Definitions
- the invention relates to a dual-purpose door and window, in particular to a sliding and sliding door and window hardware system and a using method thereof.
- the swinging door and window one side is pivotally connected or hinged to the door and window frame, and can be opened around its pivot or hinge.
- the advantage is that the door and window can be fully opened, the lighting area is large, and the original seam is tightly sealed.
- the disadvantage is that the door and window are open. Need to be pushed out, so the width of the door and window can only be set smaller than the length of the user's arm, so that the door and window width setting can only be limited to a small range of values.
- Push-pull doors and windows are limited to the sliding grooves of the door and window frame or the rails and can be moved in the direction of the door and window frames.
- the advantage is that the switch is easy and space-saving, but the doors and windows can only be opened halfway, and there is insufficient space and lighting. To this end, people hope to design a door and window structure that combines the advantages of both, such as:
- the structure is too simple. Only the door and window are realized at the same time to realize the push-pull and flat-open function. The solidity of the structure itself is not considered (or not solved). In practical applications, the structure is weak, the service life is short, and there are safety hazards. ;
- the sliding door and window sash does not use the handle, or when the handle is used, the handle can only realize the basic functions, and does not have the function of multi-level locking on the sliding door sash and the sash, and is also in the field. There is no mechanism for multi-level locking of sliding sliding door sashes;
- the sliding door sash and the flat opening and closing window sash of the sliding door sash can realize the push-pull and flat opening function on the door and window frame, but the sliding door sash and the flat opening sash do not have a stable connection structure with each other, resulting in poor stability of the product;
- the object of the present invention is to solve the defects in the prior art that the sliding and sliding door sash has poor stability, does not have a multi-stage locking function, and does not have a convenient and stable use method, and provides a sliding and sliding door and window hardware system and The method is used to solve the problems in the prior art.

- the lock of the gauze fan 18 is separately opened, and the gauze fan 18 is passed through the pulley assembly on the slide rail. Slide up to the position that overlaps with the swing door sash, and then lock it on the swing door sash by another set of locks (such as hook lock) to prevent The gauze fan slides.
- the gauze fan adopts such a structure, that is, the gauze fan 18 is connected to the swing door sash through the pulley and the slide rail, which is equivalent to the manner in which the sliding door sash 1 is connected to the swing door sash 2 through the pulley and the slide rail).
- each group refers to the combination of the sliding door sash 1 and the sash 2 window sash; when having the gauze fan 18, each group refers to the sliding door sash 1
- the combination of the sash door 2 and the gauze fan 18 is symmetrically arranged in the door and window frame 3.
- the two sliding door sashes 1 of the two groups can be locked by the lock 19.
- the utility model relates to a method for pushing and pulling the door and window hardware system, and the sliding door and the window open from the closed state to the open state, comprising the following steps:
- Step 1 the handle 10 is in the home position (the in-situ state of the handle 10 means that the handle is locked by the first transmission rod 12 and the second transmission rod 9 to cause the sliding door sash 1 and/or the swing door sash 2 to be locked at
- the state on the door and window frame is rotated to the first working position to drive the transmission and the transmission rod to move, and the first locking point 4 for locking the sliding door sash 1 in the door and window frame 3 is brought into the disengaged state from the locked state.
- the sliding door sash 1 can be pushed and pulled to a position overlapping with the swinging door sash 2;
- Step 2 the handle 10 is rotated from the first working position to the second working position, and the handle 10 drives the transmission and the transmission rod again to lock the second locking point 5 of the sliding door sash 2 on the door and window frame 3.
- the overlapped sliding door sash 1 and the flat opening sash 2 are outwardly opened, and the anti-misoperation device 16 is disposed on the first transmission rod to prevent the touch of the erroneous operation device 16
- the lock seat 17 mounted on the door and window frame 3 is detached, and the erroneous operation preventing device 16 is brought into an effective anti-error operation state.
- Step One when the handle 10 is rotated from the home position to the first working position, the sliding door sash 1 and the sash 2 enter the pre-locking position of the third locking point 6 with each other.
- the angle at which the handle 10 is rotated from the home position to the first working position is 90 degrees, and the angle at which the handle 10 is rotated from the first working position to the second working position is 90 degrees.
- step one the sliding door sash 1 and the flat opening window sash 2 which are overlapped and outwardly are pulled back into the door and window frame 3, and the contact of the anti-misoperation device is in contact with the lock seat mounted on the door and window frame 3, thereby preventing misoperation.
- the oblique lock tongue of the automatic lock 7 enters the locked state;
- step two the handle 10 is rotated from the second working position to the first working position, and the handle 10 drives the transmission and the transmission rod to move.
- the third locking point 6 for locking the sliding door sash and the flat opening window sash to each other is 6
- the sliding state is entered into the disengaged state, and the sliding door sash 1 can be slid into the door and window frame 3, and the sliding door sash 1 can be locked in the position of the door and window frame 3 through the first locking point 4;
- step three the handle 10 is rotated from the first working position to the in-situ state, and the door and window frame 3 and the sliding door sash 1 are locked by the first locking point 4. (Invalid anti-misoperation state, can enable the handle 10 to continue to rotate)
