Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine expansible de poinçonnage de transfert pour boîtier métallique USB, comprenant : un mécanisme (10) de bras robotique de transfert multi-station et une matrice (20), la matrice étant allongée et comprenant de multiples stations d'usinage (200) agencées en ligne droite ; la matrice comprend un plateau mobile supérieur (21) et un plateau mobile inférieur (22) ; un bras robotique de transfert multi-station est placé sur un côté de la matrice et comprend de multiples bras robotiques présentant une correspondance biunivoque avec les stations d'usinage ; lesdits multiples bras robotiques se déplacent de façon synchrone et chaque bras robotique est utilisé pour prélever un produit au niveau d'une station d'usinage correspondant au bras robotique, et placer le produit prélevé au niveau de la station d'usinage suivante ou d'une position de découpage ; le plateau mobile supérieur est équipé du plateau mobile inférieur une fois le produit placé au niveau de la station d'usinage suivante, de sorte à mettre en œuvre le procédé d'usinage d'un produit sur chaque station d'usinage. En usinant un boîtier métallique USB à l'aide de la machine expansible de poinçonnage de transfert, la stabilité du produit est bonne, et la difficulté d'ajustement des matrices de l'état de la technique peut être surmontée.
