Abstract
L'invention concerne un anticorps monoclonal anti-précurseur de protéine de type podocalyxine de sous-type 2 (PODXL-v2) exprimant fonctionnellement une cellule anti-cancer gastrique à sa surface, son procédé de préparation et utilisation, la séquence d'acides aminés de la région variable de chaîne légère de l'anticorps étant SEQ ID No: 2 ou la variante conservative de celle-ci, et la séquence d'acides aminés de la région variable de chaîne lourde de l'anticorps étant SEQ ID No: 4 ou la variante conservative de celle-ci.
