Abstract
医療用バッグユニット(10A)は、バッグ本体(14)内に連通する薬液流路(16)が形成された移送ライン(18)を備える。薬液流路(16)を構成する第1流路フィルム部(30a)及び第2流路フィルム部(30b)の内面の少なくとも一方には、薬液(M)が流通可能な空間(S1、S2)が第1流路フィルム部(30a)と第2流路フィルム部(30b)との間に形成されるように突出した凸部(32、34)が形成されている。
Description
本発明は、薬液が収容されたバッグ本体と、バッグ本体に一体的に設けられた移送ラインとを備える医療用バッグユニット及びその製造方法に関する。
従来、バッグ本体内の薬液を移送ラインの薬液流路に流通させて生体内に投与する医療用バッグユニットが利用されている。この種の医療用バッグユニットにおいて、例えば、特許第4658570号公報には、2枚の高分子材料からなるフィルムを互いに重ね、これらフィルムを熱融着することによりバッグ本体と移送ラインとを一体的に成形する技術的思想が開示されている。
上述した医療用バッグユニットでは、2枚のフィルムを互いに熱融着することにより移送ラインを成形しているため、これらフィルムの復元力によって薬液流路が閉塞することがある。そうすると、薬液流路に薬液を確実に流通させることができないおそれがある。
本発明は、このような課題を考慮してなされたものであり、フィルム部の復元力によって薬液流路が閉塞することを抑えることができ、バッグ本体内の薬液を薬液流路に円滑に流通させることができる医療用バッグユニット及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。
上記目的を達成するために、本発明に係る医療用バッグユニットは、薬液が収容されたバッグ本体と、バッグ本体内に連通する薬液流路が形成されるようにバッグ本体に一体的に設けられ、互いに重ねられ且つ接合されたフィルム部を有する移送ラインと、を備え、薬液流路を構成するフィルム部の内面の少なくとも一方には、薬液が流通可能な空間がフィルム部間に形成されるように突出した凸部が設けられていることを特徴とする。
このような構成によれば、凸部によってフィルム部間に薬液が流通可能な空間を形成することができるので、フィルム部の復元力によって薬液流路が閉塞することを抑えることができる。よって、バッグ本体内の薬液を薬液流路に円滑に流通させることができる。
上記の医療用バッグユニットにおいて、凸部は、複数設けられていてもよい。
このような構成によれば、薬液流路に薬液をより円滑に流通させることができる。
上記の医療用バッグユニットにおいて、複数の凸部は、フィルム部の内面の両方に設けられ、且つ突出端面同士が互いに接触可能に対向していてもよい。
このような構成によれば、凸部の周囲の空間に別の凸部が入り込むことを抑えることができる。
上記の医療用バッグユニットにおいて、各凸部は、一方向に延在しており、互いに対向する一方の凸部の延在方向は、他方の凸部の延在方向に対して交差していてもよい。
このような構成によれば、互いに対向する凸部の突出端面同士を確実に接触させることができる。
本発明に係る医療用バッグユニットの製造方法は、薬液が収容されたバッグ本体と、バッグ本体内に連通する薬液流路が形成されるようにバッグ本体に一体的に設けられ、互いに重ねられ且つ接合されたフィルム部を有する移送ラインと、を備えた医療用バッグユニットの製造方法であって、凸部を第1フィルム部の片面に形成するフィルム加工工程と、フィルム加工工程で形成された凸部に第2フィルム部を重ねる重ね工程と、重ね工程の後で、凸部が薬液流路内に位置するように第1フィルム部及び第2フィルム部を互いに接合するシール工程と、を行うことを特徴とする。
このような方法によれば、上述した医療用バッグユニットを得ることができる。
上記の医療用バッグユニットの製造方法において、フィルム加工工程では、第1フィルム部の片面に凸部である第1凸部を形成し、且つ第2フィルム部の片面に第2凸部を形成し、重ね工程では、第1凸部の突出端面と第2凸部の突出端面とが互いに接触するように第1フィルム部に対して第2フィルム部を重ね、シール工程では、第1凸部及び第2凸部が薬液流路内に位置するように第1フィルム部及び第2フィルム部を互いに接合してもよい。
本発明によれば、凸部によってフィルム部間に薬液が流通可能な空間を形成することができるので、フィルム部の復元力によって薬液流路が閉塞することを抑えることができ、バッグ本体内の薬液を薬液流路に円滑に流通させることができる。
以下、本発明に係る医療用バッグユニットについてその製造方法との関係で好適な実施形態を挙げ、添付の図面を参照しながら説明する。
以下では、説明の便宜上、医療用バッグユニットの短手方向をX方向と規定し、X方向の一方をX1方向、X方向の他方をX2方向と規定する。また、医療用バッグユニットの長手方向をY方向と規定し、Y方向の一方(使用時に上方となる方向)をY1方向、Y方向の他方(使用時に下方となる方向)をY2方向と規定する。また、便宜上、図2A~図3、図7、図12、図13、図16~図17Dにおいて、薬液の図示を省略している。
(第1実施形態)
本実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Aは、例えば、輸液(薬液M)を移送ライン18の落差によって生体内に投与する輸液バッグユニットとして構成されている。ただし、医療用バッグユニット10Aは、例えば、栄養剤(薬液M)を移送ライン18の落差によって、胃瘻、鼻腔又は腸瘻等の小孔に挿入されたチューブを介して消化器官内に導入する栄養バッグユニットとして構成されていてもよい。
本実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Aは、例えば、輸液(薬液M)を移送ライン18の落差によって生体内に投与する輸液バッグユニットとして構成されている。ただし、医療用バッグユニット10Aは、例えば、栄養剤(薬液M)を移送ライン18の落差によって、胃瘻、鼻腔又は腸瘻等の小孔に挿入されたチューブを介して消化器官内に導入する栄養バッグユニットとして構成されていてもよい。
図1に示すように、医療用バッグユニット10Aは、薬液Mが収容された収容部12を有するバッグ本体14と、収容部12内に連通する薬液流路16が形成された移送ライン18と、移送ライン18に設けられたコネクタ20と、コネクタ20に設けられたキャップ22とを備えている。
バッグ本体14及び移送ライン18は、軟質樹脂製の可撓性を有する後述する第1フィルム部40と第2フィルム部42とを互いに重ね、その周縁を接合(融着又は接着)することにより一体的に成形されている。ここで、融着は、例えば、熱融着及び高周波融着等を含み、以下同様である。
バッグ本体14は、平面視で四角形状に構成されている。具体的には、バッグ本体14の幅寸法(X方向に沿った寸法)は、10mm~500mmであり、バッグ本体14の長さ寸法(Y方向に沿った寸法)は、100mm~500mmである。バッグ本体14は、収容部12の一端側(Y1方向)に設けられた第1端部シール部24aと、収容部12の側方に設けられた一組の側方シール部24b、24cと、収容部12の他端側(Y2方向)に設けられた一組の中間シール部24d、24eとを有している。
第1端部シール部24aは、側方シール部24b、24cの一端部同士を連結している。第1端部シール部24aの幅方向(X方向)の中央には、医療用バッグユニット10Aを図示しないスタンドに吊るすための孔部26が貫通形成されている。各側方シール部24b、24cは、第1端部シール部24aからY方向に沿って直線状に延在している。
一組の中間シール部24d、24eは、Y2方向に向かって互いに近接する方向に傾斜している。そのため、収容部12の底部12aは、Y2方向に向かって幅狭に形成されている(図1~図2B参照)。
移送ライン18は、バッグ本体14の他端から孔部26とは反対側(Y2方向)に向かって一定の幅で延出している。移送ライン18の延出長は、収容部12内の薬液Mを生体内に導入可能な落差を生じさせることができるような長さに設定されている。具体的には、移送ライン18の長さ寸法(Y方向に沿った寸法)は、10mm~1000mmである。本実施形態では、移送ライン18の延出長は、バッグ本体14のY方向の長さよりも長く形成されている。移送ライン18は、各中間シール部24d、24eの他端からY2方向に直線状に延出した一組のラインシール部24f、24gと、これらラインシール部24f、24gの他端部同士を連結する第2端部シール部24hとを有している。移送ライン18の内側の幅寸法(ラインシール部24fとラインシール部24gとの間の寸法)は、10mm~50mmである。
コネクタ20は、生体内に挿入される図示しないチューブに設けられたチューブ側コネクタに接続可能な構成を有する中空部材であって、移送ライン18の他端部に接合(融着又は接着)されている。コネクタ20は、移送ライン18の延在方向(Y方向)に延在している。キャップ22は、薬液Mを収容部12内及び薬液流路16内に封止するための封止部である。
図2A及び図2Bに示すように、このように構成された医療用バッグユニット10Aでは、収容部は、互いに対向する第1収容フィルム部28aと第2収容フィルム部28bとによって形成され、薬液流路16は、互いに対向する第1流路フィルム部30aと第2流路フィルム部30bとによって形成されている。第1収容フィルム部28aは第1流路フィルム部30aに連なり、第2収容フィルム部28bは第2流路フィルム部30bに連なっている。
第1収容フィルム部28aの内面及び第1流路フィルム部30aの内面のそれぞれには複数の第1凸部32が突出形成され(図2A参照)、第2収容フィルム部28bの内面及び第2流路フィルム部30bの内面のそれぞれには複数の第2凸部34が突出形成されている(図2B参照)。本実施形態では、各第1凸部32の裏面は内側に凹み、各第2凸部34の裏面は内側に凹んでいる(図3参照)。
図2Aから解かるように、第1凸部32は、第1収容フィルム部28aにおいて、Y方向に等間隔に複数形成されるとともにX方向に沿って等間隔に複数列(図2Aでは3列)形成されている。第1凸部32は、第1流路フィルム部30aにおいて、移送ライン18の延在方向に沿って等間隔に複数形成されている。本実施形態では、第1凸部32は、第1流路フィルム部30aにおいて、1列のみ形成されているが、移送ライン18の幅方向に沿って等間隔に複数列形成してもよい。
各第1凸部32は、移送ライン18の延在方向(Y方向)と交差する方向に延在している。各第1凸部32の延在方向に沿った寸法は、10mm~50mmであって、移送ライン18の内側の幅寸法と略同じ又は若干小さい寸法が好ましい。第1流路フィルム部30aに位置する各第1凸部32は、各ラインシール部24f、24gに対して離間している。各第1凸部32の突出長は、その周囲に薬液Mが流通可能な空間S1が形成されるような大きさに設定されている(図3参照)。
図1及び図3に示すように、各第2凸部34は、各第1凸部32に対向する位置に設けられている。換言すれば、各第1凸部32及び各第2凸部34は、突出端面同士が互いに接触可能に設けられている。第2凸部34は、第1凸部32と同一の大きさ及び形状に形成されており(図2A及び図2B参照)、第1凸部32に対向した状態で第1凸部32を左右反転させた形状を有している。そのため、各第2凸部34は、移送ライン18の延在方向と第1凸部32の延在方向とに交差する方向に延在している。
第2流路フィルム部30bに位置する各第2凸部34は、各ラインシール部24f、24gに対して離間している(図2B参照)。各第2凸部34の突出長は、その周囲に薬液Mが流通可能な空間S2が形成されるような大きさに設定されている(図3参照)。具体的には、第2凸部34の突出長は、第1凸部32の突出長と同一に設定されている。ただし、第2凸部34の突出長は、第1凸部32の突出長に対して大きくても小さくてもよい。
次に、上記のように構成された本実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Aの製造方法について説明する。
まず、図4Aに示すように、フィルム加工工程において、第1フィルム部40の片面に第1凸部32を形成するとともに第2フィルム部42の片面に第2凸部34を形成する。第1フィルム部40及び第2フィルム部42のそれぞれは、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリオレフィンのような軟質な樹脂材料又はアルミニウム等を用いることができる。
具体的には、フィルム加工工程では、例えば、図示しないロール部からフィルム材を送り出しながらその片面に凸部(第1凸部32及び第2凸部34)が形成されるようにエンボス加工を施す。その後、フィルム材を医療用バッグユニット10Aの大きさに対応した大きさに切断することにより、第1凸部32が形成された第1フィルム部40と第2凸部34が形成された第2フィルム部42とを形成する。このとき、第1凸部32は第1フィルム部40の片面の全体に形成され、第2凸部34は第2フィルム部42の片面の全体に形成されている。この場合、フィルム加工工程を効率的に行うことができる。
ただし、フィルム加工工程は、上述した方法に限定されるものではない。例えば、医療用バッグユニット10Aの大きさに対応した大きさの第1フィルム部40及び第2フィルム部42を用意し、エンボス加工によって、第1フィルム部40の片面の全体に第1凸部32を形成するとともに第2フィルム部42の片面の全体に第2凸部34を形成してもよい。
続いて、図4Bに示すように、重ね工程において、第1凸部32の突出端面に対して第2凸部34の突出端面が接触する(第1凸部32と第2凸部34とが対向する)ように第1フィルム部40に対して第2フィルム部42を重ねる。このとき、第1凸部32の延在方向は、第2凸部34の延在方向に対して交差している。
その後、図5Aに示すように、シール工程において、第1フィルム部40及び第2フィルム部42の周縁部を互いに接合する。なお、第1フィルム部40に対して第2フィルム部42を融着する場合、第1凸部32及び第2凸部34を融解させることができるので、第1フィルム部40及び第2フィルム部42の接合強度を比較的大きくすることができる。
そして、切断工程において、接合部44を図5Aに示す破断線(ミシン目)46に沿って切断する。これにより、図5Bに示すように、バッグ本体14及び移送ライン18が一体的に形成される。
次いで、収容部12内及び薬液流路16内に所定の薬液Mを導入し、移送ライン18のY2方向の端部に形成された開口部48にコネクタ20を挿入して移送ライン18に対して接合する。この際、コネクタ20には、キャップ22が設けられているため、薬液Mは収容部12内及び薬液流路16内に封止される。これにより、本実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Aが製造されるに至る(図1参照)。
このような医療用バッグユニット10Aは、バッグ本体14に移送ライン18が一体的に設けられているため、医療用バッグユニット10Aが比較的長くなる。そのため、未使用時(保管時)では、図6に示すように、移送ライン18は、コネクタ20及びキャップ22を軸にして筒状に巻かれた状態でテープ等の貼着部材50によってバッグ本体14に係止されている。これにより、未使用時に医療用バッグユニット10Aをコンパクトにすることができる。
医療用バッグユニット10Aを使用する際には、まず、貼着部材50を剥がして移送ライン18を広げる。そして、バッグ本体14の鉛直下方に移送ライン18が位置するように、図示しないスタンドのフック等を孔部26に通して医療用バッグユニット10Aをスタンドに掛ける。
このとき、移送ライン18がバッグ本体14に対して一体的に設けられているため、落差発生用のチューブ等を医療用バッグに対して接続する必要はない。よって、薬液投与の準備に係る工程及び工数を削減することができる。
続いて、キャップ22を開封し、生体内に挿入された図示しないチューブのチューブコネクタに対してコネクタ20を接続し、生体内への薬液Mの投与を開始する。そうすると、移送ライン18の落差によって収容部12内の薬液Mは、第1流路フィルム部30a及び第2流路フィルム部30bを押し広げながら下方に流れる。
この際、移送ライン18には、第1流路フィルム部30aと第2流路フィルム部30bとが互いに近接する方向の復元力が作用する。しかしながら、本実施形態では、第1凸部32の突出端面と第2凸部34の突出端面とが互いに接触するため、第1凸部32の周囲に薬液Mが流通可能な空間S1が形成されるとともに第2凸部34の周囲に薬液Mが流通可能な空間S2が形成される(図3参照)。
そのため、簡易な構成で第1流路フィルム部30a及び第2流路フィルム部30bの復元力によって薬液流路16が閉塞されることを抑えることができる。よって、収容部12内の薬液Mを薬液流路16に円滑に流通させることができる。
また、図7に示すように、本実施形態では、薬液流路16を流通する薬液Mは、第1凸部32の突出端面と第2凸部34の突出端面とが互いに接触している部位に当たると、左右両側に分かれる。そして、薬液Mは、第1凸部32と第2流路フィルム部30bとの間の空間、第2凸部34と第1流路フィルム部30aとの間の空間、第1凸部32とラインシール部24f、24gとの間の空間及び第2凸部34とラインシール部24f、24gとの間の空間を流通する。
そのため、第1凸部32及び第2凸部34を設けた場合であっても薬液流路16内に薬液Mを円滑に流通させることができる。そして、薬液流路16を下方に流通した薬液Mは、図示しないチューブの内孔を介して生体内に導入される。
本実施形態によれば、第1凸部32の突出端面と第2凸部34の突出端面とが互いに接触可能なように対向しているので、第1凸部32の周囲の空間S1に第2凸部34が入り込んだり、第2凸部34の周囲の空間S2に第1凸部32が入り込んだりすることを抑えることができる。また、第1凸部32の延在方向は、第2凸部34の延在方向に対して交差しているので、第1凸部32の突出端面に対して第2凸部34の突出端面を容易に接触させることができる。
本実施形態では、フィルム加工工程において、第1フィルム部40の片面の全体に複数の第1凸部32を形成するとともに第2フィルム部42の片面の全体に複数の第2凸部34を形成している。続いて、重ね工程において、第1凸部32の突出端面と第2凸部34の突出端面とが互いに接触するように第1フィルム部40に対して第2フィルム部42を重ねている。その後、シール工程において、第1フィルム部40及び第2フィルム部42を互いに接合している。
そのため、簡単な方法によって、第1流路フィルム部30aの内面に複数の第1凸部32を形成するとともに第2流路フィルム部30bの内面に複数の第2凸部34を形成することができる。また、バッグ本体14と移送ライン18とを別々に成形する場合と比較して、医療用バッグユニット10Aの製造工数の削減を図ることができる。
本実施形態では、フィルム加工工程において、第1フィルム部40の片面の全体に第1凸部32を形成するとともに第2フィルム部42の片面の全体に第2凸部34を形成している。そのため、第1フィルム部40及び第2フィルム部42のどの部分を使用しても第1流路フィルム部30aの内面に第1凸部32を形成するとともに第2流路フィルム部30bの内面に第2凸部34を形成することができる。
本実施形態では、フィルム加工工程において、第1フィルム部40の片面の一部にのみ第1凸部32を形成するとともに第2フィルム部42の片面の一部にのみ第2凸部34を形成してもよい。
この場合、第1フィルム部40における第1凸部32が形成されていない領域と第2フィルム部42における第2凸部34が形成されていない領域とを使用して収容部12を形成することができる。そのため、第1収容フィルム部28aの内面及び第2収容フィルム部28bの内面に第1凸部32及び第2凸部34を形成しないようにすることができる。
(第2実施形態)
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10B及びその製造方法について説明する。なお、第2実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Bにおいて、第1実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Aと同一の構成要素には同一の参照符号を付し、詳細な説明は省略する。後述する第3実施形態についても同様である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10B及びその製造方法について説明する。なお、第2実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Bにおいて、第1実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Aと同一の構成要素には同一の参照符号を付し、詳細な説明は省略する。後述する第3実施形態についても同様である。
図8に示すように、本実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Bは、矩形状のシール部52を有している。つまり、バッグ本体14aの幅寸法と移送ライン18aの幅寸法とが同一(幅寸法L1)に設定されている。なお、バッグ本体14aの幅寸法及び長さ寸法は、上述したバッグ本体14の幅寸法及び長さ寸法と同様に設定され、移送ライン18aの長さ寸法及び内側の幅寸法は、上述した移送ライン18の長さ寸法及び内側の幅寸法と同様に設定される。
このような医療用バッグユニット10Bの製造方法においては、図9に示すように、第1フィルム部40及び第2フィルム部42のそれぞれの幅寸法L2は、医療用バッグユニット10Bの幅寸法L1と同一に設定される。そして、フィルム加工工程、重ね工程及びシール工程を行った後、所定の切断線54に沿って接合部56を切断する。
このとき、切断線54は、接合部56の4隅と孔部26に対応する部分のみに位置しているため、切断工数の削減を図ることができる。続いて、薬液Mを収容部12内及び薬液流路16内に導入し、開口部48に挿入されたコネクタ20を移送ライン18aに対して接合する。
図10に示すように、このような医療用バッグユニット10Bであっても、コネクタ20及びキャップ22を軸にして移送ライン18aを筒状に巻いて貼着部材50によってバッグ本体14aに係止することができるので、未使用時に医療用バッグユニット10Bをコンパクトにすることができる。
(第3実施形態)
次に、本発明の第3実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10C及びその製造方法について説明する。

図11~図13に示すように、本実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Cは、バッグ本体14bと移送ライン18とを備えている。なお、バッグ本体14bの幅寸法及び長さ寸法は、上述したバッグ本体14の幅寸法及び長さ寸法と同様に設定される。バッグ本体14bは、各側方シール部24b、24cが収容部12よりも他端側(Y2方向)に延出している。各中間シール部24d、24eは、各側方シール部24b、24cの他端部よりも孔部26が位置する一端側(Y1方向)に所定長だけずれた位置に連結している。
また、医療用バッグユニット10Cは、各側方シール部24b、24cの他端部同士を繋ぐ一組の支持部60、62を有している。支持部60は第1収容フィルム部28aに連なり、支持部62は第2収容フィルム部28bに連なっている。一組の支持部60、62の間に形成された空間S3には、収容部12の底部12aと各中間シール部24d、24eとが位置している。
なお、第1収容フィルム部28aの内面及び第2収容フィルム部28bの内面には、上述した第1凸部32及び第2凸部34が形成されていない。コネクタ20は、移送ライン18の他端部(Y2方向の端部)に幅方向(X方向)に延在した状態で接合されている。
次に、上記のように構成された本実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Cの製造方法について説明する。
本実施形態では、まず、図14Aに示すように、収容部12の底部12a及び移送ライン18の大きさに対応した大きさの第1フィルム部40及び第2フィルム部42を用意し、フィルム加工工程、重ね工程及びシール工程を行う。続いて、切断工程において、接合部64を図14Aに示す切断線66に沿って切断する。これにより、図14Bに示すように、底部12a及び移送ライン18が一体的に形成される。
また、互いに重ねられたフィルム部の周縁部を接合(融着又は接着)して切断することにより、バッグ本体14bにおける底部12aを除く部分を形成する(図15A参照)。そして、図15A及び図15Bに示すように、接合工程において、底部12aを側部に対して接合するとともに各中間シール部24d、24eを各側方シール部24b、24cに接合することにより、バッグ本体14b及び移送ライン18を一体化する。
次いで、収容部12内及び薬液流路16内に所定の薬液Mを導入し、開口部68に挿入したコネクタ20を移送ライン18に対して接合する。これにより、本実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Cが製造されるに至る(図11参照)。
医療用バッグユニット10Cの未使用時(保管時)では、図16に示すように、移送ライン18は、コネクタ20及びキャップ22を軸にして筒状に巻かれた状態で支持部60と支持部62の間に形成された空間S3に収容されている。なお、図16の例では、テープ等の貼着部材70を用いて移送ライン18が空間S3から出ることを抑えている。
本実施形態によれば、第1実施形態に係る医療用バッグユニット10Aと同様の作用効果を奏する。
上述した医療用バッグユニット10A~10Cは、移送ライン18、18aに代えて図17A~図17Dに示す第1~第4変形例に係る移送ライン18b~18eを有していてもよい。なお、移送ライン18b~18eの長さ寸法及び内側の幅寸法は、上述した移送ライン18と同様に設定される。また、移送ライン18b~18eは、移送ライン18、18aと同様の方法によって製造される。図17Aに示すように、第1変形例に係る移送ライン18bは、第1流路フィルム部30aの内面に形成された第1凸部72と、第2流路フィルム部30bの内面に形成された第2凸部74とを有している。
第1凸部72は、その裏面が平坦に形成されている点以外は上述した第1凸部32と同様に構成され、第2凸部74は、その裏面が平坦に形成されている点以外は上述した第2凸部34と同様に構成されている。このような移送ライン18bは、上述した移送ライン18と同様の効果を奏する。
図17Bに示すように、第2変形例に係る移送ライン18cは、第2流路フィルム部30bの内面に形成された凸部76を有している。凸部76は、上述した第2凸部34と同様に構成されている。なお、第1流路フィルム部30aには、凸部は形成されていない。
このような構成によれば、移送ライン18cに第1流路フィルム部30aと第2流路フィルム部30bとが互いに近接する方向の復元力が作用した場合であっても、凸部76の突出端面を第1流路フィルム部30aの内面に確実に接触させることができる。これにより、凸部76の周囲に薬液Mが流通する空間S4が形成されるので、簡易な構成で薬液流路16が閉塞されることを抑えることができる。この第2変形例に係る移送ライン18cでは、第2流路フィルム部30bの内面ではなく第1流路フィルム部30aの内面に上記凸部76を形成してもよい。
図17Cに示すように、第3変形例に係る移送ライン18dは、第2流路フィルム部30bの内面に形成された凸部78を有している。凸部78は、その裏面が平坦に形成されている点以外は上述した凸部76と同様に構成されている。このような移送ライン18dは、第2変形例に係る移送ライン18cと同様の効果を奏する。この第3変形例に係る移送ライン18dでは、第2流路フィルム部30bの内面ではなく第1流路フィルム部30aの内面に上記凸部78を形成してもよい。
図17Dに示すように、第4変形例に係る移送ライン18eは、第2流路フィルム部30bの内面に形成された凸部80を有している。凸部80は、移送ライン18eの延在方向に沿って延在している。この凸部80は、移送ライン18eの全長に亘って形成されていてもよいし、移送ライン18eの延在方向に等間隔に複数設けられていてもよい。このような移送ライン18eは、第2変形例に係る移送ライン18cと同様の効果を奏する。この第4変形例に係る移送ライン18eでは、第2流路フィルム部30bの内面ではなく第1流路フィルム部30aの内面に上記凸部80を形成してもよい。
上述した第1凸部32、72、第2凸部34、74及び凸部76、78、80は、平面視で、真円形状、楕円形状又は正方形状等の種々の形状に形成することができる。また、その大きさや突出長は、任意に設定可能である。
上述した実施形態において、フィルム加工工程では、1枚のフィルムとして第1フィルム部40及び第2フィルム部42を形成しておき、重ね工程において、そのフィルムを折り曲げることにより第1フィルム部40に対して第2フィルム部42を重ねるようにしてもよい。
本発明に係る医療用バッグユニット及びその製造方法は、上述の実施形態に限らず、本発明の要旨を逸脱することなく、種々の構成乃至方法を採り得ることはもちろんである。
Claims (6)
- 薬液(M)が収容されたバッグ本体(14、14a、14b)と、
前記バッグ本体(14、14a、14b)内に連通する薬液流路(16)が形成されるように前記バッグ本体(14、14a、14b)に一体的に設けられ、互いに重ねられ且つ接合されたフィルム部(30a、30b)を有する移送ライン(18、18a~18e)と、を備え、
前記薬液流路(16)を構成する前記フィルム部(30a、30b)の内面の少なくとも一方には、前記薬液(M)が流通可能な空間(S1、S2、S4)が前記フィルム部(30a、30b)間に形成されるように突出した凸部(32、34、72、74、76、78、80)が設けられていることを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)。 - 請求項1記載の医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)において、
前記凸部(32、34、72、74、76、78、80)は、複数設けられていることを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)。 - 請求項2記載の医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)において、
複数の前記凸部(32、34、72、74)は、前記フィルム部(30a、30b)の前記内面の両方に設けられ、且つ突出端面同士が互いに接触可能に対向していることを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)。 - 請求項3記載の医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)において、
各前記凸部(32、34、72、74)は、一方向に延在しており、
互いに対向する一方の前記凸部(32、72)の延在方向は、他方の前記凸部(34、74)の延在方向に対して交差していることを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)。 - 薬液(M)が収容されたバッグ本体(14、14a、14b)と、
前記バッグ本体(14、14a、14b)内に連通する薬液流路(16)が形成されるように前記バッグ本体(14、14a、14b)に一体的に設けられ、互いに重ねられ且つ接合されたフィルム部(30a、30b)を有する移送ライン(18、18a~18e)と、を備えた医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)の製造方法であって、
凸部(32、72、76、78、80)を第1フィルム部(40)の片面に形成するフィルム加工工程と、
前記フィルム加工工程で形成された前記凸部(32、72、76、78、80)に第2フィルム部(42)を重ねる重ね工程と、
前記重ね工程の後で、前記凸部(32、72、76、78、80)が前記薬液流路(16)内に位置するように前記第1フィルム部(40)及び前記第2フィルム部(42)を互いに接合するシール工程と、を行うことを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)の製造方法。 - 請求項5記載の医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)の製造方法において、
前記フィルム加工工程では、前記第1フィルム部(40)の片面に前記凸部(32、72)である第1凸部(32、72)を形成し、且つ前記第2フィルム部(42)の片面に第2凸部(34、74)を形成し、
前記重ね工程では、前記第1凸部(32、72)の突出端面と前記第2凸部(34、74)の突出端面とが互いに接触するように前記第1フィルム部(40)に対して前記第2フィルム部(42)を重ね、
前記シール工程では、前記第1凸部(32、72)及び前記第2凸部(34、74)が前記薬液流路(16)内に位置するように前記第1フィルム部(40)及び前記第2フィルム部(42)を互いに接合することを特徴とする医療用バッグユニット(10A~10C)の製造方法。
