Description
본 발명은 데크패널에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 강성이 보강되고 방수시트의 접착력을 강화하고 방수시트의 손상 등을 방지할 수 있는 데크패널에 관한 것이다.
통상적으로 건축물의 상부에는 외부로부터 빗물, 눈, 먼지 등의 이물질 및 열에너지가 그 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지함과 동시에 건축물 내부 공간의 열 에너지가 외부로 빠져나가 손실되는 것을 방지하기 위한 지붕이 설치된다. 이러한 지붕에는 데크패널이 이용된다.

종래의 데크패널(10)은 요철 형상을 갖는 강판(12)과, 상기 강판(12)과 평행하게 이격되는 TPO시트(14)와, 강판(12)과 TPO시트(14) 사이를 채우는 발포체(16)를 포함하여 구성된다.
이와 같이 구성되는 종래의 데크패널(10)은 강도가 높으면서도 단열성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 발포체(16)의 일면에 TPO시트(14)가 마련되는바 방수성이 매우 우수하므로, 건축자재로의 활용성이 매우 높다는 장점이 있다.
그러나 이와 같은 종래의 데크패널(10)은, 강판(12)과 TPO시트(14) 사이로 발포체(16)를 주입하는 과정에서 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 공기층(17)이 발생되어 TPO시트(14)의 표면이 볼록하게 돌출되거나, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 발포체(16)가 함몰되어 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 TPO시트(14)의 표면이 오목하게 인입되는 문제가 발생될 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 발포체를 다른 단열재로 교체하는 경우에, 특히 화재안정성은 우수하나 충격에 약한 단열재가 사용되는 경우 데크패널의 손상이 쉽게 일어난다는 문제점이 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 상기한 종래의 문제점을 극복할 수 있는 데크패널을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 강성이 강화되고, 데크패널의 손상을 최소화할 수 있으며, 안전사고를 방지할 수 있는 데크패널을 제공하는 데 있다.
상기한 기술적 과제들의 일부를 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구체화에 따라, 본 발명에 따른 데크패널은, 일정 두께를 가지며 일정간격마다 길이방향으로 골이 형성된 하부강판과; 상기 하부강판에서 상부방향으로 일정간격 이격되어 상기 하부강판과 평행하게 형성된 상부강판과; 상기 하부강판과 상기 상부강판 사이에 구비되는 단열재층과; 상기 상부강판의 상부면에 접착되는 방수시트를 구비하되, 상기 상부강판은 일정간격마다 절곡시켜 길이방향으로 각각 형성된 홈들과, 상기 홈들에 삽입되는 ''형의 단면형상 또는 'ㅁ'자 단면형상의 캡들을 구비한다.

상기 홈(122)을 형성하는 경우에 상기 상부강판(120)의 강성향상을 포함하여 상기 상부강판(120)의 구부러짐이나 단열재층(130)으로부터의 분리 현상 등을 해결할 수 있지만, 상기 상부강판(120)의 상부에 상기 방수시트(140)가 접착되는 경우에, 상기 홈(122)이 형성된 부위에는 상기 방수시트(140)가 접착되지 않게 된다. 이 경우 상기 방수시트(140)의 전체적인 접착력이 약화되는 문제점이 발생되고, 외부 충격이 상기 홈(122)이 존재하는 부위에 가해지는 경우, 상기 방수시트(140)가 쉽게 찢어지는 등의 손상이 발생될 수 있다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 상기 상부강판(120)에 형성된 상기 홈(122)들 각각에는 ''자의 단면형상 또는 'ㅁ'자 단면형상을 가지는 캡(125)들이 삽입되는 구조를 가질 수 있다. 상기 캡(125)은 상기 홈(122)의 형상에 대응하여 삽입이 용이하도록 하부측 폭이 상부측 폭보다 작은 형상을 가질 수 있다.
상기 캡(125)들 각각은 플라스틱이나 금속재질을 가질 수 있으며, 상기 캡(125)이 상기 홈(122)에 삽입되는 경우에 상기 캡(125)의 상단면은 상기 상부강판(120)의 표면과 단차가 없는 동일 평면을 가질 수 있다.
상기 캡(125)이 삽입된 상태에서 상기 방수시트(140)를 상기 상부강판(120) 상에 접착하게 되면, 상기 방수시트(140)의 전체적인 접착력의 약화를 방지할 수 있고, 홈(122)이 형성됨에 따라 상기 방수시트(140)가 쉽게 손상되는 등의 문제점의 해결이 가능하게 된다.
상기 방수시트(140) 및 상기 하부강판(110) 각각은 상기 단열재층(130) 및 상기 상부강판(120)의 폭방향 끝단보다 외측으로 더 연장되는 연장부(115,145)를 더 구비할 수 있다. 상기 방수시트(140) 및 상기 하부강판(110) 각각의 연장부(115,145)는 동일방향에 형성되는 것도 가능하고 서로 반대방향으로 형성되는 것도 가능하다. 예를 들어, 상기 상부강판(120)의 연장부(115)가 좌측에 형성되는 경우에 상기 방수시트(140)의 연장부(145)는 도 4와 같이 좌측에 형성되는 것도 가능하지만, 좌측이 아닌 우측방향에 형성되는 것도 가능하다.
이하에서는 상기 방수시트(140) 및 상기 하부강판(110) 각각의 연장부(115,145)가 동일방향에 형성되는 것으로 하여 설명하기로 한다.
상기 방수시트(140) 및 상기 하부강판(110)이 일측에 연장부(115,145)를 추가로 구비하게 되면, 도 5 및 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 두 개의 데크패널(100a, 100b)이 연결되었을 때, 우측에 위치하는 데크패널(100b)의 연장부(115b,145b)가 좌측에 위치하는 데크패널(100a)의 끝단을 덮도록 결합되게 된다.
좀 더 구체적으로, 상기 우측의 데크패널(100b)의 하부강판(110b)의 연장부(115b)는 좌측에 위치하는 데크패널(100a)의 끝단의 하부를 덮는 형태로 결합된다.
이때 결합을 견고하게 하기 위해, 상기 우측의 데크패널(100b)의 하부강판(110b)의 연장부(115b)가 좌측에 위치하는 데크패널(100a)의 끝단의 하부를 덮는 형태로 결합된 상태에서, 좌측에 위치하는 데크패널(100a)의 끝단의 상부에서 상기 우측의 데크패널(100b)의 하부강판(110b)의 연장부(115b)까지 관통하도록 결합나사(150)를 체결하게 된다. 즉 좌측에 위치하는 데크패널(100a)의 상부강판(100a)에서 우측에 위치하는 데크패널(100b)의 하부강판(100b)의 연장부(115b)까지 관통하는 결합나사(150)가 체결되게 된다.
이후 상기 우측의 데크패널(100b)의 방수시트(140b)의 연장부(145b)가 좌측에 위치하는 데크패널(100a)의 방수시트(140a)의 끝단의 상부(상부강판(120a) 및 방수시트(140a))를 덮는 형태로 접착결합되게 된다. 이때, 우측의 데크패널(100b)의 상기 방수시트(140b)의 상기 연장부(145b)는 좌측에 위치하는 데크패널(100a)의 방수시트(140a)에 적층된 상태에서 가열됨에 의해 서로 접착되게 된다. 이와 같은 방식으로 방수시트를 접착시키는 방법은 이미 본 발명이 해당하는 분야에서 상용화되어 있는 것이므로, 이에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
상술한 결합구조에서, 상기 결합나사(150)가 상기 데크패널(100a,100b)를 관통하도록 결합되는 경우에, 상기 결합나사(150)의 헤드부(155)는 상기 상부강판(100a)의 외부로 돌출된 상태를 가지게 된다. 이 상태에 상기 방수시트(140b)의 연장부(145b)가 상기 결합나사(150)의 헤드부(155)를 덮는 형태로 상기 상부강판(120a)에 접착되게 되면, 상기 헤드부(155)로 인하여 접착이 용이하지 않거나 접착력이 약화되게 된다. 또한 접착상태를 유지한다고 하여도, 상기 방수시트(140)가 찢어지는 등의 손상이 발생되고 작업자가 이동시 상기 헤드부(155)에 걸려 넘어지는 등 안전사고의 문제점이 있다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 본 발명에서는 상기 상부강판(120a)에 형성되는 홈(122)들 중 결합부위인 폭방향 일측 가장자리에 형성되는 가장자리 홈(122a)을 결합홈으로 이용하고 있다. 즉 결합을 위해 결합나사(150)가 체결되는 부위에 상기 가장자리 홈(122a)이 위치되도록 하고, 상기 가장자리 홈(122a)에는 폭방향으로 결합되는 다른 데크패널(100b)과의 결합을 위해 결합나사(150)가 관통하여 체결되게 된다. 이때 상기 가장자리 홈(122a)은 상기 결합나사(150)의 헤드부(155)의 수용이 가능한 사이즈를 가져야 한다.
이에 따라, 상기 결합나사(150)는 상기 가장자리 홈(122a)에 삽입되는 형태로 하여 상기 좌측에 위치하는 데크패널(100a)의 상부강판(100a)에서 우측에 위치하는 데크패널(100b)의 하부강판(100b)의 연장부(115b)까지 관통하는 구조를 가지게 되며, 헤드부(155)는 상기 가장자리홈(122a)에 삽입된 구조를 가지게 된다.
상기 결합나사(150)가 체결된 상태에서 상기 우측의 데크패널(100b)의 방수시트(140b)의 연장부(145b)가 좌측에 위치하는 데크패널(100a)의 상기 가장자리 홈(122a) 및 상기 결합나사(150)의 헤드부(155)를 덮는 형태로 접착결합되게 된다.
이때 상기 방수시트(140b)의 연장부(145b)가 상기 가장자리홈(122a) 부위에서 접착력이 약화되지 않도록 하고 손상을 방지하게 위해 다른 홈(122)들의 경우와 같이, 상기 캡(125)이 삽입된 상태에서 상기 방수시트(140b)가 접착되는 것이 가능하다. 즉 상기 가장자리 홈(122a)에는 상기 결합나사(150)의 헤드부(155)가 수용된 상태에서 상기 캡(125)이 삽입되고, 이 상태에서 상기 방수시트(140b)의 연장부(145b)가 접착되는 구조를 가질 수 있다. 이 경우 캡(125)의 형상은 ''형의 단면형상을 가져야 할 것이다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따르면, 데크패널을 구성하는 강판의 강성을 향상시키고, 구부러짐 등의 손상을 최소화할 수 있으며, 방수시트의 접착력을 향상시킬 수 있고 방수시트의 손상을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
상기한 실시예의 설명은 본 발명의 더욱 철저한 이해를 위하여 도면을 참조로 예를 든 것에 불과하므로, 본 발명을 한정하는 의미로 해석되어서는 안될 것이다. 또한, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어 본 발명의 기본적 원리를 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 변화와 변경이 가능함은 명백하다 할 것이다.
Claims (5)
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 단열재층은 글라스 울 또는 미네랄 울로 형성되고, 상기 방수시트는 폴리올레핀 시트임을 특징으로 하는 데크패널.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 방수시트 및 상기 하부강판 각각은 상기 단열재층 및 상기 상부강판의 폭방향 끝단보다 외측으로 더 연장되는 연장부를 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 데크패널
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 상부강판에 형성되는 홈들 중 폭방향 일측 가장자리에 형성되는 가장자리 홈에는, 폭방향으로 결합되는 다른 데크패널과의 결합을 위해 결합나사가 관통하여 체결되며, 상기 가장자리 홈은 상기 결합나사의 헤드부의 수용이 가능한 사이즈를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 데크패널.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 가장자리 홈에는 상기 결합나사의 헤드부가 수용된 상태에서 상기 캡이 삽입됨을 특징으로 하는 데크패널.
