Description

一种监控报警方法及装置 技术领域
本发明属于计算机应用领域,尤其涉及一种监控报警方法及装置。
背景技术
近年来,小区盗窃案件时有发生。据统计,有超过 80% 的小区均发生过入室盗窃案件。现如今,对于小区防盗,几乎都是依靠小区提供的公共安防设施,如小区里安装的摄像头,小区周围的护栏,小区的安保人员等。很少有家庭自主的选择安保设施。即使有少数的家庭为了自身安全,选择了部分安保设施,也多是较为简易的摄像头,仅仅能够拍摄到住所周边的情况,但是难以将有可疑人员的信息在第一时间通知住户。而现如今稍微好一些的安保设备,虽然可以在拍摄到可疑人员的时候发出预警信息,但是无法及时的将可疑人员的信息发送给不在家的住户。
技术问题
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种 监控报警方法及装置 ,旨在解决现有的监控报警方法 难以将拍摄到的可疑人员信息在第一时间发送给用户 的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种监控 报警方法 ,所述方法包括:
摄像头通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过;
若有,则存储有人经过时拍摄到的图像,并记录当前时间;
将所述图像的存储地址及所记录的时间通过短信发送给用户。
本发明实施例的另一目的在于提供一种监控 报警 装置 ,所述装置包括 :
摄像头,用于通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过,若有则将有人经过时拍摄到的图像及当前时间存储至服务器;
服务器,用于将图像的存储地址及所记录的时间通过短信发送给用户。
有益效果
在本发明实施例中, 摄像头通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过,若有,则存储有人经过时拍摄到的图像,记录当前时间,并将所述图像的存储地址及所记录的时间通过短信发送给用户。使得用户可以在第一时间得知居住地附近出现了可疑人员,且能够通过接收到的图像存储地址看到摄像头截取的图像,以此获知在居住地附近出现的是家人还是陌生人。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为了说明本发明所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
实施例一:
如图 1 所示为本发明第一实施例提供的一种监控报警方法的流程图, 为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中, 摄像头通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过。
在本发明实施例中,摄像头一般安装在用户的住址附近较为隐蔽的位置,以便于不易被可疑人员发现,如可以嵌入在门里,可以嵌入在家门口的墙上等,在此不作限制。摄像头持续对周围的环境进行监控,由于无人时,摄像头拍摄到的图像是不会变化的。因此,当有人出现时,摄像头拍摄到的图像会产生变化,此时摄像头将变化前后的图像进行比较,便可判断是有人经过。
在本发明实施例中,如果摄像头移动侦测到的图像没有发生改变,说明无人经过,则返回步骤 S101 继续通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过。
在步骤 S102 中,若侦测到有人经过,则存储有人经过时拍摄到的图像,并记录当前时间。
在本发明实施例中,如果摄像头通过移动侦测发现图像发生了变化,则将变化后的图像截取后存储,并通过图像分析处理,获知是否是人出现在了图像中。如果分析中发现图像中出现的不是人,则返回步骤 S101 继续通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过。如果图像处理发现确实是图像中出现了人,则将该人经过的时候拍摄到的图像及所记录的当前时间存储至服务器。
在步骤 S103 中,将图像的存储地址及所记录的时间通过短信发送给用户。
在本发明实施例中,在服务器上开发一个程序短信发送接口,可以将服务器上图像的存储地址及时间通过短信发送给用户。因此,当服务器检测到有新存储的图像及时间后,便将图像的存储地址及摄像头所记录的时间通过短信发送给用户。用户便可以通过访问接收到的图像存储地址来看到摄像头截取的图像。
在本发明实施例中, 摄像头通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过,若有,则存储有人经过时拍摄到的图像,记录当前时间,并将所述图像的存储地址及所记录的时间通过短信发送给用户。使得用户可以在第一时间得知居住地附近出现了可疑人员,且能够通过接收到的图像存储地址看到摄像头截取的图像,以此获知在居住地附近出现的是家人还是陌生人。
实施例二:
图 2 为本发明实施例提供的一种监控报警装置的结构图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部份。
在本发明实施例中, 监控报警装置 包括: 摄像头 1 及服务器 2 。其中:
摄像头 1 ,用于通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过,若有则将有人经过时拍摄到的图像及当前时间存储至服务器。
服务器 2 ,用于将图像的存储地址及所记录的时间通过短信发送给用户。
在本发明实施例中,摄像头 1 持续对周围的环境进行监控,无人时,摄像头 1 拍摄到的图像是不会变化的。当有人出现时,摄像头 1 拍摄到的图像会产生变化。如果摄像头移动侦测到的图像没有发生改变,说明无人经过,则摄像头 1 继续通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过。若有人经过,则存储有人经过时拍摄到的图像,并记录当前时间。并则将该人经过的时候拍摄到的图像及所记录的当前时间存储至服务器 2 。
在本发明实施例中,在服务器 2 上开发一个程序短信发送接口,可以将服务器 2 上图像的存储地址及时间通过短信发送给用户。因此,当服务器检测到有新存储的图像及时间后,便将图像的存储地址及摄像头所记录的时间通过短信发送给用户。
在本发明实施例中, 摄像头通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过,若有,则存储有人经过时拍摄到的图像,记录当前时间,并将所述图像的存储地址及所记录的时间通过短信发送给用户。使得用户可以在第一时间得知居住地附近出现了可疑人员,且能够通过接收到的图像存储地址看到摄像头截取的图像,以此获知在居住地附近出现的是家人还是陌生人。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解,实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以在存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,所述的存储介质,如 ROM/RAM 、磁盘、光盘等。

  1. 一种监控报警方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    摄像头通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过;
    若有,则存储有人经过时拍摄到的图像,并记录当前时间;
    将所述图像的存储地址及所记录的时间通过短信发送给用户。
  2. 一种监控报警装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    摄像头,用于通过移动侦测判断是否有人经过,若有则将有人经过时拍摄到的图像及当前时间存储至服务器;
    服务器,用于将图像的存储地址及所记录的时间通过短信发送给用户。
