Abstract

본 발명은 수용성 고분자를 포함하고, 물에서 서로 상이한 용해 속도를 갖는 2 이상의 시트를 포함하며, 상기 시트는 각각 i) 세탁용 세제 성분, ii) 세탁용 유연 성분, iii) 향료 또는 iv) 이들 중 2 이상을 포함하는 세탁 제품을 제공한다. 본 발명은 2 이상의 시트가 서로 다른 용해 속도를 가져 시트에 함유된 세탁용 성분의 방출시간을 조절할 수 있으므로, 더욱 우수한 세탁 효과를 가져온다.

세탁용 시트
본 출원은 2015년 12월 22일 출원된 대한민국출원 제10-2015-0184004호, 및 2016년 7월 29일 출원된 대한민국출원 제10-2016-0097074호에 기초한 우선권을 주장하며, 해당 출원의 명세서 및 도면에 개시된 모든 내용은 본 출원에 원용된다.
본 발명은 세탁용 시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 특히, 세탁용 시트에 포함된 성분들의 효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 세탁용 시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
현재 고분자 필름은 정밀화학, 전자재료 등의 산업분야뿐만 아니라, 의약품, 화장품 등의 퍼스널 케어 제품 및 생활용품 등의 가정용품에도 널리 이용되고 있다. 의약 또는 화장품에 고분자 필름을 사용하는 경우의 예로는, 기재 위에 수불용성 고분자 필름과 함께 약제를 적층한, 습포제 시트 또는 점착성 피부 부착 시트 등이 있으며, 이때, 고분자 필름은 매트릭스(Matrix)를 형성하여 서방형 특성을 나타낸다. 또한, 생활용품에서 고분자 필름은 통상 특정물질 및 유효성분을 분획 포장하여 사용상의 편의를 도모하도록 하는 포장재로서 널리 사용되고 있다. 예컨대, 분말상의 세제 및 액상의 세제와 같은 세제 조성물을 분획 포장하는 재질로 고분자 필름이 사용되고 있다. 한국 공개특허 제10-1999-0030414호에서는, 분말세제의 비산현상방지와 적정사용량을 유도하여 수질을 보호하기 위해, 수용해성이 뛰어난 폴리비닐알코올 필름, 젤라틴 필름, 전분 필름, 셀룰로오스 필름을 표준사용량 봉지백으로 사용하고 있다. 미국특허 제4,605,509호, 일본 공개특허 소58-135794호, 및 한국 공개특허 제10-2004-0676668호에는 액체 세제 및 섬유유연제를 수용성 필름으로 포장하는 기술이 개시되어 있다.
그러나 수용성 고분자 필름들을 이용하여 분획 포장하는 경우, 분획 포장한 제품의 보관 또는 운반 시 밀봉이 터져 내용물이 누출되는 현상이 발생하고, 필름의 표면으로 유효성분들이 스며 나오는 등 제품의 보관 안정성이 매우 저하되었다. 또한, 포장재로 사용한 수용성 필름의 경우 대기중의 수분에 대한 안정성 및 내용물에 대해 내구성을 지니도록 설계되지만, 그로 인해 저온에서 용해 시까지 상당한 시간이 소요되며, 완전용해가 되지 않아 필름의 잔유물이 남는 현상이 발생하였다.
한국 공개특허 제10-2012-0021449호에서는 수용성 고분자 필름 형성 조성물에 세탁용 세제 성분 및 세탁용 유연 성분이 분포되어 고형화된 세탁용 시트를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 상기 시트 내에서 세탁용 세제 성분과 세탁용 유연 성분의 복합체(complex)를 형성하기 때문에, 각각의 성능을 효과적으로 발현하지 못하는 현상이 발생하였다.
본 발명에서 해결하고자 하는 과제는 세탁 효과를 향상시키기 위한 새로운 세탁 제품을 개발하고자 하는 것이다.
본 발명은 세탁용 세제 성분과 세탁용 유연 성분을 동시에 사용하여 복합체(complex)가 형성되는 것을 방지할 수 있는, 세탁 제품을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명은 세탁용 세제 성분과 세탁용 유연 성분이 반응하여 복합체(complex)를 형성하여 각각의 성능을 효과적으로 발현하지 못하는 문제점을 해결하고자 한다.
상기 과제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명은 수용성 고분자로 제조된, 물에서 서로 상이한 용해 속도를 갖는 2 이상의 시트를 포함하며, 상기 시트는 각각 i) 세탁용 세제 성분, ii) 세탁용 유연 성분, iii) 향료(향기 부스터 포함) 또는 iv) 이들 중 2 이상을 포함하는 세탁 제품을 제공한다.
용어의 정의
본 명세서에서 사용된 용어 “필름”은 얇고 유연한(flexible) 막(membrane) 또는 층(layer)을 의미하는 것으로 이해될 수 있다. 두께는 특별히 제한되지 않는다. 상기 필름의 형태는 특별히 제한되지 않는다.
본 명세서에서 사용된 용어 “세탁용 시트”, “시트” 또는 “세탁 시트”는 상기 필름 내에 i) 세탁용 세제 성분, ii) 세탁용 유연 성분, iii) 향료 또는 iv) 이들 중 2 이상을 포함하는 것으로 이해될 수 있다. 상기 “세탁용 시트”, “시트” 또는 “세탁 시트”는 섬유(오염된 섬유 포함)의 세척, 섬유의 유연, 섬유의 향기 지속 등 섬유를 물에 헹굴 때 제공하는 판(sheet)을 의미한다. 상기 시트의 두께는 제한되지 않는다. 상기 시트는 유연할 수도 있고, 단단할 수도 있다. 상기 시트는 얇은 종이와 같은 형태일 수도 있고, 울퉁불퉁한 요철이 표면에 형성된 형태로 제공될 수도 있다.
상기 세탁용 시트는 필름 형성을 위한 수용성 고분자와 세탁용 세제 성분을 혼합하여 형성된 용액으로 제조할 수 있으나, 제조방법에 제한되지 않는다. 필름 내에 세탁용 세제 성분이 포함된 형태는 모두 상기 범위에 포함될 수 있다. 상기 필름과 두께가 동일할 수도 있고, 상기 필름의 두께보다 더 두꺼워질 수 있거나 더 얇아질 수 있다. 상기 세탁용 필름의 형태는 특별히 제한되지 않는다.
본 명세서에서 사용된 용어 “세탁용 성분”은 세탁용 세제 성분, 세탁용 유연 성분, 향료, 향기 부스터 등을 포함하는 의미로 사용된다.
본 발명은 2 이상의 세탁용 시트를 포함하고, 세탁 시 사용하기 위한 세탁 제품을 제공한다. 상기 세탁 제품은 한번의 세탁 시 2 이상의 세탁용 시트를 함께 사용할 수 있도록 제공한다.
이하 본 발명을 보다 상세히 설명한다.
본 발명의 세탁 제품은 수용성 고분자로 제조된 2 이상의 세탁용 시트를 포함하며, 상기 2 이상의 세탁용 시트의 용해 속도 차이에 의하여 각각의 세탁용 시트에 포함된 세탁용 성분이 적절한 시기에 효과를 발현할 수 있도록 제공된다.
바람직하게, 본 발명은 세탁용 세제 성분과 세탁용 유연 성분을 동시에 사용하면 서로 반응하여 복합체(complex)를 형성함에 따라 각각의 성능을 효과적으로 발현하지 못하는 문제점을 해결하고자 한다. 세탁용 유연 성분이 포함된 세탁 시트는 세탁용 세제 성분이 포함된 세탁용 시트의 수용성 고분자보다 물에서의 용해가 느려 세탁용 세제 성분이 포함된 시트보다 세탁 시 천천히 용해되어, 세탁용 유연 성분과 세탁용 세제 성분의 복합체(complex) 형성을 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 일 양태에서, 본 발명의 세탁용 시트가 포함된 세탁 제품은 세탁용 세제 성분이 포함된 수용성 고분자로 제조된 제1시트; 및 세탁용 유연 성분이 포함된 수용성 고분자로 제조된 제2시트를 포함하며, 상기 제1시트 및 제2시트의 용해 속도 차이에 의하여 포함된 세탁용 성분이 적절한 시기에 효과를 발현할 수 있도록 구현한 것이 특징이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에서 상기 세탁용 유연 성분이 포함된 제2시트는 제1시트의 수용성 고분자보다 물에서의 용해가 느린 수용성 고분자로 제조되어 세탁용 세제 성분이 포함된 제1시트보다 세탁 시 천천히 용해된다. 상기 세탁 제품은 제2시트에 포함된 세탁용 유연 성분과 세탁용 세제 성분의 복합체(complex) 형성을 방지할 수 있다.
본 명세서에서 사용된 용어, "용해 속도"는 용매로서 물 300 ml를 이용하여 수용성 고분자로 제조된 시트 0.5 g을 모두 용해시키는데 걸리는 시간(초)을 의미한다.
본 발명에서 상기 2 이상의 세탁 시트는 서로 분리 또는 결합된 형태로 세탁 제품에 포함될 수 있다.
본 명세서에서 상기 용어, "분리"는 하나의 세탁 제품에서 상기 2 이상의 시트가 별개의 세탁용 시트로 제공되는 형태를 의미한다. 분리된 세탁용 시트가 포함된 본 발명의 세탁 제품을 이용하여 세탁하는 경우, i) 세탁용 세제 성분이 포함된 시트를 먼저 투입한 후, 일정 시간이 지난 후에 세탁용 유연 성분이 포함된 시트를 후에 투입하거나, ii) 양 시트를 동시에 투입하는 방식으로 제품을 이용할 수 있다. 또한, 원하는 세탁용 성분이 포함된 세탁용 시트를 여러 장 투입하는 방식도 가능하다. 예를 들어, 세탁용 세제 성분이 포함된 시트를 2장 이상 투입하고 세탁용 유연 성분이 포함된 시트를 1장 투입하는 방식으로도 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명에서 세탁용 유연 성분이 포함된 시트는 세탁용 세제 성분이 포함된 시트의 수용성 고분자보다 물에서의 용해가 느리기 때문에 상기 ii) 방식을 이용하여 두 종류의 시트를 동시에 투입하더라도 세탁용 세제 성분과 세탁용 유연 성분의 복합체 형성을 방지할 수 있다.
본 명세서에서 상기 용어, "결합"은 2 이상의 세탁용 시트가 떨어지지 않게 붙어서 세탁 제품으로 제공되는 형태를 의미하며, 연결, 부착 등이 포함되는 의미로 이해된다.
상기 결합은 예를 들어, 2 이상의 세탁용 시트가 세로로 적층된 형태; 또는 2 이상의 세탁용 시트가 가로로 연결된 형태로 제공될 수 있다. 상기 가로로 연결된 형태는 2 이상의 세탁용 시트가 한 평면에서 서로 상이한 구획을 갖는 형태일 수 있다.
상기 2 이상의 세탁용 시트가 적층된 형태는 2 이상의 시트가 동일한 크기로 적층되어 세탁용 시트의 모든 면적이 적층된 층과 동일할 수 있고, 각각의 시트를 서로 일부 겹칠 수도 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 세탁 제품에 포함된 2 이상의 시트가 물에서 서로 상이한 용해 속도를 갖기 위하여, 상기 2 이상의 시트는 i) 각각의 시트가 서로 상이한 검화도 또는 평균 중합도를 갖는 수용성 고분자로 제조되거나, ii) 1 이상의 시트가 버블링 처리 등으로 제조되거나, iii) 1 이상의 시트가 천공 처리를 포함하여 제조되거나, iv) 상기 i) 내지 iii) 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하여 제조될 수 있다.
즉, 본 발명에 따른 세탁 제품에 포함된 2 이상의 시트는 각각의 시트가 서로 상이한 용해 속도를 갖는다면, 특정 방식에 한정되어 제조되는 것이 아니다.
본 발명에 따른 세탁 제품에 포함된 세탁용 시트를 제조하기 위한 수용성 고분자는 천연, 반합성, 합성 고분자에서 1종 이상이 선택될 수 있으며, 세탁용 시트를 제조하기 위한 수용성 고분자는 동일한 수용성 고분자일 수도 있으며 서로 상이한 고분자일 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 세탁용 유연 성분을 포함하는 시트가 세탁용 세제 성분을 포함하는 시트보다 물에서 더 느리게 용해된다면, 각각의 시트에서 사용되는 수용성 고분자는 서로 동일한 고분자일 수도 있고, 서로 상이한 고분자일 수도 있다.
천연 고분자로는 젤라틴, 펙틴, 덱스트란(Dextran), 히알루론산 또는 이의 염, 콜라겐, 한천, 아라비아 고무, 잔사 고무, 아카시아 고무, 카라야 고무, 토라간 고무, 구아 고무와 같은 검류, 카라긴산, 알긴산, 알긴산나트륨 등이 사용될 수 있다.
또한, 반합성 고분자로는 메틸셀룰로오스(Methyl cellulose), 에틸셀룰로오스(Ethyl cellulose), 하이드록시에틸셀룰로오스(Hydroxy ethyl cellulose), 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스나트륨(Sodium carboxy methyl cellulose), 가용성 전분(Soluble Strach), 덱스트린(Dextrine), 카르복시메틸전분(Carboxy methyl starch), 디알데히드전분(Dialdehyde starch) 등이 사용될 수 있다.
합성 고분자로는 폴리비닐알코올(Polyvinyl alcohol), 폴리비닐피롤리돈(Polyvinyl pyrrolidone), 폴리비닐메타아크릴레이트(Polyvinyl methacrylate), 폴리아크릴산(Poly Acrylic acid) 및 이의 염, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(Polyethylene oxide), 카르복시기(Carboxy) 함유 아크릴수지(Acryl resin), 카르복시기(Carboxy) 함유 폴리에스테르수지(Polyester resin), 수용성 폴리아마이드(Polyamide), 수용성 폴리우레탄(Polyurethane) 및 말토덱스트린, 폴리덱스트로스와 같이 널리 알려진 범용성 합성 고분자에서 선택할 수도 있고, 라디칼 중합성 모노머를 이용하여 제조한 수용성 합성 고분자를 선택할 수 있다. 라디칼 중합성 모노머로 합성된 고분자는 이온성 모노머 및 비이온성 모노머의 단일 중합체를 사용할 수 있으며, 경우에 따라서 이들의 공중합체를 사용할 수 있다.
필름 형성 수용성 고분자의 바람직한 예로 폴리비닐알코올(Polyvinyl alcohol, PVA)이 이용될 수 있다.
폴리비닐알코올은 용해성 확보를 위하여 검화도가 65 내지 95%, 평균 중합도가 100 내지 3000인 것이 바람직하다. 검화도가 65% 미만이거나, 95% 초과인 경우에는 용해도가 낮아 물에 잘 안 녹는다는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 또한, 평균 중합도가 100 미만인 경우에는 분자량이 너무 낮아 필름 형성이 용이하지 않으며, 필름의 인장 강도 등 물성이 좋지 않다. 평균 중합도가 3000 초과인 경우에는 분자량이 너무 높아 필름 형성 후 물에 대한 용해도가 좋지 않다.
본 발명에 따른 세탁 제품에 포함된 각각의 시트는 폴리비닐알코올로 제조될 수 있으며 상기 폴리비닐알코올은 65 내지 95%의 검화도 및 100 내지 3000의 중합도를 가질 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 세탁 제품에 포함된 제1시트 및 제2시트의 용해 속도 차이는 30초 내지 20분 일 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 3분 내지 15분일 수 있고, 더욱 바람직하게는 5분 내지 10분일 수 있다. 이는 세탁용 세제 성분이 포함된 제1시트의 용해 후 세탁용 유연 성분이 포함된 제2시트의 용해되는 속도를 고려하여 적절하게 조절할 수 있으며, 상기 용해 속도 차이는 폴리비닐알코올의 검화도 및/또는 중합도 차이에 의하여 적절하게 조절될 수 있다.
상기 수용성 고분자는 건조 후 세탁용 시트 총 중량 대비 5 내지 80 중량%로 포함되어 있을 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 10 내지 60 중량%, 더욱 바람직하게는 20 내지 50 중량%이다. 수용성 고분자의 함량이 5 중량% 보다 낮을 경우에는 세탁용 시트의 인장 강도가 너무 약하여 필름 형성이 어렵다. 80 중량% 보다 많을 경우, 상대적으로 유효성분의 함량이 적어 세탁용 시트의 기능이 저하되는 문제점을 가지거나 일정량의 유효성분 사용을 위해 사용되는 수용성 고분자의 함량이 증가하여 경제적인 비용이 높아진다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 세탁용 시트에서 필름 형성 수용성 고분자의 '수용성'은 하기와 같은 측정 조건으로 정의할 수 있다.
필름 형성 고분자로 제조된 일정량의 필름(5g)을 500 mL 물에 가하여, 10분 동안 500 rpm의 속도로 설정된 자석 교반기 상에서 격렬하게 교반하고, 상기 제조된 필름 용액을 10 ㎛ 최대 기공의 여과지를 여과한 후, 수집된 여과액으로부터 물을 건조시켜 잔여 물질의 중량을 측정한다. 이때 그 무게가 초기 필름의 무게대비 70% 이상, 바람직하게는 80% 이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 90%이상 일 때 수용성 고분자라 정의한다.
수분산성 고분자도 본 발명에서 필름 형성 수용성 고분자의 범주에 속한다.
본 명세서에서 용어 '수분산성'의 의미는 다음과 같다.
일정량의 필름(5g)을 500 mL 물에 가하여, 10분 동안 500 rpm의 속도로 설정된 자석 교반기 상에서 격렬하게 교반하고, 상기 필름 용액을 100 ㎛ 기공의 필터에 여과한 후, 여과한 필터를 건조한 후 무게 변화를 측정한다. 이때 그 무게변화가 초기 필름의 무게대비 30% 이하, 바람직하게는 20% 이하, 더욱 바람직하게는 10% 이하 일 때 수분산성 필름 형성 고분자라 정의한다.
또한, 본 발명에서 사용되는 수용성 고분자는 필름 매트릭스를 형성할 수 있는 성막성이 있으나, 세탁 시 세탁용 시트 내 수용성 고분자의 엉켜진 고분자 사슬은 용매에 의하여 다시 풀리게 된다. 즉, 상기 수용성 고분자는 고분자 사슬 형태로, 고형화될 때는 고분자 사슬이 엉켜 응집되어 있고 용매에 용해될 때는 고분자 사슬이 풀려 제3의 물질들이 고분자 사슬 사이에 삽입될 수 있는 특징이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 세탁용 시트의 제조에 사용되는 용매는 수용성 고분자를 용해하기 위하여 물을 사용할 수 있다. 친수성 용매인 알코올류 등을 사용할 수 있으나, 수용성 고분자의 용해성 저하로 물을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 세탁 제품에 포함된 2 이상의 시트는 용해 속도 조절을 위하여 버블링(bubbling) 처리를 할 수 있다. 즉, 각각의 시트 중 어느 하나 이상의 시트를 버블링 처리를 포함하여 제조하면 수용해성이 개선되어 버블링 처리를 포함하지 않은 시트보다 용해 속도가 빨라질 수 있다. 바람직하게, 상기 버블링 처리를 통해 세탁용 시트의 비중을 0.45 내지 0.95로 조절하여 사용할 수 있으며, 우수한 효과는 하기 실시예에서 확인하고 있는 바와 같다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 세탁 제품에 포함된 2 이상의 시트는 용해 속도 조절을 위하여 천공 처리를 할 수 있다. 본 발명에서 상기 천공 처리는 세탁용 시트에 구멍을 형성하는 것을 의미하며, 상기 구멍은 어떠한 모양에 한정되는 것은 아니나, 바람직하게는 원형을 기준으로 지름이 0.001 내지 50 mm 일 수 있으며, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 10 mm일 수 있고, 상기 원형을 기준으로한 동등한 면적에 포함된다면 어떠한 모양의 구멍도 본 발명의 범위에 포함된다. 또한, 시트의 전체 면적 대비 천공 처리된 면적의 비율은 시트 총 면적 대비 50% 미만이 바람직하며, 30% 미만이 더욱 바람직하다. 본 발명의 실시예에서 확인하고 있는 바와 같이 천공 처리를 통해 천공 처리를 포함하지 않은 시트보다 용해 속도가 빨라지는 것을 실험적으로 확인하였으며, 그에 따른 우수한 효과 또한 실험적으로 확인하였다.
즉 본 발명의 2 이상의 세탁 시트를 포함하는 세탁제품은 각각의 세탁 시트가 서로 다른 용해 속도를 가질 수 있다면 어떠한 방식으로든 제작될 수 있다.
더 나아가 본 발명의 세탁 제품은 각각의 세탁용 시트가 서로 다른 용해 속도를 가지고, 세탁용 세제 성분과 세탁용 유연 성분이 시간차를 두고 각각의 세탁 시트로부터 방출될 수 있는 형태로 제공된다면 어떠한 제조방법이든 사용될 수 있다.
예를 들어 제1시트(세탁 세제 성분이 포함된 세탁용 시트)에 사용한 수용성 고분자와 동일한 수용성 고분자로 제조된 제2시트(세탁 유연 성분이 포함된 세탁용 시트)가 제조되는 경우에 있어서, 상기 제1시트에 버블링 처리 및/또는 천공 처리를 포함하여 제조되는 경우 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제를 해결할 수 있다. 상기 동일한 수용성 고분자는 검화도 및 중합도가 동일한 수용성 고분자라는 의미로 이해될 수 있다.
본 발명에서 상기 '세탁용 세제 성분'은 일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 음이온 계면활성제, 비이온 계면활성제 또는 양쪽성 계면활성제일 수 있으며, 이들 중 2 이상이 혼합된 형태일 수 있다.
상기 음이온 계면활성제로는 비누와 같은 카르복시산염 화합물, 고급알코올, 고급알킬에스테르, 올레핀을 설페이트(sulfate)한 황산 에스테르(sulfuric ester)염 화합물, 알킬벤젠설포네이트, 라우릴설페이트염을 포함하는 황산염 화합물, 고급 알코올을 인산화한 인산염 화합물을 대표적으로 들 수 있다.
예를 들어, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니지만, 라우릴벤젠설폰산(laurly benzene sulfonic acid), α-올레핀 설포네이트, 소듐 라우릴 설페이트(sodium lauryl sulfate), 소듐 라우릴 에톡실레이티드 설페이트(sodium lauryl ethoxylated sulfate), sec-알칸 설포네이트(secondary alkanesulfonate) 및 메틸 에스테르 설포네이트(methyl ester sulfonate) 등이 있으며, 이들을 단독 또는 2 이상의 혼합물로 사용할 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 상기 음이온 계면활성제 중에서도 소듐 라우릴 설페이트를 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 비이온성 계면활성제로는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니지만, 폴리옥시 알킬렌 알킬 페닐 에테르, 폴리옥시 알킬렌 알킬 에테르, 폴리옥시 에틸렌 폴리옥시 프로필렌 블록 폴리머, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 지방산 에스테르, 폴리옥시 에틸렌 솔비탄 지방산 에스테르, 코카미도 모노메틸아민, 코카미도 디메틸아민, 코카미도 모노에틸아민, 지방산 알카놀아민(fatty acid alkanolamine), 아민 옥사이드(amine oxide), 알킬 폴리글루코사이드(alkyl polyglucoside), 메틸 폴리에틸렌 알킬 에테르(methyl polyethylene alkyl ether) 또는 슈가 에테르(sugar ether) 등이 있으며, 이들을 단독 또는 2 이상의 혼합물로 사용할 수 있다. 특히 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리옥시 알킬렌 알킬 에테르 또는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리옥시 알킬렌 알킬 페닐에테르를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.

상기 화학식 1 및 화학식 2의 식에서, m은 5 내지 21의 정수이고, n은 1 내지 20의 정수이다.
또한, 상기 양쪽성 계면활성제는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니지만, 아민-옥사이드(Amine-oxide), 코카미도프로필 베타인(Cocamidopropyl Betaine) 등이 있으며, 이들을 단독 또는 2 이상의 혼합물로 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에서 상기 '세탁용 유연 성분'은 일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 섬유유연제를 포함한다.
보다 상세하게는, 본 발명에 따른 세탁 제품은 섬유유연제로서 4급 암모늄염 계통의 양이온 계면활성제를 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들면 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 디알킬 디메틸 암모늄 클로라이드(dialkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride), 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 알킬 이미다졸리늄 염(dialkyl imidazolinium salt), 하기 화학식 5로 표시되는 디알킬아미도 쿼터너리 암모늄염(dialkylamido quaternary ammonium salt) 및 에스테르 쿼트형(ester quat type) 등이 있으며, 이로부터 하나 이상을 선택하여 사용할 수 있다.

상기 화학식 3, 4 및 5에 있어, 각각의 R은 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 30의 선형 또는 분지형, 포화 또는 불포화 알킬 탄화수소로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된다.
또한, 상기 섬유유연제 성분으로 천연 또는 합성의 양이온성 폴리머를 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니지만, 구아 하이드록시프로필트리모늄 클로라이드, 하이드록시프로필 구아 하이드록시프로필트리모늄 클로라이드 등의 양이온 구아, 셀룰로오스(폴리쿼터늄-10), 폴리쿼터늄 시리즈, 디메틸 디알릴 암모늄클로라이드 폴리머, 아크릴아미드-디메틸디알릴암모늄 코폴리머, 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP)-디메틸아미노에틸메타크릴레이트 코폴리머, 아크릴산-디메틸디알릴암모늄 클로라이드 코폴리머, 아크릴아미드-디메틸아미노 에틸메타크릴레이트메틸클로라이드 코폴리머, 트리메틸아미노에틸메타크릴레이트 폴리머 등을 단독 또는 2 이상의 혼합몰로 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 세탁 제품은 상기 2 이상의 시트에 포함하여 또는 별개로 분산제, 향료, 방부제, 안정화제, 색소 또는 향균제를 추가로 포함할 수 있다. 상기 향료는 향기 부스터를 포함할 수 있다.
바람직하게, 상기 분산제는 세탁용 세제 성분이 포함된 시트에 포함되며, 상기 향료는 세탁용 유연 성분이 포함된 시트에 포함될 수 있다.
본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 세탁 제품은,
(S1) 서로 상이한 용해 속도를 갖는 수용성 고분자를 용해하여 2 이상의 세탁용 시트 제조용 용액을 각각 제조하는 단계;
(S2) 상기 (S1) 단계에서 제조된 각각의 세탁용 시트 제조용 용액에 동일 또는 상이한 세탁용 성분을 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계;
(S3) 상기 (S2) 단계에서 제조된 각각의 용액으로 세탁용 시트를 형성하는 단계; 및
(S4) 각각의 세탁용 시트를 결합하는 단계를 포함하여 제조할 수 있다.
상기 (S1) 단계에서 수용성 고분자는 덩어리로 응집되어 있던 고분자 사슬이 풀리고, (S2) 단계에서 풀려진 고분자 사슬 사이로 세탁용 성분, 예를 들어, i) 세탁용 세제 성분, ii) 세탁용 유연 성분, iii) 향료 또는 iv) 이들 중 2 이상이 분포하게 되며, (S4) 단계 이전 또는 이후 건조 단계를 포함하고 이때, 수용성 고분자가 재응집되면서 고형화될 때 고분자 사슬 사이로 세탁용 성분이 물리적으로 시트 내부에 자리하게 된다.
바람직하게, 상기 (S2) 단계예서 첨가하는 세탁용 성분은 세탁용 세제 성분 또는 세탁용 유연 성분일 수 있으며, 상기 세탁용 세제 성분은 상기 (S1) 단계에서 제조된 각각의 세탁용 시트 제조용 용액 중 용해 속도가 가장 높은 수용성 고분자가 포함된 용액(제1시트를 형성하기 위한 용액)에 첨가한다. 또한, 상기 세탁용 시트 제조용 용액 중 용해 속도가 가장 높은 수용성 고분자가 포함된 용액과 상이한 세탁용 시트 제조용 용액(제2시트를 형성하기 위한 용액)에 세탁용 유연 성분을 첨가할 수 있다.
따라서, 상기 세탁용 유연 성분이 첨가된 세탁용 시트는 세탁용 세제 성분이 첨가된 세탁용 시트와 용해 속도가 상이하며, 바람직하게는 용해 속도가 더 느린 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다. 이렇게 제조된 세탁 제품은 세탁 시 세탁용 세제 성분과 세탁용 유연 성분의 복합체 형성을 방지한다. 상기 용해 속도는 상기 세탁 제품에서 설명한 바와 같다.
또한, 상기 (S4) 단계의 결합은 세탁용 시트를 적층하는 형태; 또는 한 층의 세탁용 시트를 형성하며 각각의 세탁용 시트가 한 층의 세탁용 시트에서 서로 상이한 구획을 갖는 형태일 수 있다.
상기 건조 단계의 반응조건은 공정조건에 따라 다르나, 건조로의 온도가 40 내지 120℃, 건조 시간은 5 내지 30분, 건조속도는 1 내지 10 m/min 일 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 세탁용 시트의 인장 강도는 0.5 내지 15 kgf/cm2 인 것이 바람직하며, 더욱 바람직하게는 1 내지 12 kgf/cm2 이다. 세탁용 시트가 0.5 kgf/cm2 보다 낮을 경우 유통과정 중이거나, 사용 중에 쉽게 찢어져 유통 및 사용상에 어려움이 있을 수 있으며, 15 kgf/cm2 보다 높을 경우, 속용해성이 저하되는 문제점을 나타낼 우려가 있다.
본 발명에 따른 세탁용 시트 두께는 1 ㎛ 내지 1 ㎝ 인 것이 바람직하며, 5 ㎛ 내지 0.5 ㎝ 인 것이 보다 바람직하다. 건조된 세탁용 시트의 두께가 1 ㎛ 미만이면 유효성분의 담지가 불충분하며, 시트의 강도가 약하고, 원하는 성능을 얻기 힘들다. 건조된 세탁용 시트의 두께가 1 ㎝ 초과하면, 시트의 용해도가 좋지 않고, 균일한 성상의 수용성 필름을 얻기가 어렵다.
본 발명에 따른 세탁용 시트는 사용 완료 후에는 물에 완전 용해되어, 따로 세탁용 시트의 제거 과정이 필요하지 않을 수 있다. 즉, 시트의 매트릭스를 형성하는 수용성 고분자는 물에 용해되어 제거되고, 포함된 세탁 성분은 세탁수에 용해 혹은 분산되어 효과를 발휘한다.
본 발명의 세탁 제품은 세탁용 세제 성분이 포함된 시트와 세탁용 유연 성분이 포함된 시트가 하나의 패키지를 형성하여 유통될 수 있다.
상기 세탁제품 사용자는 세탁 제품에 포함된 서로 다른 수용해도를 갖는 각각의 세탁 시트를 한번에 세탁조에 넣어서 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명은 물에 완전히 용해되어 세탁 후 제거할 필요가 없는 세탁용 시트를 제공한다.
본 발명의 세탁용 시트는 세척 성능이 우수하고, 사용이 간편하다.
또한, 세탁용 시트의 저장 안정성이 우수하다.
간편하게 사용할 수 있어, 세탁 시 편리하게 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 세탁 제품은 세정 성분과 유연 성분을 따로 담지시켜 더욱 효율적으로 세척 성능과 유연 성능을 동시에 제공한다.
본 명세서에 첨부되는 다음의 도면들은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 예시하는 것이며, 전술한 발명의 내용과 함께 본 발명의 기술사상을 더욱 이해시키는 역할을 하는 것이므로, 본 발명은 그러한 도면에 기재된 사항에만 한정되어 해석되어서는 아니 된다.
도 1은 본 발명의 세탁 제품의 일 실시예를 보여준다. 도 1은 세탁 제품(1)이 세탁용 세제 성분을 포함하는 제1시트(10)와 세탁용 유연 성분을 포함하는 제2시트(20)가 적층된 형태로 제공될 수 있음을 보여주는 그림이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 세탁 제품의 다른 실시예를 보여준다. 도 2는 세탁 제품(2)이 세탁용 세제 성분을 포함하는 제1시트(10)와 세탁용 유연 성분을 포함하는 제2시트(30)가 하나의 층을 형성하면서 서로 구획이 나누어진 형태로 결합된 모습을 보여주는 그림이다. L은 시트가 연결된 부분을 나타낸다.
도 3은 본 발명의 세탁 제품의 다른 실시예를 보여준다. 도 3은 세탁 제품(3)이 2 층으로 적층된 모습을 보여준다. 세탁 제품(3)의 하나의 층은 세탁용 세제 성분이 포함된 세탁용 시트(10)이며, 다른 하나의 층은 세탁용 유연 성분이 포함된 세탁용 시트(20)와 향료 및/또는 향기 부스터가 포함된 세탁용 시트(30)가 구획이 나누어진 형태로 가로로 연결된 형태를 보여주는 그림이다. L은 시트가 연결된 부분을 나타낸다.
이하, 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위해서 실시예 등을 들어 상세하게 설명하기로 한다. 그러나, 본 발명에 따른 실시예들은 여러 가지 다른 형태로 변형될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 범위가 하기 실시예들에 한정되는 것으로 해석되어서는 안된다. 본 발명의 실시예들은 당업계에서 평균적인 지식을 가진 자에게 본 발명을 보다 완전하게 설명하기 위해 제공되는 것이다.
<비교예 1>
PVA (검화도: 72%, 평균 중합도: 500) 200g을 증류수 800g 에 투입한 후 80℃에서 4시간 동안 용해시켜 20 중량% PVA 용액을 제조하였다. 제조한 PVA 용액에 하기 표 1에 나타난 조성비에 따라 유효성분을 첨가한 후 mechanical stirrer를 이용하여 혼합하였다. 혼합한 용액을 이형필름 위에 올린 다음, Elcometer사의 film applicator를 이용하여 일정 두께로 제조한 후 105℃ drying oven에서 10분간 건조하여 최종 유효성분을 함유한 세탁용 시트(두께: 0.02 cm)를 제조하였다.
<비교예 2>
PVA (검화도: 82%, 평균 중합도: 500) 200g을 증류수 800g 에 투입한 후 80℃에서 4시간 동안 용해시켜 20 중량% PVA 용액을 제조하였다. 제조한 PVA 용액에 하기 표 1에 나타난 조성비에 따라 유효성분을 첨가한 후 mechanical stirrer를 이용하여 혼합하였다. 혼합한 용액을 이형필름 위에 올린 다음, Elcometer사의 film applicator를 이용하여 일정 두께로 제조한 후 105℃ drying oven에서 10분간 건조하여 최종 유효성분을 함유한 세탁용 시트(두께: 0.02 cm)를 제조하였다.
<비교예 3>
PVA (검화도: 72%, 평균 중합도: 700) 200g을 증류수 800g 에 투입한 후 80℃에서 4시간 동안 용해시켜 20 중량% PVA solution을 제조하였다. 제조한 PVA 용액에 하기 표 1에 나타난 조성비에 따라 유효성분을 첨가한 후 mechanical stirrer를 이용하여 혼합하였다. 혼합한 용액을 이형필름 위에 올린 다음, Elcometer사의 film applicator를 이용하여 일정 두께로 제조한 후 105℃ drying oven에서 10분간 건조하여 최종 유효성분을 함유한 세탁용 시트(두께: 0.02 cm)를 제조하였다.
<비교예 4>
PVA (검화도: 88%, 평균 중합도: 1,000) 200g을 증류수 800g 에 투입한 후 80℃에서 4시간 동안 용해시켜 20 중량% PVA 용액을 제조하였다. 제조한 PVA 용액에 하기 표 1에 나타난 조성비에 따라 유효성분을 첨가한 후 mechanical stirrer를 이용하여 혼합하였다. 혼합한 용액을 이형필름 위에 올린 다음, Elcometer사의 film applicator를 이용하여 일정 두께로 제조한 후 105℃ drying oven에서 10분간 건조하여 최종 유효성분을 함유한 세탁용 시트 (두께: 0.02 cm)를 제조하였다.
<실시예 1>

시트(2) : PVA (검화도:72%, 평균 중합도:700) 200g을 증류수 800g 에 투입한 후 80℃에서 4시간 동안 용해시켜 20 중량% PVA 용액을 제조하였다. 제조한 PVA 용액에 하기 표 1에 나타난 조성비에 따라 유효성분을 첨가한 후 mechanical stirrer를 이용하여 혼합하였다. 혼합한 용액을 이형필름 위에 올린 다음, Elcometer사의 film applicator를 이용하여 일정 두께로 제조한 후 105℃ drying oven에서 10분간 건조하여 최종 유효성분을 함유한 세탁용 시트(두께: 0.01 cm)를 제조하였다.
이렇게 제조된 시트(1)과 시트(2)를 합지하여 최종 시트(세탁 제품, 두께: 0.02 cm)를 제조하였다.
<실시예 2>

시트(2) : PVA (검화도:88%, 평균 중합도:1,000) 200g을 증류수 800g 에 투입한 후 80℃에서 4시간 동안 용해시켜 20 중량% PVA 용액을 제조하였다. 제조한 PVA 용액에 하기 표 1에 나타난 조성비에 따라 유효성분을 첨가한 후 mechanical stirrer를 이용하여 혼합하였다. 혼합한 용액을 이형필름 위에 올린 다음, Elcometer사의 film applicator를 이용하여 일정 두께로 제조한 후 105℃ drying oven에서 10분간 건조하여 최종 유효성분을 함유한 세탁용 시트(두께: 0.01 cm)를 제조하였다.
이렇게 제조된 시트(1)과 시트(2)를 합지하여 최종 시트(세탁 제품, 두께: 0.02 cm)를 제조하였다.
<실시예 3>

< 실험예 1> 시트 용해성 및 성능 평가 실험
상기 실시예 1 내지 4 및 비교예 1 내지 4에서 제조된 세탁용 시트에 대하여 하기 방법에 따라 시트 용해성 및 성능을 평가하였다. 성능평가 항목은 일본 세탁과학협회 오염포에 의한 세척력과 유연성으로 나누어 실시하였다.
(시트 용해성 평가)
상기 실시예 1 내지 4 및 비교예 1 내지 4에서 제조한 세탁용 시트의 용해성은 다음과 같이 측정하였다.
15 cm × 15 cm 크기의 검은천(울 50%, 폴리에스터 50%)에 각각의 세탁 제품을 16 cm × 25 cm로 잘라 4번 접어 넣고 케이블 타이로 입구를 막아 준다. 2L 비이커에 정제수 1L를 담고 준비된 검은 천을 5분간 담가두었다가 10분간 교반했을 때 700ml까지 와류가 생기는 조건으로 교반 시킨다. 교반 후 100℃에서 2시간 건조 시킨 후 세탁 제품의 시료의 전, 후 무게를 측정하여 감소한 무게를 백분율로 나타내어 용해 특성을 평가한다. 그 결과를 하기 표 2에 나타내었다.

(세척력 평가)
세척력은 동일한 조건의 세탁기를 사용하여 평가하였으며, 이 때 세탁수로는 일반 수돗물을 사용하였다. 또한, 세탁 시 온도는 일반 가정에서 사용하는 조건과 동일한 냉수를 사용하였으며, 세척력 평가를 위해 사용한 오염포는 일본세탁과학협회에서 제조한 인공습식 오염포를 사용하였다. 또한, 상기 오염포는 실제 면 티셔츠에 부착하여 평가하였다. 또한, 5 cm × 5 cm 크기의 오염포를 16장 사용하여 통계적인 방법으로 비교 평가하였다. 이때, 오염포의 백색도를 나타내는 값인 WB값은 세탁 전후에 색차계를 이용하여 측정하였다. 상기 실시예에서 제조된 세탁용 시트를 20 cm × 15 cm 크기로 재단하고, 재단된 시트 2장을 사용하였다.
세탁초기에 세탁용 시트를 오염포와 함께 투입하여 실시하였으며, 세탁 조건은 세탁기의 표준코스(세탁 20분, 헹굼 2회)에서 중수위로 수행하였으며, 탈수된 오염포를 항온항습실(25℃, 20%RH)에서 1일 동안 건조시키고, 다림질을 하여 동일 색차계로 WB값을 측정하였다. 얻어진 결과를 하기 수학식 1로 표시되는 쿠벨카 뭉크식에 대입하여 세척력을 계산하였으며, 그 결과는 하기 표 3에 나타내었다.

상기 수학식 1에서 Rs는 오염포의 표면 반사율을 나타내고, Rc는 세탁 공정 후의 오염포의 표면 반사율을 타나내며, Ro는 백색 면포의 표면 반사율을 나타낸다.

상기 표 3에 나타나는 바와 같이, 용해 속도에 따라 유효성분을 다르게 담지시킨 경우인 실시예 1~4에서 세척 성능이 우수하였다.
(유연성 평가)
세탁 후 유연성은 EL306내 시험방법에 준하여 평가 하였으며, 세탁의류로 타올 3장을 사용하였다. 상기 비교예 및 실시예에서 제조된 세탁용 시트를 20 cm × 15 cm 크기로 재단하고, 재단된 시트 2장을 사용하였다. 세탁초기에 세탁용 시트를 타올과 함께 투입하여 실시하였으며, 세탁 후 12시간 항온항습실에서 건조시켰다. 유연성 평가는 전문 모니터요원 10명에 대해 관능평가로 진행하였다.
- 판정은 기준인 아무것도 넣지 않은 것 대비 동등한 경우 0점, 기준 대비 양호한 경우 1점, 기준 대비 우수한 경우 2점, 기준 대비 조금 열세인 경우 -1점, 기준 대비 열세인 경우 -2점으로 평가하였으며, 그 결과는 하기 표 4에 나타내었다.

하기 표 5에 비교예 5 내지 8에 따른 시트 제조시 더욱 빠른 용해가 요구되는 세정 성분이 적용되는 시트(1) 부분에 대해서는 상기 비교예에서 PVA 용액과 유효성분을 혼합한 용액에 대하여 공기를 주입하면서 교반해 줌으로써 용액 내에 미세 기포를 형성시키는 버블링 처리 혹은 상기 비교예에서 제조된 시트(1)에 대하여 펀칭기를 이용한 천공 처리에 따른 실시예를 나타내었다.

상기 표 6에 나타낸 바와 같이, 물리적 처리를 하는 경우 세척 성능이 더욱 우수한 것을 확인하였다.
비교예 5 내지 8, 실시예 5 내지 12에 따라 제조된 시트에 대한 유연성 평가 결과를 하기 표 7에 나타내었다.

상기 표 7에 나타낸 바와 같이, 물리적 처리를 하는 경우 유연 성능이 더욱 우수하였다.
본 발명은 물에 완전히 용해되어 세탁 후 제거할 필요가 없는 세탁용 시트를 제공한다. 본 발명은 세척 성능이 우수하고, 사용이 간편하며, 저장 안정성이 우수한 세탁용 시트를 제공한다. 유연 성분과 세탁 성분이 갖는 각각의 목적을 효과적으로 달성할 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 수용성 고분자를 포함하고, 물에서 서로 상이한 용해 속도를 갖는 2 이상의 시트를 포함하며,
    상기 시트는 각각 i) 세탁용 세제 성분, ii) 세탁용 유연 성분, iii) 향료 또는 iv) 이들 중 2 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 2 이상의 시트는 서로 결합 또는 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁 제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 결합은 2 이상의 시트가 적층된 형태; 또는 2 이상의 시트가 한 평면에서 서로 상이한 구획을 갖는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁 제품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 수용성 고분자는 폴리비닐알코올(Poly vinyl alcohol)인 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁 제품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 2 이상의 시트가 물에서 서로 상이한 용해 속도를 갖기 위하여,
    상기 2 이상의 시트는 i) 각각의 시트가 서로 상이한 검화도 또는 평균 중합도를 갖는 수용성 고분자로 제조되거나,
    ii) 1 이상의 시트가 버블링 처리를 포함하여 제조되거나,
    iii) 1 이상의 시트가 천공 처리를 포함하여 제조되거나,
    iv) 상기 i) 내지 iii) 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁 제품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    i) 세탁용 세제 성분을 포함하며, 수용성 고분자로 제조된 제1시트; 및
    ii) 세탁용 유연 성분을 포함하며, 상기 제1시트의 수용성 고분자보다 물에서의 용해가 느린 수용성 고분자로 제조된 제2시트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁 제품.
  7. (S1) 서로 상이한 용해 속도를 갖는 수용성 고분자를 용해하여 2 이상의 세탁용 시트 제조용 용액을 각각 제조하는 단계;
    (S2) 상기 (S1) 단계에서 제조된 각각의 세탁용 시트 제조용 용액에 세탁용 성분을 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계;
    (S3) 상기 (S2) 단계에서 제조된 각각의 용액으로 세탁용 시트를 형성하는 단계; 및
    (S4) 각각의 세탁용 시트를 결합하는 단계를 포함하는 세탁 제품의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 (S2) 단계의 세탁용 성분은 i) 세탁용 세제 성분, ii) 세탁용 유연 성분, iii) 향료 또는 iv) 이들 중 2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 (S2) 단계에서 첨가하는 세탁용 성분은 세탁용 세제 성분이며, 상기 세탁용 세제 성분은 상기 (S1) 단계에서 제조된 각각의 세탁용 시트 제조용 용액 중 용해 속도가 가장 높은 수용성 고분자가 포함된 용액에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 (S4) 단계의 결합은 세탁용 시트를 적층하는 형태; 또는 한 층의 세탁용 시트를 형성하며 각각의 세탁용 시트가 한 층의 세탁용 시트에서 서로 상이한 구획을 갖는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
