松脱。
当旋钮500往松脱方向A1转动时,由于棘臂470与环齿230啮合,因此掣动单元400无法转动,所以卡合部521受力后不断压迫第一保持部410的第一自由端411、卡合部522受力后不断压迫第二保持部420第二自由端421,使得第一自由端411及第二自由端421因承受不住压力而往径向移动变 位,如图4B所示,此时旋钮500可相对掣动单元400转动,而使得卡合部521改与止挡部444抵顶、卡合部522改与止挡部442抵顶,第一自由端411及第二自由端421因外力消失而回复原位。因此,当旋钮500相对掣动单元400转动时,导引部430于螺旋轨道530间移动,带动掣动单元400由第一位置切换为第二位置。
另外,如将旋钮500再朝系紧方向A2转动时,此时卡合部521会先碰触第一自由端411并施力于第一自由端411上,卡合部522会先碰触第二自由端421并施力于第二自由端421,由于此时的掣动单元400已下降至第一位置与第二位置之间,故棘臂470已与环齿230对应,是以棘臂470与环齿230之间可在系紧方向A2上相互脱离,但仍需使棘臂470先沿径向移动变位才行。
在此需要特别说明的是,第一保持部410与第二保持部420沿径向的抵抗变位能力需小于棘臂470沿径向的抵抗变位能力,而使得第一自由端411及第二自由端421先承受不住压力往径向移动变位,因此卡合部521、522可以回到如图4A所示的位置,使掣动单元400由第二位罝切换为第一位置。
在其他实施例中,第一保持部410及第二保持部420的结构也可以是其他形式,且保持部除了耦合于旋钮外,也可以耦合于底座,只要其具有一定能力而可以在相当的外力下维持掣动单元与旋钮相对位置使其无法随意上升或下降即可,保持部及卡合部的数量也不以上述公开为限。
请参阅图5、图6A及图6B,其中图5绘示依照本发明另一实施方式的一种紧固装置110的立体示意图,图6A绘示依照图5的紧固装置110的一视角分解示意图,图6B绘示依照图5的紧固装置110的另一视角分解示意图。紧固装置110包含底座200a、线轴300a、掣动单元400a及旋钮500a,后面将详细的说明本实施例的结构及作动方式。
在本实施例中,底座200a分为上底座部250a与下底座部260a,上底座部250a包含贯穿孔270a及环齿230a,环齿230a设置于贯穿孔270a邻近旋 钮500a的孔壁上,下底座部260a包含容置空间210a(见图6B)、两个线孔220a及贯通孔240a,两个线孔220a与容置空间210相连通且用来供线体(未绘示)的两端穿入与线轴300a连接,而当上底座部250a与下底座部260a对应组装时,贯通孔240a则与贯穿孔270a相连通。
线轴300a的结构与图2A所示的实施例相同,包含环槽320a及多个咬合齿310a,咬合齿310a与掣动单元400a耦合,而线轴300a放置于容置空间210a内。
掣动单元400a包含升降件490a及卡掣件480a,升降件490a包含导引部430a及卡合齿460a,卡合齿460a设置于导引部430a的一端,卡掣件480a为环状结构且具有径向(未绘示)且耦合升降件490a,卡掣件480a包含第一保持部410a(见图6B)、第二保持部420a、四个棘臂470a及连通孔450a,第一保持部410a包含第一凸块411a(见图6B),第二保持部420a包含第二凸块421a。升降件490a嵌合连通孔450a,并且借由导引部430a与旋钮500a耦合。
旋钮500a包含凸柱510a、两个卡合部521a、522a(见图8A)、两个抵顶部541a、542a(见图8A)及螺旋轨道530a。两个卡合部521a、522a及两个抵顶部541a、542a是间隔设置于旋钮500a的内周壁(未标示),凸柱510a朝向底座200a,螺旋轨道530a设置于凸柱510a上,而凸柱510a在组装时耦合导引部430a内,使导引部430a沿螺旋轨道530a带动升降件490a相对旋钮500a上升或下降。
在组装时,先将线轴300a设置于容置空间210a,再使上底座部250a盖设置于下底座部260a,接着放置掣动单元400a于贯穿孔270a,以使卡合齿460a与咬合齿310a咬合及让棘臂470a与环齿230a咬合,之后将旋钮500a的凸柱510a对应转入导引部430a,使导引部430a与螺旋轨道530a耦合,最后通过锁固件限位连接各元件,锁固件包含连接柱600a及螺丝(未标示),连接柱600a穿过贯通孔240a、掣动单元400a并卡于凸柱510a内再锁上螺丝以完成组装。
请参阅图7A及图7B,并请一并参阅图6A及图6B,其中图7A绘示依照图5的紧固装置110沿割面线7-7的一剖视示意图,图7B绘示依照图5的紧固装置110沿割面线7-7的另一剖视示意图。
如图7A所示,由于导引部430a(见图6B)可以在螺旋轨道530a(见图6B)内限位移动,也就是说,当旋钮500a相对掣动单元400a旋转时,导引部430a会沿着螺旋轨道530a移动,因此掣动单元400a会相对于旋钮500a上升或下降而使得掣动单元400a具有第一位置及第二位置。
如图7A所示,掣动单元400a位于第一位置,此时卡合齿460a(见图6A)咬合咬合齿310a(见图6A)。而棘臂470a(见图6B)与环齿230(见图6B)a对应,且由于棘臂470a的结构关系,会在系紧方向A2(见图6B)上不断的与环齿230a松脱并在松脱方向A1(见图6B)上与环齿230a啮合,因此朝系紧方向A2转动旋钮500a可带动掣动单元400a连动线轴300a,以带动线体卷绕收回,且当旋钮500停止转动时,棘臂470与环齿230啮合使得升降件490a无法往往松脱方向A1转动,因而一并限制线轴300往松脱方向A1转动,以达紧固作用。
如图7B所示,当旋钮500a带动导引部430a移动使掣动单元400a位于第二位置时,卡合齿460a脱离咬合齿310a,此时的线轴300a不受任何拘束而可以在容置空间210内于任意一方向自由转动,是以可以直接拉动线体而达放线效果。
请参阅图8A及图8B,其中图8A绘示依照图5的紧固装置110沿割面线8-8的一剖视示意图,图8B绘示依照图5的紧固装置110沿割面线8-8的另一剖视示意图。
如图8A所示,当旋钮500a往系紧方向A2转动时,卡合部521a与第一保持部410a相互顶抵且抵顶部541a扺顶于第一凸块411a的一端413a,卡合部522a与第二保持部420a相互顶抵且抵顶部542a扺顶于第二凸块421a的一端423a,因此使得旋钮500a与掣动单元400a卡合,更正确的说是与升降 件490a卡合,故转动旋钮500a时可推动掣动单元400a带动线轴300a往系紧方向A2转动以进行收线。
反之,当旋钮500a停止转动时,由于第一保持部410a及第二保持部420a的结构配置,而可以分别抵顶卡合部521a、522a、抵顶部541a及抵顶部542a以使旋钮500a与掣动单元400a的相对位置关系固定。此种结构在一定程度上可避免紧固装置110因外力而导致旋钮500a带动掣动单元400a位移,而使得掣动单元400a切换到第二位置以使线体松脱。
当旋钮500a往松脱方向A1转动时,由于棘臂470a与环齿230a啮合,因此掣动单元400a无法转动,所以抵顶部541a受力后不断压迫第一保持部410a的第一凸块411a、抵顶部542a受力后不断压迫第二保持部420a的第二凸块421a,使得第一保持部410a及第二保持部420a因承受不住压力而往径向移动,如图8B所示,使第一凸块411a及第二凸块421a脱离抵顶,并让旋钮500a可相对掣动单元400a往松脱方向A1转动,以使掣动单元400a的升降件490a沿螺旋轨道530a上升,最终让卡合齿460a与咬合齿310a分离,使线轴300a不受掣动单元400a影响,此时掣动单元400a位于第二位置。
另外,如将旋钮500a再朝系紧方向A2转动时,此时抵顶部541a会先碰触第一凸块411a的另一端412a并施力于第一凸块411a上,抵顶部542a会先碰触第二凸块421a的另一端422a并施力于第二凸块421a上,由于第一保持部410a及第二保持部420a沿径向的抵抗变位能力小于棘臂470a沿径向的抵抗变位能力,故第一保持部410a沿径向内凹而使得抵顶部541a越过第一凸块411a而改与第一凸块411a的一端413a抵顶,第二保持部420a沿径向内凹而使得抵顶部542a越过第二凸块421a而改与第二凸块421a的一端423a抵顶,同时第一保持部410a及第二保持部420a复位,回复到如图8A所示的状态。
请参阅图9、图10A及图10B,其中图9绘示依照本发明又一实施方式的一种紧固装置120的立体示意图,图10A绘示依照图9的紧固装置120的 一视角分解示意图,图10B绘示依照图9的紧固装置120的另一视角分解示意图。紧固装置120包含主体700c及锁固件(未标示),主体700c由底座200b、线轴300b、旋钮500b以及掣动单元400b组成,且锁固件设置于主体700c使底座200b、线轴300b、旋钮500b以及掣动单元400b限位连接,而紧固装置120的结构及作动方式和图1至图2B所描述的实施例类似。
底座200b包含环齿230b,线轴300b设置于底座200b且包含咬合齿310b,掣动单元400b为环状结构且具有径向(未绘示),掣动单元400b包含第一保持部410b、第二保持部420b、第三保持部430b、导引部432b、三个止挡部441b、442b、443b、连通孔450b、多个卡合齿460b及三个棘臂470b。导引部432b与旋钮500b耦合,棘臂470b则可用来与环齿230b啮合,卡合齿460b设置于连通孔450b邻近底座200b的孔壁,而三个止挡部441b、442b、443b则是形成于掣动单元400a邻近旋钮500的外壁。
第一保持部410b、第二保持部420b及第三保持部430b可沿径向位移变位且具有复位能力,更详细的说,第一保持部410b具有第一自由端411b,第二保持部420b具有第二自由端421b,第三保持部430b具有第三自由端431b,第一自由端411b、第二自由端421b及第三自由端431b受外力压迫大于其可承受的力量大小时,会产生沿径向的移动变位,而当外力解除时第一自由端411、第二自由端421及第三自由端431b随即复位。
旋钮500b包含凸柱510b、三个卡合部521b、522b、523b(见图11A)及螺旋轨道530b,螺旋轨道530b设置于凸柱510b,在掣动单元400b位于第一位置时,卡合部521b与第一保持部410b相互抵顶,卡合部522b与第二保持部420b相互抵顶,卡合部523b与第三保持部430b相互抵顶。
锁固件在本实施例中,包含连接柱600b及螺丝(未绘示),其锁固方式和图2A所述的实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
请参阅图11A及图11B,并请一并参阅图10A及图10B,其中图11A绘示依照图9的紧固装置120沿割面线11-11的一剖视示意图,图11B绘示依 照图9的紧固装置120沿割面线11-11的另一剖视示意图。
由于导引部432b(见图10B)可以在螺旋轨道530b内限位移动,故导引部432b会沿着螺旋轨道530b移动,是以掣动单元400b会相对于旋钮500b上升或下降。如图11A所示,掣动单元400b位于第一位置,棘臂470b(见图10A)与环齿230b(见图10A)选择性的咬合,而可以阻止线轴300b往松脱方向A1(见图10A)转动。
而如图11B所示,当旋钮500b带动导引部432b移动使掣动单元400b位于第二位置时,棘臂470b脱离环齿230b,由于此时棘臂470b并未与环齿230b啮合,故不会限制线轴300b往松脱方向A1转动,是以可以直接拉动线体而达放线效果。
请参阅图12A及图12B,其中图12A绘示依照图9的紧固装置120沿割面线12-12的一剖视示意图,图12B绘示依照图9的紧固装置120沿割面线12-12的另一剖视示意图。
如图12A所示,此时掣动单元400b位于第一位置,卡合部521b与第一保持部410b及止挡部441b相互顶抵,卡合部522b与第二保持部420b及止挡部442b相互顶抵,卡合部523b与第三保持部430b及止挡部443b相互顶抵,因此使得旋钮500b与掣动单元400b卡合,所以当掣动单元400b往系紧方向A2转动时,卡合部521b施加压力于止挡部441b,卡合部522b施加压力于止挡部442b,卡合部523b施加压力于止挡部443b而可以带动掣动单元400b旋转。反之,当旋钮500b停止转动时,由于第一保持部410b、第二保持部420b及第三保持部430b的结构配置,而可以抵顶卡合部521b、522b、523b以使旋钮500b与掣动单元400b的相对位置关系固定。
当旋钮500b往松脱方向A1转动时,由于棘臂470b与环齿230b啮合,因此掣动单元400b无法转动,所以卡合部521b受力后不断压迫第一保持部410b的第一自由端411b、卡合部522b受力后不断压迫第二保持部420b的第二自由端421b,卡合部523b受力后不断压迫第三保持部430b的第三自由端 431b,使得第一自由端411b、第二自由端421b及第三自由端431b因承受不住压力而往径向移动变位,如图4B所示,此时旋钮500可相对掣动单元400转动。
另外,如将旋钮500b再朝系紧方向A2转动时,此时卡合部521b会先碰触第一自由端411b并施力于第一自由端411b上,卡合部522b会先碰触第二自由端421b并施力于第二自由端421b,卡合部523b会先碰触第三自由端431b并施力于第三自由端431b,使第一自由端411b、第二自由端421b及第三自由端431b径向移动变位,再回至图12A的状态。
由上述的实施方式可知,本发明具有下列优点。
一、通过导引部及螺旋轨道的设置与耦合,可以使掣动单元随着旋钮的转动而改变位置,进而切换系紧或松绑状态。
二、通过第一保持部的设置,可以使掣动单元在第一位置或第二位置时时维持其与旋钮之间的相对位置关系,避免因环境外力而造成线体松脱。
三、通过第一保持部及第二保持部沿径向的抵抗变位能力小于棘臂沿径向的抵抗变位能力,而可以让第一保持部与第二保持部一方面可以维持掣动单元与旋钮间的相对位置关系,另一方面可以被屈伏而使得掣动单元可以沿螺旋轨道由第一位置切换为第二位置。
四、由于紧固装置的主体仅由底座、线轴、旋钮以及掣动单元组成,因此结构简单,能达到制造成本减少及制造难度降低的目的。
虽然本发明已经以实施方式公开如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种变动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视权利要求所界定的为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种紧固装置,其特征在于,所述紧固装置包含主体及锁固件,所述主体由底座、线轴、旋钮以及掣动单元组成,且所述锁固件设置于所述主体使所述底座、所述线轴、所述旋钮以及所述掣动单元限位连接,其中:
    所述线轴设置于所述底座,且所述线轴供线体卷绕;
    所述旋钮盖设置于所述底座,且所述旋钮包含螺旋轨道;
    所述掣动单元耦合于所述线轴,且所述掣动单元包含导引部耦合于所述螺旋轨道;
    转动所述旋钮使所述导引部在所述螺旋轨道间限位移动,以使所述掣动单元具有相对所述旋钮的第一位置及第二位置,所述掣动单元在所述第一位置时限制所述线轴往松脱方向转动,所述掣动单元在所述第二位置时允许所述线轴往所述松脱方向转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述掣动单元还包含棘臂,所述底座或所述线轴包含环齿,所述掣动单元在所述第一位置时,所述棘臂与所述环齿在所述松脱方向上啮合以限制所述线轴转动,而所述棘臂与所述环齿在相反于所述松脱方向的系紧方向不断松脱。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述掣动单元还包含第一保持部及第二保持部,所述掣动单元为环状结构且具有径向,所述第一保持部及所述第二保持部具有沿所述径向的复位能力。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述第一保持部及所述第二保持部沿所述径向的抵抗变位能力小于所述棘臂沿所述径向的抵抗变位能力。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述旋钮还包含两个卡合部,所述两个卡合部在所述第一位置时分别抵顶所述第一保持部及所述第二保持部。
  6. 一种紧固装置,其特征在于,所述紧固装置包含:
    底座;
    线轴,其设置于所述底座,且所述线轴供线体卷绕;
    旋钮,其盖设置于所述底座,所述旋钮包含:
    螺旋轨道;以及
    掣动单元,其耦合于所述线轴,且所述掣动单元包含:
    导引部,其耦合于所述螺旋轨道;及
    第一保持部,其耦合于所述旋钮或所述底座;
    其中转动所述旋钮使所述导引部在所述螺旋轨道间限位移动,以使所述掣动单元具有相对所述旋钮的第一位置及第二位置,所述第一保持部与所述旋钮或所述底座耦合以使所述掣动单元维持在所述第一位置或所述第二位置,且所述掣动单元在所述第二位置时允许所述线轴往松脱方向转动,所述掣动单元在所述第一位置时限制所述线轴往所述松脱方向转动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述掣动单元还包含棘臂,所述底座或所述线轴包含环齿,所述掣动单元在所述第一位置时,所述棘臂与所述环齿在所述松脱方向上啮合以限制所述线轴转动,而所述棘臂与所述环齿在相反于所述松脱方向的系紧方向不断松脱。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述掣动单元还包含第二保持部,所述掣动单元为环状结构且具有径向,所述第一保持部及所述第二保持部具有沿所述径向的复位能力。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述第一保持部及所述第二保持部沿所述径向的抵抗变位能力小于所述棘臂沿所述径向的抵抗变位能力。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述旋钮还包含两个卡合部,所述两个卡合部在所述第一位置时分别抵顶所述第一保持部及所述第二保持部。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述掣动单元还包含多个卡合齿,所述线轴包含多个咬合齿,所述多个咬合齿与所述多个卡合齿在所述第一位置时耦合。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述底座包含环齿,所述掣动单元还包含:
    升降件,其包含所述导引部及所述多个卡合齿;以及
    卡掣件,其耦合所述升降件,且所述卡掣件包含所述第一保持部及多个棘臂;
    其中所述掣动单元在所述第一位置时,所述多个棘臂与所述环齿在所述松脱方向上啮合以限制所述线轴转动,而所述多个棘臂与所述环齿在相反于所述松脱方向的系紧方向不断松脱,且所述第一保持部与所述旋钮耦合以使所述掣动单元维持在所述第一位置。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的紧固装置,其特征在于,所述掣动单元位于所述第二位置时,所述多个卡合齿与所述多个咬合齿分离。
