Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'éplucheur manuel qui permet de se débarrasser facilement des épluchures qui s'accumulent. Il s'agit donc du domaine technique d'un nouvel éplucheur manuel équipé d'une pièce mobile (30) qui se déplace le long du système de coupe (10) fixé à un manche (20). Cet ensemble permet de retirer les épluchures facilement et donc de préserver l'efficacité du dispositif d'épluchage. Cette pièce mobile revient ensuite en position d'origine à l'aide d'un dispositif (40) avec force de rappel.
